    Squillante, Dr. Robert G.
Very pleased with this doctor, hes patient and truly cares. He referred me to a spine specialist and she performed an ablation to burn away some nerves. Unfortunately I was just diagnosed with ovarian cancer and my severe back pain is now believed to be sciatic nerve pain caused by the cyst, so I do not know if this procedure helped. I do however appreciate his calm and caring attitude.

    Constantine, Dr. Kostas J.
I'm now 2 weeks out of therapy but continuing exercises and other therapy, I can do at home. The pain is substantially less. Praying that I've avoided surgery. Dr. Constantine is very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained the problem and possible treatments and listened to my questions. He was also very compassionate, as the injections were very painful.

    Orthopedic Specialty Clinic
It was excellent. I see him once a month. I would recommend anybody going to him. They have their own physical therapy department. I would give them straight 'A's too. They've been great. I go to them three days a week.

I really like going to OSC, I've been three times now, once for my knee, once for a severely broken leg, and once for a dislocated elbow. They have been very kind, courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful. I have seen Paul Sunshine, Joe Gowaty, and Dr. Kirchmeier. They have all been excellent. They are able to not only do diagnostics, they have their own X Ray equipment there to re-evaluate what the hospital might not have gotten right in the first place (as was the case with both my leg and my elbow).
My only complaint is that they often send me to the Cosner's Corner location, despite the fact that I live in Stafford and it is a real inconvenience to get there as compared to the Welford office. Both locations offer excellent service, but I do wish I could go to Welford Street and not have to make the drive to Cosner's.

Dr. Constantine is very friendly nod really wants you to feel better. He laid out all my options and made sure I understood what each one meant. After reviving the results from my MRI we decided the best choice was surgery. I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Even my follow appointments after the surgery he made sure I knew what was going on and made sure I had no questions. Would definitely recommend him!

The appointment went well. A cortisone shot was administered to my shoulder and physical therapy recommended. I requested home exercises and the doctor honored that on the PT prescription but urged me to go to PT at least once a week. They have physical therapy at their office location, which will be convenient. I cannot comment on effectiveness of treatment or billing since I haven't completed treatment and have not yet received a bill. The cortisone shot was helpful in relieving some but not all of the shoulder pain. Hopefully that will continue to improve with therapy.

It went just like all the others the doctors are great always asking if you are ok during the procedure, and the assistants are always asking how you are and taking care of you before and after the procedure.

    Rappahannock Foot & Ankle Specs
Overall I couldn't have been more pleased. Dr. Buck performed a mildly invasive procedure to remove some scar tissue. After a brief rehab period my foot was completely back to the condition prior to the original injury. I was even able to contact them on a Saturday afternoon when I believed I was experiencing some complications. The procedure went well and the follow up was outstanding.

I still marvel at how easy the recovery was from the surgery (same day) and the fact that there is no scar. That part of the wrist is not fleshy so I was concerned about pain levels, etc. The surgery was quick, the recovery was brief, and most importantly, the pain is gone and has not returned. Dr. Constantine is a skilled surgeon and I have recommended him to a colleague. She took her son to see him, the son was treated and is another success story!

I went there several times. They are great. They are always busy but they got me in to see a specialist, got me an MRI of my shoulder and prior to that, my knee. They are really good about followup and they sent me to another occupational therapy place in town. The doctor I went to gave his personal e-mail and told me mail him if I have any questions.
