    The ambulance people were nice and the people at the hospital were surprisingly good the first five days, but this all changed overnight. On Monday morning I called Khris Jett and had what I thought was a very pleasant conversation regarding our financial options. She seemed very nice. Not sure if everything changed as a result or not. The patient had traditional Catholic prayers on big print for the end of life brought to her and perhaps they didn't like that. We can only guess. My wife went last night and they kept ignoring requests for water and perhaps that bothered them. But regardless they went from being very accommodating to we can't get her out of her soon enough over night. It is quite incredible. Also they started giving her a pill for dementia as we just found out. Never told us about this. The patient is confused, weak and unable to make it up the stairs to her bedroom. I cannot believe this is happening and my poor wife is beside herself as is her mother and our little children. We think they could be anti-traditional Catholic and or anti-Mexican. Not sure what else it could be.

    Flu swab was negative but MD made suggestion as to ways I could alleviate symptoms with OTC medication and holistic medicine.  Also MD offered me a Drs note for work which at first I declined but then since I ended up being out three days from work I called the provider back up and they gave me a note in the afternoon of the day I called which was very helpful.

    I had questions following an appointment with Dr. Bernard.  I had to call the office 4 times and never got my question answered.  Any time I have called to make an appointment due to illness, I have to wait 4-5 hours before they call back, if they call back at all.

    I have been going to him for about 8 years now. He is very straight forward and forth coming. He does not over prescribe medications. Scheduling an appointment is fine and I do not have to wait more than 10 minutes.

    I saw three different orthopedists within this practice, and not one of them diagnosed my condition properly. Therefore, any treatment was completely ineffective, and only served to increase my pain and suffering. Seeking medical care from this orthopedic practice cost me a lot of wasted time and money, frustration and discouragement. I have written a further review regarding one of the orthopedic surgeons there who treated me.

    They called while on the road home said to come back for emergency surgery.  We were too far out so they sent the info to WMH saying he needed immediate surgery. They reviewed everything and when we got there checked him again and we ended up opting for no surgery.  Colonoscopy was done the following week. He has been fine since.  The staff was quick responding, gave options and results/consequences that could happen and referred out based on our insurance for follow up.

    We agreed to try the least invasive plan, an adjustment in medication and after a trial some tests. I was glad to NOT have the tests done until after we assessed how much the medication and lifestyle changes were helping.

    We went there twice. The first time they misdiagnosed my child. We had to go back the very next night as she was getting worse. They couldn't figure out why was wrong with her and had to transfer her to another hospital just to find out she needed different antibiotics, NOT stage surgery Warren was recommending. Will not use again. After The billing dept billed us when our insurance covered it all. .

    We arrived at the hospital in the afternoon and completed paperwork. We waited about 15 minutes before a nurse took us back to an exam room. The nurses were excellent. The PA we saw was awful (please see above concernse). They discharged us after 3 hours and several useless tests. We proceeded to the pediatrician's office the next day to have him more thoroughly evaluated. I would avoid this ER if at all possible. But, as I stated previously, I have heard good things about Pediatrics and Land D, but have no personal contact with those departments.
