The Right Choice Carpet and Flooring Services
Carlos was fantastic. His estimates were clearly explained and fair. He was patient in answering all of my questions. The scheduling was easy (much through emails) and result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Carlos and The Right Choice and would contract with him again!

    Mighty Clean Carpet Care
Kevin was great! We are selling our house and needed the carpets cleaned before we started showing the house. Kevin was able to squeeze us in the same week. He did a great job on the carpets and cleaned up even the worst markings. We used this company when we first moved into the house and now when we're moving. I'll be calling back when we close on the house we're buying. Kevin was responsive to my initial call, showed up on time, was quick and efficient, and cleaned up nicely after. Would recommend to anyone!

    Absolute Carpet Care
Courteous, professional & honest. They gave us excellent service, performed from assessment to work completed timely. Other companies gave us over-inflated numbers for cleaning/measurements. This company is excellent and our #1 choice! When I had an issue, I called and they promptly resolved it. They went above & beyond!

    Hew's Carpet Care LLC
We have had 3 dogs in the house for the last 3 years and were sure that the carpets were ruined. Hew's came in and restored the carpets to "like new". Courteous, thorough, honest. What more could we ask for. 5 stars.

    DNA Pro Cleaning & Restoration
The office staff was very polite on the phone.  They answered all my questions.  They showed a genuine interest in earning my business.  I liked that!
The men that arrived at my home were neatly dressed, polite and very careful when moving my things.  They did meticulously work. They took their time and did quality work.  I read a lot of these reviews that mention how quick some cleaners are.  I don't think speed is a positive attribute when performing this type of service.  To me, quick means careless.  This crew took their time to do the job right.

I had one stain that other cleaners said could not be removed. but DNA Fresh tackled it.  They got it out; however,  It did come up again 1 day later. I mentioned this when they called to ask about my satisfaction.  They were very apologetic and came back at my convenience to re-clean that stain at no charge.  The stain that no one else could remove is now gone!.
When they say 100% satisfaction guarantee - they mean it!
I have used many carpet cleaners over the years.  Each did an ok job but nothing outstanding - until I found DNA Fresh.  I will never call another company.

    Dominion Carpet
Both were extremely large and time consuming jobs.  I felt that the price was very competitive and they were very professional about the services performed.  Joey was available to answer any of my (many) questions, and he was very honest and upfront about the price and what would be done.  Two things that I was especially impressed with were that when we initially had our carpet stair runner replaced we didn't realize that a few months down the road we would then decide to change the color of the floor, which meant that we needed to remove the stair runner and stain the stairs.  Instead of charging me again for the installation, he removed that from the price of the job.  Additionally, there were a few areas on the hardwoods that I requested that they come back to adjust, and they promptly did so in order to ensure that everything was perfect.  I knew that having things 100% to my liking was their ultimate goal, and that type of relationship with a contractor is exactly what you need, especially when you are spending this kind of money.  Speaking of the price, I thought it was well worth it - it was a HUGE space and the banister itself must have taken forever to do because it is very large and had to all be sanded by hand.  Thank you Dominion Carpet for the wonderful job you did.  We absolutely love our "new" floors.

    RestorTech Inc
I love this company and while I hope we never need their services ever again, I feel good knowing that if we ever do need them, they will be right there, and ready to help. The owner/president of the company, John Pletcher, is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in his field. In addition, he is so very kind, caring and compassionate. I think he must be an awesome boss too because every one of his employees that we've ever dealt with has been just the same way. They are a most impressive group and you can just feel the sense of family amongst them. They are all dedicated, loyal and very hard working.

