    Top Gun Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing
    Their crew cleaned the outside of our gutters on Wednesday, July 3. Paint was stripped from the gutter with the first cleaner they used. They stopped using that cleaning solution, went and bought spray paint and painted that part of the gutter. Then they mixed up a different cleaning solution and completed the job. They did not put a cover over our shrubs, even though my husband asked them to. They assured him that our shrubbery would not be damaged. When the crew finished, they left a bill for less than the original estimate and said we should wait until we heard from the office after the holiday weekend. The next day, many leaves on the affected shrubs (hydrangeas) were withered and have since gradually turned brown and died. One boxwood has died completely. The gutters are clean but there is collateral damage to our landscaping. Photos are attached. We have not heard from their office. No one has contacted us. We would like a response regarding the damage done to our shrubbery.

    My husband and I were worrying about what Hurricane Florence would bring to our area because we knew we needed to have our upper gutters cleaned out. A few days before the storm, I called JP at A Clean VIew, as a new customer, to see if there was anyway he could fit us into his schedule before the storm came. Even though he had many other jobs to do, he still fit us in and got our gutters all ready for whatever Florence would bring. Thankfully, our area was able to dodge a bullet when Florence moved in a more southerly direction, but we were very grateful for the peace of mind that JP gave us by getting our gutters cleaned out on such short notice. He did a great job at a fair price and we would highly recommend his company!

    I had an appointment to have gutter guards installed today, 8/10/18 between 8-10am. No one showed up, no one called. After making 4 calls myself to find out what's going on, no one will get back to me. It is now after 2pm. The installation was to be done while I was off work today and home but obviously no one is coming today. Several other reviews state that this company is bad about not returning calls and they are right. I have been told managers have been contacted and will get back to me in 30 minutes, emails have supposedly been sent to managers on my behalf....the company obviously cares nothing about customer service. I have cancelled the installation because I cannot see spending my money with a company with this extremely poor customer service.

    They did a great job. The day they were suppose to come out it rained but I was told prior if that was the case they would come out the next available clear day. Mind In The Gutter came out the next day and cleaned the gutters.

    Davidson Roofing Company
    I hired Davidson after stopping and watching their crews work on other homes in the area. They start at the crack of dawn and stop only at dark. The roof lines and attention to detail was perfect on projects I viewed and my house as well. Their price was compatible with 2 others I obtained. Their communication was exemplary and daily clean-up impressive. The crew and foreman was so nice we even supplied cold sodas and snacks.

    they came and cleaned the gutters promptly at the time scheduled. super responsive to the phone /email which was great since i had called two other companies and never heard back from them at all. very happy with service. gutters look great.

    Horribly they never even call to say they were not coming after scheduling a month in advance. They said they would be out her the next day and no one showed up. I do not recommend them they do not follow through with what they said they would do.

    The experience was mediocre. There was difficulty in scheduling (he works several jobs, some out of the city). We had gutter guards all around. I did not read the fine print in the ad and did not realize there would be an extra charge to remove/replace. We agreed to only remove the ones over the downspouts, and he did not charge extra. He did NOT offer to use the hose to flush out the gutters (I did not think about it). He removed debris from the downspout area only from most gutters. He cleaned up most of what he removed. He did use his own gas powered leaf blower to blow off pine needles/leaves from the roof, and this was appreciated. Next time, I will look for another provider.

    Upon my initial call, the company informed me that they do not do initial estimates, so they would not come in advance to see the height of the gutters & woodpecker holes. I informed them they needed a tall ladder to complete the job, and they assured me this wouldn't be a problem based on the fact that my home was only 2 stories tall. I was charged the $94 fee for the technician to come to my house, and upon arriving at my house and inspecting the work, the technician did in fact need a taller ladder than what he was unprepared with. He told me that it would be an additional $200 (on top of the $800 I was already expecting to pay) to rent a taller ladder and send a second technician (as a spotter). So my options were to cancel the job and pay the $94 service charge, or pay the additional $200 to finish a job they were unprepared to complete. I called customer service while the technician was at my house to see if they could negotiate the $200 charge or offer a discount since they made the mistake of misinforming me. Customer service apologized for the oversight, but the company was unyielding and unwilling to right the wrong, in any way, shape or form. The CEO took the time to email me to apologize for the inconvenience and provide rationale, but this of course did not alleviate the pain of the inconvenience or fix the problem. In the end I refused to pay the $200 out of principle, and the company did not don't complete all services requested. On the plus side, the technician was nice & friendly and showed professionalism through the challenging situation. He also did a nice job on the portion of work that he completed. This situation was not his fault. Overall, if your job is small and simple, I'm sure Mr. Handyman is a good company to do the work. For bigger, more expensive jobs, I would recommend seeking a business that offers estimates and has better customer service (if something goes wrong with an expensive job), so you don't have to spend additional unexpected $ or waste your time.

    It went pretty good.  I need to call them back because on each side of the house in the back where the gutter goes down there is wet spots.  I think they were here in February of 2016.  It cost $99.  He was good.  I did go and look at materials.  I do think I would use them again, he was pretty good.  They could have explained the material more because I thought I was getting one thing but it was something else with the same name but different.
