Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Gainesville

    Freedom Plumbers Corporation
Freedom Plumbers was great to work with and I would definitely hire them again. Ricky and all of his staff were very professional and I still can't believe how quick and responsive they were to all of my questions and concerns. They really helped my family through a challenging issue. It was a stressful experience but Ricky and his staff did a great job of getting us through it. Thank you so much!

    A & A Septic Repair Service, LLC
The alarm on our septic went off very late on a Tue. night. Based on Angie's List reviews, I called Aits Septic Repair early on Wed 7/6/16. Rick told me he had several emergencies that day so he probably wouldn't be able to get over until the next day. (We were able to run the system using the manual mode.) Later in the morning he called me back to say he would be able to come by shortly. He looked at the problem...floats were bad which caused the alarm to go off. Also, pump was not pumping much, so Rick recommended a larger pump. He had to order the pump and came by 2 days later to complete the job. New Myers pump, new check valve, gate valve, 3 new floats and redid electrical hardwiring to prevent corrosion. Rick also filed the paperwork with Pr. Wm. County. As other reviewers have stated, Rick is very knowledgeable and an honest man. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

    SES Mid Atlantic, LLC
SES Mid Atlantic started out very strong, spoke with GS and he sounded very friendly and informative.  Went over some of the numbers and decided with the size of SES Mid Atlantic, I'd commission their inspection.  Due to some unforeseen heavy snow things were delayed which was the fault of no one.  GS was very accommodating and worked with scheduling convenient window for me to be present for the inspection.
The day of inspection - BP, the inspector, performing the work had technical difficulties due to equipment not working. At the time there was little success with the video component (a $200 additional option). That day they found a second septic tank, "previously overlooked" which had root intrusion and was not pumped. The distribution box was uncovered and found to be split, header lines with the use of old design had collapsed.  BP, informed me due to the complications of the findings and the inoperative equipment, he would get back to me once he conferred with an engineer and the president of SES.
A few days pass and I receive an email from TW, of the inspection paid in full. At this point I have not heard from anyone at SES, I sent out an email inquiring as to progress and updates as payment has been rendered in full. I am greeted by a call from GS on Saturday, in a less than friendly tone. Very defensive and harsh. I am confused as to if I'm speaking to the same person, but later he informs me that upon reading my email he found it abrasive. Seriously? you can read whatever tone you want into an email ~ why he choose abrasive is beyond me. If by abrasive he means being charged in full and credit card payment submitted and collected in full, without any updates, without a rescheduling opportunity to accompany the inspector to complete the "video inspection" portion, if that's abrasive, then surely I'd hope we all are abrasive. I calmly explained to GS my fact based inquiry was to access what had and had not been completed. He quickly informed me that inspector had revisited the site and completed the inspection (video inspection - claimed). Not much you can do at that point, a week later I get the report and it reveals that upon the claim of the work being completed the dates do not agree with the upset GS. When he stated the inspector had revisited the property, he had not, bad liars are the worse. I also asked as to the free in ground petroleum inspection they offer, at which time GS, informed me, we are very busy and won't be able to get to you anytime soon. You're better off hiring a company to do the testing. Wow... before money was collected, super nice guy, after money was received, totally different person.
Another few weeks of back and forth to get an estimate for repairs. I had paid $1,150 and I was going to get some value in my inspection. At this point their engineer, PG, had contacted me with an estimate to rehabilitate the septic system.  One major problem, the verbal estimate basically said we will fix the septic system for a specified amount, no details.
I had a few questions, such as detailed scope of work, were they aware of in ground oil tank. A week or so later I finally got a detailed scope of work with questions answered from PG. This grueling process basically exhausted what little faith and patience I had with SES Mid-Atlantic.
In summary if this costly inspection found everything to be - good. I would have unknowingly felt SES did a thorough and good job. Again, as they weren't cheap I was hoping they would be able to handle anything out of the ordinary. I would certainly not recommend SES Mid-Atlantic to anyone.  Too many faults on multiple levels and many of their staff were quick to be on the defensive when not even attacked. I only wish I can come across a review which would have given me the foresight to not move forward so trusting of SES, or better yet to all together avoid doing business with them.

    A & A Septic Repair Service, LLC
We recently had some major work performed by Aits Septic Repair.  Replacing main tank due to root intrusion, updating/replacing main line, conveyance line, distribution boxes and header lines. Rick is the real deal, he's very hands on and puts his experience and knowledge to good work. I've had the unfortunate luck to work with another septic company - not even close.  Aits' high ratings are definitely earned.
Timeframe - weather set the start date back a little, then we had few nice clear days.  Crack of dawn, Ricky and his crew worked efficiently and professionally, wrapping up the large project in about 3 days.

    WILSON SERVICE CO LLC
I first used Wilson Service Company in 2012 when they built a pad for a barn for me.  I chose Wilson Service Company because I wanted to establish a relationship with a local business.  This has certainly payed off as  Ray, Tom, and Pete Wilson have become like family to me.  Through the 18 month process of building my home they have been with me every step of the way.  No task was too big or too small for them to handle and when they couldn't do something themselves (electrical, plumbing for example) they brought in other local businesses they had relationships with to complete the work.
All of their work was of the highest quality and they are true professionals who take extreme pride in their work.  I can't say enough good things about Wilson Service Company and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

It was fine.  They did a good job.  They came a day or two after we called.  The price was reasonable.  They come every 4 years.
