ALonestar Siding & WindowsVery well. We were informed on a regular basis when the work would start and when the supplies dumpster and other items would arrive. Once everything arrived, the Lonestar staff began the process of removing the old siding and replacing it with the new siding. Partly through the process, the new storm doors were installed. All of this took about 10 days. The staff were very attentive to detail and really took pride in their work. Finally, the new gutters were installed. All in all, a job well done.- GERALD M.

AElman's ContractorsClass Act! A True High-Quality Contractor As we embarked on an exterior renovation of our 44-year-old home that included new windows, siding, doors, gutters, and columns. We were nervous as this was surely going to be a large sum of money and a headache for a week or two. Prior to deciding on hiring Elman’s Contractors we got prices from 3 other companies which were $5-$8K higher in price then Elman. Also, the other contractors didn’t listen to our needs so we decided to hire Elman’s Contractors. Great Decision! Elman setup an appointment to meet at his material distributor so we could see and choose the materials to be used on our home. Due to COVID-19 manufacturer shutdowns the materials delayed our project as we needed all items on-site for the renovation to begin. Elman had the sales representative from Alside Distributors keep us updated on the material status. As the start day arrived, Elman and his foreman “Shorty” arrived with the crew to provide direction and get started with the demo and installation. Throughout the 5 days of the renovation everyone on the Elman’s Contractors crew treated my home as if it was theirs and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the outcome. Elman was very responsive to a small issue that needed to be adjusted after the work was complete. Elman and his crews were phenomenal to work with before, during, and after. AHIVEX Basement Finishing Co.These guys are like the A team. They come in, make a professional assessment of the situation, then next thing you know the framers, installers etc come in, knock out there jobs and before you know it the job is complete and it looks great. We were very please with the work and the workers who were all courteous. We were especially impressed with the owner Dan Betts. He was the first person we met. ATroy-Bilt ConstructionIt went great Troy-Bilt- a couple porches for me about 2 or 3 years ago so I decided to call him back to finishing my basement it looks absolutely beautiful it was a blank space I never used it now I'm down there all the time I have a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full-bathroom! I couldn't be more happier with my new finished-In basement. Troy and his guys showed up everyday on time just like they said they would and Troy even gave me ideas that I never even had thought of. I'm so happy that I called Troy again and I can't wait until my next project comes up to have him come back. ARichmond Window CorporationTwo doors out of four and all of the windows in the home have been replaced...we had a lot of windows...al least 33. During the first installment, there was a window that needed correction and this was done immediately. There have been problems with the doors and their correction was also done immediately. No other company was ever considered during our replacement adventure. We have been totally pleased with the product, installers and those who were called in to make the necessary corrections. We wanted this company to do all of this work so we could enjoy the product and the product would be a item for a good resale value.- Barbara G.

Gerald was wonderful, explained to me that i needed to clean the outside of my gutters for best performance. He repaired the piece in a few minutes. FRoofing job done in Midlothian Va October 2020 I had my roof replaced and some siding and trim work done by this company - Professional Home Services of Richmond Va, owner Mike Gunderson. It is a living nightmare. My entire roof had leaks, whereas before a very small section. There is water on the ceiling and in the attic boards. I don't understand how this company gets the good ratings that it has...my house is being damaged from the absolute worst quality of work. The shingles are buckled and some are flapping in the wind. I can't explain this nightmare. I have provided pictures of just some of this companies work. . Water spots in every room, my skylights are leaking. How can a new roof cause problems that were not there before. In addition, I am a widow living on social security. I don't know what I am going to do. I was scammed and now $12,500 later I have water leaking in my house. Almost every room in my house has current water marks on the ceilings and walls., My attic has water around the boards on the roof edge. How can a roof with a small problem area be leaking everywhere now. I would not recommend this company for any type of home work.

AWorking with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and didn't want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them didn't want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we wouldn't hear back from them or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand new house. We had given up hope on finding a contractor so we decided just to contract somebody to do the stairs and we would do the rest ourselves. Initially, we were asking Ken for a quote just for the stairs. But he wanted to do the whole job. Our first impression of Ken was that he was a good guy so we took a leap of faith because we had become very skeptical of all contractors at that point. Maison pleasantly surprised us. Their work was ahead of schedule and meticulous. Ken and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They exceeded our expectations. They were mindful to our work and family schedule. We would not hesitate to use them again. We recommend them for any home project you may have.

AHire this guy. He knows what he is doing. I never liked the repair the previous owner did 20 years ago, so I called Allan for help. He sistered 6 joists and fully replaced another 8 joists, and replaced the patio door that was getting harder and harder to open.
