    C & C Auto Repair
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE... Had the truck for 2 months... We followed up with them due to the fact that our deadline was approaching. We were told that our truck was taken apart but they didn't have time to do the job now. We now have to pay to have the truck towed a second time to another place while it's in pieces. 2 months wasted, a trip in one week and our truck is no longer in running condition.. In a pinch we had to find someone else to fix the truck they have torn apart with little to no intentions on meeting an over 2 month deadline. I gave them a chance to salvage the relationship by paying the towing bill.. He declined and his only response.... THINGS HAPPEN

The fluid changes went OK, only a bit expensive.  Wasn't quoted the inspection charge of ~$100.  But the seat cleaning was a disaster.  I had to spend another $650 with another company to clean and repair the seats.

Everything went well.  The price was a bit high, but they did a good job and clearly explained the work as well as why it was necessary.  Furthermore, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Both experiences were great.  They have Saturday hours which is very convenient, they complete work on time, and they charge reasonable prices.  Additionally, I haven't had any issues with the work they've done on either vehicle.

Overall, I've had good experience. They have a lot of turnover there which is kind of frustrating for me because by the time you get a rapport developed with their service people then the next thing they left the dealership or got promoted and that’s a good thing for the individual. Sometimes I get positive vibes from there and sometimes I don’t. I just get a mixed experience there. They don’t do any favors with pricing. I called them for an estimate and rather than one person like saying they’ll check on that and they’ll got back to me, they had me calling this person and that person and I had to piece it together what it would cost. It’s not terrible but sometimes it can be rather frustrating. I haven’t had any bad experience with anything they've done for me as far as taking back my car to them. I think they know what they’re doing. I think quality of repairs, I haven’t had any issues with that. It’s just sometimes I think they may recommend having something done that maybe doesn't really needed to be done. They will work you in within a short period of time.

I've used them a few times and I've been pretty impressed with them. It was very good. They changed ownership, you don't know the guys because they're from out of the area but they're very professional, actually more so than the previous owner. Their pricing was fair and actually gave me some discount maybe as an incentive to get to business. It's not that they way undercut their competition but they did undercut one of the dealership that I considered going to but as far as I can tell, the work was fine. I had some issue after the work was done and I didn't know if it was related to the work they've done and I took the car back to them and they immediately took me in. They tested the car out and determined that it was a false positive type of situation. They reset everything on the car and got the lights on the dash to clear out and they didn't charge me anything for all that which if I took it with the dealership, they could have charged me but they are very customer service oriented. They've handled everything very well to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them. I am very pleased with them. I would take 2 of my cars there and check their breaks too.

The repair guys are exceptionally honest and they will give you a good range of option for car repairs from low end to the most expensive piece of work. a couple times they didn't charge us , we had a windshield leak and the windshield guy came out and looked at it and just put a bean of glue and said let see that fix it and he didn't charge that . I thought it was pretty remarkable. Every time they give us an estimate for work it actually it's been a little bit less in the final bill.

    Airport Road Auto Center
Airport Road Auto Center accepted an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and the place was bustling - lots of customers and technicians. I was checked in, left the car and out the door in 5 minutes. Later that day they called with the diagnosis. A frozen relay switch. full diagnosis of that problem and another minor concern along with the parts and repair labor came to about $150. I was amazed - a very inexpensive repair by Mercedes standards and a very honest repair given the lack of actual symptoms. I had the car back the same day, problems were repaired and the price was very fair. I've been driving the car for several weeks now and the problem is completely resolved.

I took my Honda 2005 CRV for a complete brake job, and my 2007 for an oil change and replacement of air and cabin filters. In both cases I noted that the prices of High Speed Auto were much below and quot;dealerand quot; prices. For example, to change the cabin filter a dealer normally charges $73.00. High Speed charged me $5 because it took 5 minutes. I watched them work and noted that the mechanics were meticulous and knew my cars well. When the mechanic did the oil change he went over my car checking things like the wheel bearings, brake fluid, tires, etc. The mechanic used to be a Honda mechanic so he is particularly good with Honda cars. This is the best place for car service I have every been to and I will continue to go there.
    This is really outstanding service.

After the oil change they gave us a list of recommended work also, which included changing brake fluid, all the air filters, etc. I took this list to our previous Honda dealer in Ohio and they showed me the last service that they did recently included all these and the work was not necessary. Thus I rate this company as "shady" and let the buyer beware. I would still let them do specific work like an oil change but will be very careful if they recommend work.
