    I had used their services prior for a heat pump air handler replacement and was satisfied. I called a couple of days before Thanksgiving about an unpleasant odor in my heating system. I also asked about having a plumber to come out and reinstall a faucet on my kitchen sink. At first I was told that someone would be out here that day. I was later called and was told that some of their employees were off for Thanksgiving. I thought it strange that the owner would let employees off 2 days before Thanksgiving during prime business time, but went along with it anyway. That's been several months ago and no one ever called back.

    He was on time super professional and even called the other company to let them know what he found ( not good news to give the other company). He wrote a detail report that I might end up giving to BBB about the other company if they do not fix the problem. Wish it was a free diagnosis but he made it worth the fee.

    Less then 12 hours after they fixed my AC for just over $1,000 the AC stopped working again (I had written them an A rating. We are selling our house and had a inspection which said failed the AC. Worried that the people that did the inspection might have accidently disconnected or turned something off we waited until after the weekend to call ( so my husband could take a look for something obvious). I texted called and emailed for the next month! They did not show up to 3 appointments and then today showed up 4 hours late. He then told me I might have a slow leak in the line (which he pressure tested a month ago and today). He also said that he was going to call me later and let me know how much it is going to be for a compressor, I have yet to hear from them.

    They said they would try and come the next day. Then they never called so I called back and they said they were try for 2 days from then. They never called so I called back. They stopped answering. So I wasted 5 days waiting on them. I called Johnstons Cooling and heating and they were awesome and came out the next day.

    I called 3 places before calling this place and all 2 of them kept saying they would call me right back but didn't (Witt and Toms) so I wasted over a week trying to get someone already. Woolridge at least told me why they wouldn't come out ( they don't reconnect those pipes but could have done everything else) Well Johnston to the rescue! They came the very next morning, they tried really hard to work with my husbands handyman work but then told me that it just had too many holes and kinks. It was a Friday so they were going to come back on Tuesday to replace the pipe and finish the work. I texted them that my husband wanted to try one more time to save a little money. He was fine with it. He came back Tuesday and hooked the pipes up and filled them. A lot of places refuse to work if they know a homeowner has tried anything. But this father and son team was very nice and very professional.

    I called 4 times in one week to get someone out to fix our a/c upstairs. I was told a service guy would call me. One of the service guys called me once and I told him my problem and he said he would call me back but never did. I called 2 more times after that and never once got a call back. It has now been 2 weeks.

    They said someone would call and set up a day. Someone called and said they would have to call me back with a day..... That was a week ago. I've called 3 more times and keep getting told that I'll get a call back that day but never do.

    I originally signed up and they said they'd contact me by 11/26.  They did not contact me until the following week.  Then they said that they were having telephone issues.  So many excuses.  When they finally got a hold of me, they said they didn't service my area, so I found another company to do the work.

    I spent too much for their service. Their price was very high. The service was fine. It was a good company and they had a good reputation. However, their rate was $79 per hour. I did not think that the value was fair for what I needed to have done as there were less costly people here.

    The service man came and didn't have the proper equipment to check for any blockage, but did check the rest of the system.     Without knowing it was ASSUMED that there was a damper problem and I was quoted $320 to repair it.  Through process of elimination I disagreed.  Another service man came within a few days with proper equipment, found the blockage as I suspected and removed it. I was handed a bill for an additional $165. I told the serviceman to have Brent Campbell call me about the bill because I was under the impression it would be covered in the service agreement. A month later I got a call from Mr Campbell indicating my bill was due.   I felt I had been misled, but Mr. Campbell said it was policy and the call was not covered by the agreement. We finally agreed on half price.   All total the so called one year service agreement has cost me about $250, not $165 that I was originally quoted and agreed to.  
    Always be sure you clearly understand what is and isn't covered in any service agreement or extended warranty from any company.
