    The installers did a wonderful job. It sounds simple but it was fairly involved. They did not have a lot of space to work because of the proximity of a large support column. After cutting out the rusted end post, core drilling the base of it out of the aggregate concrete, welding and grinding smooth the weld, and spray painting, it looked terrific. I am a particular person and these men got an A+ . I could not be more pleased.

    I would rent from this company again. The staff (Cindi Smith is the manager) was outstanding, and very helpful. The units were clean, and the property well-lit and secure. They were truly helpful to me by being available when the moving company I hired arrived to deliver household items when I wasn't available; and when I rented a second unit, they suggested I rent one close to the one I already had. I didn't think it was particularly a big deal, but it was. Their experience and knowledge were wonderful. They were friendly, polite and helpful. A real local gem.

    We decided to not do the work at that time because at $715, it was more than we had expected to spend, although very fair in comparison with other similar companies. We would definitely use PAV when we decide to go forward with this project.

    I've used them for 3 years and I just closed my storage unit out last month. The only thing I really felt was impressive was one time I left my unit open and they called me quickly to let me know it was unlocked. I was impressed by that.

    As usual, it went off without a hitch. And, very quickly. I called Mark on Wednesday and told him what I needed. He's said he could certainly do it.... and as quickly as the next day. I went to the warehouse club and purchased the unit. Then sent a text message and photo to J & M with a copy of my sales receipt. A couple of hours later, Mark's guys stopped by BJs, showed the receipt and loaded it onto their truck. Less than 30 minutes later, it was sitting in my basement. I can't say enough about Mark and his guys. We used them as a true mover when we moved from one home to another four years ago and they did a fantastic job. We've used them for other delivery jobs and they have been prompt and reasonable. I highly recommend them. Charlie Bever Glen Allen, VA

    Having used many Geek Squad/FireDog-type store-based services, this company is by far--WAY FAR--the best repair experience of ANY kind that I have encountered.
    Quick diagnosis; quick part order; quick fix; honest price; good repairman; no issues.  The way service used to be....before we needed Angie's List.
    In fact, I am an avid Angie's List user and have limited success using their service providers.  However, there is NO QUESTION that this is one of the best companies to use on Angie's List...or outside Angie's LIst even--period.

    Unfortunately, this company is one that feels that never getting back to you is an acceptable way of doing business.
    I spoke with a company designer and he arranged for an appointment to sit down and review my site. He suggested a tentative date and said he would get back to me but the date came and went. I contact him again, and we set an appointment for several days later. I took a half day off from my job to have this appointment. As I was driving over, I received an email saying "I don't think that today is going to work for us" -- 20m prior to the appointment! No phone call even.
    I called him and explained that canceling an office was not an easy thing to do and that I was already on my way. He agreed to meet and we had an hour appointment where I reviewed the whole site with him. He told me that they would be happy to evaluate the project scope further and provide a quote for services and this is a job that they could handle.
    I heard nothing for a week. I wrote back and this time heard back from one of the founders of the whole company. He stated that he would get back to me in "a few days". I never heard anything again. Needless to say, I did not follow this up further bc, if this is the service received during the proposal phase, I am scared to think what happens when you are a client.
    I can't rate their website design/marketing skills because we never got that far. That said, this is a classic case of a company not valuing its client's (or potential clients) time.

    For the services offered the plans are far too expensive. Additionally when you make any change to the plans, they make you sign another 2 year contract. Service providers are limited so I would use this company again but only because I have little to no other choice.

    He was exactly on time.
    Quickly evaluated my TV and informed me that the LCD on my 5 year old  42" Samsung LED LCD was bad. (Too bad new tech is not as durable as the old CR tubes)
    He could fix it, but it would not be worth the money.  
    He gave me advice about buying a new TV. Very pleasant and to the point.
    He seem knowledgeable.
    He was right, new TVs have come way down in price.

    I had a cartridge refilled here a few months ago. I brought
    it back because it stopped working and the associate said air had gotten into
    the chamber and the ink was gummed up. So he gave me a replacement, no problem.
    Then I had the same problem a week later with that cartridge and he gave me
    another replacement a few weeks ago. I barely used the cartridge and it also
    stopped working. When I brought it back he said it was empty and couldn?t do
    anything about it. It was barely used at all and I believe the ink was leaking
    and not refilled properly to begin with. He never put the correct date sticker
    on the side and it showed as being filled months ago, even though I just got
    it. The whole time he was rude and kept saying I need the receipt, even though
    I only got a receipt with the original months ago.
    In summary, 3 cartridges were not filled properly, the
    contacts were gummed up, and he refused to give me a refund or refill on the third
    time, even though he did twice before without a receipt. I saved myself a lot
    of hassle by getting the official cartridge from Staples, which I know is
    filled right and works great every time, even though it?s a little bit more
