FAcres of Virginia Inc.We had an appointment the afternoon of June 19th, 2020, no show, no call; they didn't even give a time to top it all off. I call them to find out where they were, all we got were excuses and rescheduled for June 25th, 2020 around 930am. About an hour of waiting, I call to find out where they are, "they are coming" was all I received as confirmation. When they do show up, we were surprised with an estimate $400+ over what we were originally told, paid the $1,000 via check and they took my paper land survey map for my property with them; promising they'd return it by mail or in person because they needed copies of the map and I'd receive a receipt for the payment. They deposited the money, no receipt. I call to ask where was my map and receipt, they said they will send the email that day, send someone out to finish the soil testing, and return the map. I did not receive my receipt or information pertaining to the survey done, they haven't sent anyone back out, and they still have my map. Can't get a hold of them by phone or email. THREE WEEKS of this! I am about to drive to their office to finish this and then report them to every office I can think of. Don't waste your time with them.- Nicholas B.
