Hivex was great about communicating with us during each phase of the project. They also did a custom job for us on our bathroom and some under-stairs bookshelving. AThe staff of this company is very professional, and the management is very responsible. Even after more than a year of the completion of the new roof they came to inspect the roof because the tenant complained leak on the ceiling. The checkup of the leak was free of charge. CInstallation was excellent however the Windows have been failing seals and hazing up starting at 4 years. They replace it free which is nice but it's pretty sad that 40% of the windows have gone bad so far after 5-7 years.

FParamount couldn't get the bill to us in a timely fashion. I called them and they would only speak to my husband - even though we both filled out the paper work and met with them as a couple. Do they understand it is 2020? What a chauvinistic company. My female money will spend elsewhere. Their work is overshadowed by their crappy customer service. Horrible!
