I use their insurance once a year for a physical. I have never had to call them for anything. I have never had any issues with them.

I called check on health care insurance for child turning 26 in may 2014, Called April 14 2014 at 1:30 pm-called local number 804-355-8506-they answered quickly and listen fairly well, then they referred me to call 1-800-344-7676 they stated that number would be more helpful. I call the toll free number - right after-they listen and gave me a quote for male turning age 26 in May 2014 with diabietes, the 25 year old is currently under parents insurance.the quote was high but the salesperson explained the cost per month and the deductiable amount and then offered to send information via email for further referance. Callers were pleasant but seemed to be a hurry, but otherwise Helpful. I received email Very quickly with in 5 minutes after call, call only took 10 minutes.

My mother has had this policy 9 years. When it came time for here to receive benefits they began stalling. We started this procedure June 14, 2009. We were told that it take a 5 step process: 1) Initiating a Claim, 2) Intake a Call, 3) Care Cooperation, 4) Determination of Eligibility, 5) Benefit Payments. Instead of 5 steps they keep adding more steps. It is now October 1, 2009 and they still have more questions. They have asked questions of her doctors several times. They now need further answers (again) from the nurse at her care facility. The stalling continues. I believe that their intention is to continue stalling and never to provide the benefits that she has been paying for.
