Neat and professional resume. Process was quick and simple. I answered a short questionnaire, sent my old resume, had a brief phone conversation (optional) and they took it from there. I received my new resume in less than a week. The communication was great, very responsive to questions and concerns through email. My resume looks great. Thank you to Victoria and staff at Bridgemore Resume Design.

The color was awful. After 3.5 hours in the chair I was too tired to say anything and hoped it would look a little different after a couple of washes. Thanksgiving happened between then and when I finally made contact after three weeks to talk about how unhappy I was with it and what we might do to correct it. I sent the email to the address on stylist's business card twice and even called the salon to ask them to ask her to check email. She wrote me back and although she was willing to makes corrections, she emphasized that it would cost me because she has no idea what products I might have used on my hair since then. I wasn't thrilled with the insinuations. Anyway, I never responded and went back to my stylist in Denver since I had to make a trip back. Even she commented that it was orange. Anyway, I dislike confrontation and I don't like to potentially hurt someone's feelings, but I am left wondering if there is ever a time when a stylist will just simply and immediately own up to that fact that he/she failed.

When I brought my dry cleaning there I was told that they don't press, they only dry clean. When my husband went, they told him the same thing. So I'm a little confused by the other comments saying that some/all their stuff was dry cleaned AND pressed. If that's he case, why ere we told otherwise in 2 separate occasions? Bottom line, for us, if they can't do both then what's the point.

They were fine. They were good but not great. My interaction with them was not too much. I just sent them my resume and they just reformatted it to that effect. They could be more interactive with the customer.

I have been coming to Salon 730 for more than two years. During that time, I have had different stylists, but everyone has been very good. The salon is clean and bright and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and there is plenty of parking space.

We would not recommend Mr. Crickman for your attorney if you are involved in a divorce. It cost me close to $20,000 in attorney fees and also having to pay $91,000 to the ex-wife.  Every time I wanted to say something to Mr. Crickman or to express my frustration, he would just tell us ?I know you?re frustrated but I?m not going to listen to it.  If you?re not happy, there is the door and
you can find another attorney.?  He was my attorney; I paid him and if the client cannot be frustrated and be able to talk
with him, why is he even there?  Whenever we had questions or wanted certain things brought up in court (six court dates
later), he completely ignored the questions and refused to even listen to them.  I was not supposed to pay her attorney anything.  According to Mr. Crickman, the $5,000 that it was said I owed her attorney, we were informed by Mr. Crickman personally twice in his office that he and the other attorney had shaken hands in court regarding the $5,000; it was to come out of a check that was for her and therefore, her attorney fees that I owed would be paid; don?t worry about it.  He said that they were both officers of the court and if I ever received an invoice from the other attorney to let him know, he would take care of it; he said the other attorney would not want to go to court for that.  Guess what, I have to pay the other attorney $6,000 because Mr. Crickman all of a sudden couldn?t remember ever saying that and why would we think that.  There were many instances in the 1 ½ years that I was going back and forth to court that Mr. Crickman would all of a sudden ?forget? what we had discussed and back pedal.  And don?t send emails, ?he gets too many of them and doesn?t have time to read them all.?  He would lose information that was sent to him by us.  We would send it and he couldn?t find it.  We would have to ask him many times
to please follow up on something.  I was supposed to have a court date and then all of a sudden, you can do that in 3-4
years if your income drastically changes. What happened to 3-4 months that he had been telling us ? that changed.  Whenever the court dates came, I was always afraid he would not show up; usually did about 5 minutes or closer to the starting time.  Never asked the ex-wife any the questions that was asked of our side, completely ignored my requests for this; not relevant.  If they were relevant for me, they should be relevant for her also. Just did not have his client?s best interest at all.  The judge
would allow the opposing attorney more time and consideration than Mr. Crickman.  When asked why, he could not give a reason why this occurred; at times it would seem that he was partially aggressive with the judge and the judge would ask him to sit down.  This pattern duplicated many times.  We were always told that he has never seen a divorce case go so bad, apologized and said all we can do is go forward but never any real strategy to help me.  The final settlement court document was sent to Mr. Crickman and the opposing attorney on January 5, 2016. I was not notified or forwarded a copy until we inquired
via email on February 2, 2016.  His response on the 1st of February ?I haven?t heard anything, I?ll check into it,? even though it was sent to him three weeks ago.  This time-lapse is unacceptable, as my attorney who works for me should be forwarding any notifications of any sort as soon as he receives them. Mr. Crickman was not the attorney that I thought I was going to have upon our first meeting.  We talked and he seemed confident that all would go smooth and if necessary he would be aggressive.  The end result is that I should have got more than one opinion and interviewed a subsequent attorney before making my decision.  Not everyone is versed with legal knowledge so you depend on your first impression and hope for the best.

I saw DeeDee following an earlier consultation, and she was wonderful.  I am new to the area and had not been to this salon before. I was impressed with the time and interest taken by DeeDee during the consultation (which also included Billie, the owner).  I scheduled an appointment, and I was very happy with what DeeDee did after listening to what I hoped to achieve.  She did highlighting and then all-over color, followed by a cut that gave me volume and "movement."  The color and the cut were great, and she clearly is a perfectionist!  I scheduled my next appointment with her and look forward to seeing her in the future.  I am very happy with DeeDee and everyone I have met in this salon.  I highly recommend Salon 730.

Jules is the most talented hair artist I have ever known! Each and every time she does my hair it is perfect. Her ability to create the color and style that is right for each of her clients is always amazing. She is up on all the latest fashion trends, so she's great for those folks who like a slightly trendier style ( like my young-adult daughter), but does a fabulous job at more conservative styles and colors as well. Jules used to be located in Northern Virginia at a well known salon, but has recently moved to virginia beach and has opened her own studio. I drive 2-1/2 hours one way to see her, as I have never found anyone else to do such a great job on my hair. She will pamper you and make you feel absolutely beautiful. Her studio is gorgeous, too! Don't hesitate to trust her with your hair! You will not be sorry!

I needed my resume revised ASAP and the provider did respond after 24 hours. I choose to locate and use another service (not on Angie's List) in order to facilitate my needs. When I did hear from the provider, he was very courteous and apologetic for not responding sooner. While the initial responsive was not adequate, I would not rate the provider overall as an "F" as I did not have an opportunity to actually use the service.

I had been in my old job/career for 14 years and wanted to advance into management. My resume was that old and required a GREAT deal of updating.  Not only that, it was a Government job that require use of their clunky application and resume system.  Career Valet helped me 1) develop an updated resume; 2) develop a resume that worked in the USAJobs format; 3) expand the resume based on the job application questions to improve my chances.  There is only multiple choice on the job application. So in order to set one set apart Ms Yeager showed me how to modify my resume specifically to the job I was applying to ensuring all job requirements and relevant information was in my resume.  And 4) waled me through the whole application and interview process as they are today.
I can honestly say, without the assistance and tenacity of Career Valet, my resume and application would have fallen into the bin of common applicants, and not the ones that stood out.  Because of their assistance I received the new job, new path, and confidence I need to continue my path forward.
