  • We have been with them for the past 15 years. I think the place could use a little more things here and there to make it better and cleaner. It is a walk-in clinic, so the wait time depends on how many people and which doctor you pick. We see Dr. Powers and it is not a long wait for him, he is pretty much available. There are a couple of times when we called them, and we did not get a response from them. I would continue using them, but I guess the doctor could slow down a little and not rush too much, but he does a good job.

  • I did a great amount of research to identify a strong day care center that would meet the needs of our family in April of 2014.  This center offered a proprietary program, a high level of care, a clean facility, loving teachers, etc.  My child started attending 9/14 and already some changes had been made to the rooms in an effort to maximize class size.  It was obvious they were trying to pack kids in, especially for after school care, at the cost of the quality of care for other students.  I saw infants in rooms with other kids with up to 12 months of age difference.  They were constantly trying to push my child up to the next group.  Teacher turnover was atrocious.  My child had 17 different teachers during her 11 months of enrollment.  They have a proprietary curriculum that was not used with fidelity as the activities completed in my child's class were not developmentally or age appropriate.  The classrooms were bare with little artwork, few photographs, and broken toys.  I often had to ask or wait for another teacher to come to the room before I could leave my child as the teacher/student ratio was consistently off and I would not leave my child in a potentially dangerous situation.
I became very concerned when notes I would send were not communicated with the other teachers (not enough liquids throughout the day, no afternoon snack I sent in since she wouldn't be able to eat for 4 hours by the time we get home).  I addressed my concerns with the site management and teachers.  Each time I was told it would get better and improve.  More specifically, the teachers posted pictures of my child with her bathing suit on backwards and her nipples showing on the classroom door and another picture of her crying while the other kids played.  I brought the range of concerns up and was told I'd see immediate improvements.  The pictures were taken down but the curriculum remained inappropriate (a child who can't walk is unable to participate in activities such as jumping through hoops and pretend ice skating).  Communication was poor.  I popped in and completed observations daily for approximately two weeks and saw a teacher lift a child by the arm over a chair, my child played with trash for 15 minutes with limited interactions from staff, and several other concerning things.  I took my concerns to the site management and saw limited and inconsistent improvements.
During this summer 2 teachers have been fired immediately for putting their hands on students and there are several other concerning violations. The tuition was outrageous and in no way equates to an appropriate or quality level of care and love every child deserves.   I discussed all of my concerns with site management as well as corporate management, neither of which had much action to show for their promises to make it better. I came to the conclusion their primary interest was money and their secondary interest was managing the chaos of the kids in the school.  Their turnover, inconsistencies, poor instruction, lack of quality resources, and 6 visits from the licensing office with documented violations during 2015 are indicative of issues on every level from the teacher to all lines of management and leadership.

  • We love Advanced Orthopedic. They are great. They doctor is very nice and professional. The waiting room is nice, clean, and comfy. The staff is very nice. They answer all questions before you ask them. They are good at filling you in on what's going to happen and keeping you at ease.

  • It’s sort of a clinical care type of situation and is one of those drop in places.  They are convenient and I don’t have to make an appointment, and I like that about it there.  They keep records  so whoever is working knows what your history is.  I don’t like that there is a long wait once I get in there and I have to wait for a while.  It’s a long wait till the time I actually enter the doctors’ office from the time I get to see somebody.  Usually on an average it’s probably about 20 to 30 minutes.

  • Ron spent a lot of time with me working on my neck and shoulder area. The exercises and therapy succeeded in increasing muscle strength and neck flexibility/range of motion. Although pain issues did not significantly decrease, this was due to other organic issues that PT was not effective in treating. Ron is an excellent PT and I would recommend him highly.

  • She's a great doctor. She takes her time with each patient. She never makes me feel rushed. She is always there to give good advice or if she can't find out something right away, she finds it for me and then get's back to me.

  • I thought they were excellent. The thing I like about them the most is that when you have an appointment and you go there, you don't have to wait very long. It is a huge practice and all the doctors have different specialties. The office environment is very nice and they work in groups of like two or three interns that work with a specialist so they are very nice and knowledgeable. They answer kindly to questions no matter how dumb they may sound.

  • I do use him. You pay an amount of money at the beginning of the year and then you still have to pay for your visits. But it has been worth it because you can see him right away or you can even call him at night if you need to. He has sort of good broad knowledge and you don't have to go through stress of not knowing whom to call situation. That is helpful. But they are concierge doctor so you paying an extra amount of money. Dr. Spiers is very nice, personable, and knows my file. It is nice to have a doctor who does not look down on my file. They offer a lot of services like they put you on scale and tell you your fat content and recommend what exercises to do. They have a lot of specialists. I thought about it when I wrote them a check for about $1900 and I realized that if something happens, and something did happen to both my husband and I have had unfortunate incidents and where we would have gone to 2 or 3 doctors before hit the right doctor because one does not know what it is and what one needs to do. So money is well spent. I go to him and he helps with issues and gives me recommendations as to whom my husband might want to see. It has been very helpful.

  • I was confusion as to the amount of time I was to wear the brace so I called and spoke to Dr Blank's nurse and she was very informative and resolved the problem. I definitely would return to see him. The staff was excellent and waiting time was very low.

  • My visits with Dr. Weiss always went well. As I have said above, he is a very good podiatrist. He takes his time to explain things and explains options for treatment very thoroughly and in terms a layman can understand.
His office staff leave much to be desired. They were arrogant, and left the impression they would rather not have to deal with you. It is a shame the staff did not exhibit the professionalism that Dr. Weiss did.
