Oh, they're great, they're an A, my husband uses them for his company car so.  To be honest I have very little time, so I use what's easy and convenient and who is responsive.  That's a lot more convenient than price.  We just did my step daughters state inspection there.

They clean my car, they do everything, I love them.  Yeah vacuum it.  These guys are great, they vacuum it, they are a little hole in the wall place but they are uber nice.  They totally don't try to rip you off or say oh you you need your filter changed when it doesn't, they're like oh you can wait a while to do that.  Yeah they have coffee and television, and bathrooms. Like I said the vacuuming my car is worth it.  I take both of my cars, I take my step daughters car and mine there.

I got rear-ended in my brand new truck, and part of the bumper needed to be replaced. I had heard good things about Coxton's and decided to give them a try. They were very courteous, professional, and timely. They did a great job and the bumper looked brand new. The thing that impressed me the most, though, was that they will go the extra mile for you. A couple days after picking my truck up, I noticed the new chrome piece of the bumper had some spots on it that looked rough, and I wasn't sure what was on it. I took it back and one of the guys, Glen, looked at it, it was just the glue from the shrink wrap. He went and got some cleaner and polish and cleaned it right up for me. While I was standing there while he was cleaning it, I noticed that there were some scratches on the side of the bed of the truck, apparently from when I had hauled some stuff to the dump (not related to the accident). I asked him what he thought I could do to clean them up, and he offered to buff them out for me himself, which he did.. When I asked him if I could pay him for it, he said "you can have a nice day, that's what you can do." It's things like that which will make people regular customers. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Oh and I noticed some reviews talking about loose change going missing in their vehicles. That didn't happen to me.

They were great. I had a $1,000 deductible so the total would have been about $2,500. They are one of the premier dealers for State Farm, which is our insurance company so I would rate them pretty high. The only problem I had was that they did not really clean the back seat like they should have, but that was really minor in the whole scheme of things. When I called and reported that she said bring it in any time and they would do a wash and vacuum job on it. They had it done ahead of time than what they had quoted me. I did not have any problems with them.

They did the car work and they are good. I found them through word of mouth from local people. The experience was great. They did what I asked them to do, and the price was half the price at the dealership. They fixed everything that I needed fixed.

I had used them in the past for oil changes and other minor work and was never really impressed with they way they ran their business.  Their customer service was always lacking.

But one day I took my Triumph in for a new tire, back break and an oil change.  I had to order and prepay for parts.

I was going out of town, so I told them there was no rush and I would be back in a week to pick it up.  When I got back, the person at the counter ignored me for the first 10 minutes, then check on my bike in the computer and stalled for another 15 minutes.  He cam back out with a paper that listed all the things they wanted up up-sale me on, and told me that the technician had looked at the bike and recommend the listed items, but they forgot to do the repairs I had brought it in to have done.

I had him call the owner over and the owner told me with a shrug of his shoulders, "Looks like we made a mistake, what's you going to do?"

No apology, and when I asked if he was even going to apologize, he replied, "I said it looks like we made a mistake, what else do you want?"

I told him I want him to bring my bike out front, and they lost a customer.  He shrugged his shoulders again.  I guess they make their money on a lot of first-time customers and aren't worried about repeat business.

Dropped the car off on a Saturday morning, and even though I had my doubts it would be finished within the timeframe promised because of the number of cars in the parking lot waiting for service, it was ready within 3 hours -- an hour earlier than scheduled! We were told that the car's acceleration would be improved because the replacement battery was better than the original one, and they were spot on. Highly recommend them if you have a hybrid with an aging battery that is giving you problems. In our case, the battery light, as well as the check engine light, were lit continuously due to the battery's condition. Replacing the battery fixed all the "engine code" issues, and we fully expect the car to last at least another 130K miles. Thanks to Mac's, we had an almost-new car at a fraction of what buying another one would have cost. A year after battery replacement, it still drives better than it did when it was new, and the "engine stop" function at red lights has been restored. The tires were cupped, but too new to replace, and the Go Green nitrogen fill extended their life by at least a year. They threw in the headlight lens polishing for free, and they cleaned the vehicle after it was serviced. Appointment was made on-line, but they followed-up with a phone call to explain the technical details, and to make sure we understood everything that would be done. Last year, they were running a holiday food drive, and you could get 10% off your bill, if you brought in a bagful of groceries. We didn't know that until we came back to pay, so check before you go and they may be offering a similar discount. Everyone on-site is extremely courteous and professional, and they are living out their faith in their business culture. Amazing customer service. If we lived closer, Mac's Service Center would be our choice for all our automotive needs.

Excellent service. I called in that my brake light and ABS light were on. They said to bring it right in. They diagnosed the problem and also looked for other issues (needed a value seal).
They called me to let me know the issue.
Since the car (Sienna van) had 214K miles, we had a discussion on whether it gets fixed or not. There was no
pressure but they suggested that we had more miles left on the car. They were able to get the car fixed the same
day the bill came in $70 less than the estimate.

That's where i always go to. There is no difference in experience, these people are always top notch, very professional, they will tell you what you need to hear but don't force you or give things that don't need to get done. They will let you walk out the door with things on your list but as long as its not that detrimental to your car and your life, they are okay.

I took my car there yesterday. I've got to go pick it up today. We have two other Honda dealerships closer by but I don't like them at all. The people at Williamsburg Honda are very nice and very congenial. They help you and don't overdo. They're just good people. They're some thirty miles away from us and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
