    The best chiropractor in a million years. God knows we must be careful with these guys. Dr. Bruno is a MD but he is also kinda magician. He gets it so quickly, accurately and he gives you the right treatment immediately. Bravo!!!

    Shes very professional and arrives a few minutes in advance to set up. She makes sure the ambience is perfect before the massage starts. She will tailor make her massage based on the clients needs ie whether you want a deep massage etc..

    Please note my comments are overall and not related to a specific doctor. My issue is wholly on the administrative side of COR. In summary, the F rating ONLY applies to the administrative staff - (1) Cannot get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment, (2) leave Voice mails, no one calls back, (3) Appointments are far into the future, months away. I am on the phone as I write this review, have been on hold for 33 minutes and going. This is with the Reston Office.

    It went great. It always goes great.  We (myself, my husband and 2 kids now 20 and 15) have been seeing Dr. Loebig for about 17 years now. He has helped us immensely with our allergies and different injuries that have come up through the years. Due to regular chiropractic visits, both kids are off their asthma meds and get over their colds in a normal amount of time. Dr. Loebig and his entire staff are all very caring and friendly and always upbeat. Dr. Loebig takes his time with all patients and as with all doctors at times there can be a waiting time of  about 30 minutes.  Well worth the wait though. Thanks!

     Outstanding practice.  I've gone to Glenn for the past 5 years.  I started with a disc issue, which has never been a problem once I regularly visited Glenn.  He advice is sounds; his adjustments keep my aging body in good shape.  Very caring; great sense of humor.  Appointments have become easier to make since his on-line appointment request site.

    I had never had a spa day before so I didn't know the routine. My mistake was in not choosing wisely. My greatest disappointed is that I did not know until I arrived and filled out the intake form, that therapy students would be working on me. If it is noted on their website, I didn't see it. I had high expectations of a pampering that didn't materialize. The staff was inattentive when I arrived (there were no other clients) and there was no orientation to the day; I didn't know what would happen when. The robe I was given (I had to ask for one) had a wrapper in the pocket and I wondered if it had been freshly laundered. The slippers they brought me (I had to ask) turned out to be from the Ritz Carlton (used). I found myself waiting around and asking, several times, "Where do I go now?" There did not seem to be good coordination among the staff regarding the package I purchased. I had a massage first, then body wrap and facial followed by the "complimentary lunch" (dry salad with what looked like a microwaved chicken breast and a beverage that was called lemonade). Following the wrap and facial, I had to tell them that I paid for the Spa Escape. I wanted the "Dead Sea Mud Treatment with Vichy Shower", but was told there was some problem with that so I got the "hydrotherapy" (don't know what the "salt glow" means, so if I got it, I can't say). I was then shown to the Jacuzzi for a soaking for 20 minutes. I felt like I was dumped in the hydrotherapy room and that there were more important things to do than attend to me. The room appointments had a mis-matched feel and the dim lighting, while appropriate as I soaked, created a shady feeling as opposed to a calming sense. There was no assistance in or out of the elevated jet tub (An insurance claim waiting to happen). An attendant did poked her head in at the 10 minute mark to check on me however, no attendant came in when the jets turned off, so I just got out of the tub. The towels they left for me were thin and cheap (I could have stayed at home and soaked in my own Jacuzzi bathtub). Having a "hydrotherapy" treatment after the wrap didn't seem to make much sense because now the lotions and oils I had rubbed on me during "aromatherapy" and the body wrap/facial were washed off. Again, I stood in the hallway in the flimsy robe waiting to get someone's attention to ask, "what's next?". I had to make my way back to a room and ask where my clothes were and ask for lotion now that I was out of the water. Someone brought me a bottle of lotion no more special then what I had at home. I was then taken out the back door of the building to the nail salon next door for the manicure and pedicure (totally unexpected that the mani-pedi would be sub-contracted out!). The lovely pictures on the website created an expectation that the reality did not match.
