    Glenside Medical Associates
We have been with them for the past 15 years. I think the place could use a little more things here and there to make it better and cleaner. It is a walk-in clinic, so the wait time depends on how many people and which doctor you pick. We see Dr. Powers and it is not a long wait for him, he is pretty much available. There are a couple of times when we called them, and we did not get a response from them. I would continue using them, but I guess the doctor could slow down a little and not rush too much, but he does a good job.

    Advanced Orthopaedics
We love Advanced Orthopedic. They are great. They doctor is very nice and professional. The waiting room is nice, clean, and comfy. The staff is very nice. They answer all questions before you ask them. They are good at filling you in on what's going to happen and keeping you at ease.

They have been very good.  It is $200 extra to extend the services.  They are a very good company.  They have a very good audiologist.  It is connected to a ear, nose & throat doctor next door, so it is good.  It is pretty convenient.

    Patient First
It’s sort of a clinical care type of situation and is one of those drop in places.  They are convenient and I don’t have to make an appointment, and I like that about it there.  They keep records  so whoever is working knows what your history is.  I don’t like that there is a long wait once I get in there and I have to wait for a while.  It’s a long wait till the time I actually enter the doctors’ office from the time I get to see somebody.  Usually on an average it’s probably about 20 to 30 minutes.

    Hearing Clinics of Virginia
The cost of the hearing aid covers ongoing checkups and hearing aid batteries.  I’ve had no problems ever getting batteries and I’ve always been able to get an appointment pretty quickly.  The rates seem to be competitive with other vendors. I’ve always seen different people but their service has been good and beautiful.  The staff is competent and responsible.  I’ve not had any problems getting in.

    Nathan Guerette MD
I continue to see Dr. Guerette for treatment of IC and PFD. He and his assistant Rose are fantastic. The wait time is long, but I don't mind it so much because he takes his time with me. He never rushes me, he always answers all my questions and makes sure to explain everything so I understand completely. I am a very complicated patient as I am allergic to everything and have some additional complicating conditions. His office staff is so wonderful and courteous. I would recommend him to everyone!

    Westin, Dr. Clair M.
She's a great doctor. She takes her time with each patient. She never makes me feel rushed. She is always there to give good advice or if she can't find out something right away, she finds it for me and then get's back to me.

I do use him. You pay an amount of money at the beginning of the year and then you still have to pay for your visits. But it has been worth it because you can see him right away or you can even call him at night if you need to. He has sort of good broad knowledge and you don't have to go through stress of not knowing whom to call situation. That is helpful. But they are concierge doctor so you paying an extra amount of money. Dr. Spiers is very nice, personable, and knows my file. It is nice to have a doctor who does not look down on my file. They offer a lot of services like they put you on scale and tell you your fat content and recommend what exercises to do. They have a lot of specialists. I thought about it when I wrote them a check for about $1900 and I realized that if something happens, and something did happen to both my husband and I have had unfortunate incidents and where we would have gone to 2 or 3 doctors before hit the right doctor because one does not know what it is and what one needs to do. So money is well spent. I go to him and he helps with issues and gives me recommendations as to whom my husband might want to see. It has been very helpful.

Excellent bedside manner, helped me think about how best to take care of myself while traveling and also how to handle difficult news that I received that day. Technicians and other staff very professional. Appointment was punctual.

My daughter is an ongoing patient with this practice and we are very pleased with the physicians are excellent however, the support staff in the injection room is severely understaffed. The wait time for weekly injections is always 30 minutes plus and the waiting room is full to capacity with patients waiting, based on our observation in weekly visits. If allergy shots are required, I would not recommend the Forest Ave location of this practice for this reason.