In July 2011, we had a lightning strike/house fire that caused extensive structural damage to our home. The contractor we hired to restore our home brought in Restortech to handle several key components of the job. John Pletcher, personally, came to our home a day or two after the fire to survey the damage and make recommendations on how to proceed. He was amazing and despite our still being in complete shock, no pun intended, and having our lives just turned upside down, he made us feel like everything was going to be okay.
The first crew he sent in concentrated on stripping all the wet stuff out of the basement to prevent any mold issues from getting started. Then, the next phase involved disposing of everything that was ruined and getting everything that was salvageable, packed up and moved out so they could start the cleaning and restorations of our household goods and furniture. It was just like when you're moving and have a moving company come pack up and move everything. Our crew chief was Brandon and, no surprise, he's just awesome. Ours was a really big job (it took about a week) and he handled it beautifully. I wish I could recall each individuals name, but there were so many! I remember some such as Daisy, Jenny, Jose, and Jake. And Patrick! Patrick was in charge of gathering up all the clothing and textiles for cleaning. He was a big teddy bear and everybody, including us, loved him. Patrick had us gather up about 3 weeks or so of clothing and shoes and had those things cleaned and returned the next day. The rest of it was cleaned and kept in storage with the rest of our stuff until we could move back in. This whole move coincided with one of the worst heat waves we've ever experienced (daily temperatures were over 100 degrees) and of course, we had no air conditioning due to no electricity.  Brandon and his whole crew worked like dogs and never once complained. They were very careful with each item they packed up or moved. And some of it was extremely heavy.
Once winter set in, we needed some of our coats and warm clothes so we called and Restortech pulled our clothing out of storage and delivered it to us at our temporary rental house.
A little over a year after the fire, our house was all fixed and we were ready to move back in. John Pletcher made sure to send the same crew that had done our pack-out. We were thrilled to see them again and they put everything back in the house. They even hung the drapes! All of our belongings were in great shape and had been handled with great care and respect.
During the 1 year + we were out of the house we remained in contact with Restortech and most of our communications were with Molly Collier, who, I swear knows everyone and everything at Restortech. She is delightful to work with and no matter what you need, you just have to call Molly and presto! it is done.
So, fast forward a couple of years and when we discovered mold from an exterior water leak in a rental condo we own, I called, who else? but Molly! I was surprised she actually remembered me, and she set things up with the condo association to give a repair estimate. Will, came out and looked at it and submitted what we felt was a very reasonable bid. Had we been the ones paying for the repair we would have had Restortech do it but the condo association went with a cheaper bid. It turned out to be a foolish decision on their part because the job got botched and ended up costing them more in the long run.
And, then, just last month, our rear hose bib pipe leaked water into our basement. Now, ... years ago- I would have gotten all upset and panicky about stuff like this, but now I'm just, "yeah, okay, whatever" and I said, "eh, no big deal, lemme go call Molly"...cause, yeah, we're good friends now, and Molly said all of her crews were out doing jobs but she could have Brandon come by first thing the next morning. So, with the leak stopped, I sopped up what I could with towels, put a couple fans down there until morning and then went to bed. Brandon arrived the next morning, right on time. It was nice to see him again and it was like old home week. We caught up on things and happenings and he set to work pulling up the carpet and cutting out the soaked padding. he also had to cut open the drywall and pull out the soaked insulation. He set up one of those industrial size fans and told us to let it run for a couple of days. Our contractor (from the 2011 fire restoration) came out and fixed the plumbing issue, replaced some drywall & trim and repainted. When they were done, Restortech came back out, put in new carpet pad to replace the part that had been cut out and cleaned the carpet in that area. This time, our Restortech guys were Daniel and Jose. It was the first time we met Daniel but we knew Jose from our pack-out and move back in crew. Daniel is just every bit as nice and competent as I've come to expect from Restortech employees. The carpet looks great and you'd never know anything had happened.
Today, I called Molly because we haven't received a bill yet (it's in transit- should arrive in today's mail). I am astounded at how reasonable the bill is. I was expecting it to be WAY more. While we were talking she said that if we ever needed them, they would always be there for us and she mentioned they also have a residential cleaning division.I am thrilled to know this because the tenant in our rental condo just moved out and I've been looking for a good carpet cleaning company. I made an appointment and the carpet will get cleaned next week.
Have I mentioned how much I love these guys? We are customers for life. If you have a house emergency, Restortech should be your first phone call. They can take care of anything. They are the superheros of disaster recovery.

    Mighty Clean Carpet Care
It was fantastic. They actually were able to clean stains out that other carpet cleaners couldn't clean. I had a high traffic area that nobody was able to get to clean and they looked like new when they finished. The price was okay.
