AKitchen SaverDave Duxson was the installer on our project. Dave did a fantastic job on all 4 rooms! The quality of his work, as well as the products themselves exceeded our expectations. A large project like ours can be daunting with the expense, change of material/appearance, quality, and workmanship....it's natural to be nervous. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dave really is an expert craftsman. He was a wonderful person and all around nice guy. He is also a vet so that only made it better. We will definitely recommend to others. ARoberts Construction Co LLCJim and his team were wonderful to work with. He was at my home within a few days listening to all I had in mind for my new kitchen. Their communication was always prompt and professional. They even recommended a kitchen design service which guided me through the design process, suggesting places to shop for countertops, tile, ect.. which helped me tremendously in pulling everything together. Jim made sure all materials were ready before they started the work so there was no delay in the progress of work and completion of the project was timely. AHIVEX Basement Finishing Co.Hivex was absolutely wonderful to work with. They did a beautiful job finishing our basement. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Hivex was great about communicating with us during each phase of the project. They also did a custom job for us on our bathroom and some under-stairs bookshelving. Both turned out great and we are very pleased with the results. I will hire them again if I move into another house with a basement to finish.- Ian S.

Initial tiling (less than 3 years ago) was poorly done and there was water damage to the flooring underneath the shower. W'burg Maintenance's crew was absolutely professional and their attention to detail was amazing! The job was done right and matched the estimate for the repairs. AVista Construction Group, LLCWhat a great company to work with. Always on time and work full days. Our walkout basement was completely unfinished. They finished about 1800 square feet and I couldn’t be any happier with the work. I am a glass artist and had been using part of the unfinished area for my studio and dreamed of the day when I would have a proper area to work in. I designed the studio space knowing what I would need and the room is perfect. They did everything I wanted and needed. It is everything I wanted and dreamed of. The rest of the basement is a nice open area. They built a beautiful bathroom, we have a area just waiting for a big bar to be put in place. We have a exercise area too. My husband is thrilled with the size of tv we were able to get. What we thought would be an area we wouldn’t use much has become the place we are in every evening. We still have an unfinished area for storage. The basement is perfect. This is the third project I have had Vista do for us. I won’t hire anyone else. The quality of the work is outstanding. If you want anything done in your home you can’t go wrong hiring this company. The first photo is my studio area before the work was started. Last photo is my studio completed. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes and I picked Matt due to the decades of experience in home remodeling. They answered all my questions and were able to give me great feedback on what colors to pick for my grout. FSo far, it hasn't gone anywhere. Mr. Peters came to measure and get my preferences. On 10/23/20 I was sent only a partial bid on the job. I reminded Mr. Peters of the options I would like to have. After two weeks, I emailed and asked if they were still interested. About a week later I got an email from his office stating Mr. Peters was on a job and would be in touch. I haven't heard from him since.

AIt was slow to get much customer service at the start of my project but once Esli and Sunny became involved things dramatically improved. AThe company representative was on time and very professional. In the end, he concluded that due to the unique configuration of our roof structure, the Gutter Helmet system could not be used properly for a portion of the project and declined to bid. I found this unique and refreshing and would be inclined to use Mr. Fix-It in Richmond, VA for any project that was within their scope.

FHorrible Company!!! I hired Remodel USA to remodel my kitchen in December 2019. I was so excited about my new kitchen and the salesperson did a great job hooking me. Even the president of the company called and thanked me for choosing them. I thought I found the best company but unfortunately once they got my deposit I discovered that they are a nightmare. I called for months trying to figure out when they were going to start the work and the once they did show up they just tore everything up and left me with a huge mess that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Not one permit was pulled despite being told it was being done and that the city was asking for this or that to justify delay after delay. Then when confronted they tried to say that permits were not needed even though the city assured me that that was not correct. And confronting them was another issue all together. No one knows what is going on from the top on down. Poor communication and dishonest business practices are their staple. Don’t let these guys take advantage of another person.

ARhonda salesperson was great but overworked and should have given me a list of things to do for prep like since I had a cooktop they cut the quartz onsite so my whole house was covered in dust when done including the drawers and cabinets next to it. If I would have known, I would have covered the room entries and removed the drawers. Also things like know where your water and gas turnoff are. The installer was new so they caulked and left right away an has to get them back to recaulk where sunk in. Rhonda was attentive to making sure they came back to do that. She was also awesome in helping me make the right selection for my kitchen. The installers had to deal with uneven cabinets and they were awesome at figuring out how to handle that . And definitely beat Lowes price. All of that is why I gave them an A.
