We recently had an issue that resulted in damage to our lighting (not any fault of Baylites). Lewis communicated with us every step of the way including letting us know he had extra parts he did not need and was going to return them and reduce the total amount of the project. AWe needed a light & fan switch moved from *behind* a bathroom door to next to it, so I texted Allen a picture of the problem area. After a quick over-the-phone estimate, we quickly set up a day for him to do the work. That day, he called when he was on his way, and in a couple hours, he'd completed the project. He did need to go get some parts, and it took a little longer than expected due to a few issues he encountered along the way, but the final price was 100% reasonable for the work done, all things considered. We'd definitely hire Butler Electrical again for any of our electrical needs in the future.
