    S&S Waterproofing And Foundation Repair
Steve arrived at the agreed upon time and applied the epoxy patch and then left for a bit and returned to apply the second phase. The chemicals applied had no odor and have been highly effective in keeping out further seepage of rain water.

    NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
The guy was nice. He had been doing assessments for years. I told him about the mold issues that needed were remediated. Explained now we need to assess the why it happened. He looked over inside and out. Took 10 minutes. He said, he could not smell any mold and that everything was good. Nothing needed to be done. Two day later I found two leaky windows with mold in the wall under them. An entire wall full of mold in kitchen, and the brick at the corner of home was missing a 4ft high by 2ft wide corner. Exposing the entire foundation and heating board. Water had been rolling into the walls of the basement. The front of the home was on a negative grade as well. Not pleased at all!

    S&S Waterproofing And Foundation Repair
S&S waterproofing was called in during demolition when the problems were uncovered. They made the time and worked on a Saturday to rebuild the all of the masonry enclosure along with putting in a waterproofing barrier to ensure no future water damage. This work prepared my hose for the front door replacement and a replacement patio approach to the home. They were quick, professional, and the end result was perfect for my home. You could tell the Mason who worked on my home had the "touch" to rebuild brick and make it look "natural". You couldn't tell work had been accomplished!!!

AMC911 Foundation & Waterproofing Repair Systems
Found an advertisement in the newspaper for AMC911 and
decided to have someone come out to give me a quote on installing a vapor
barrier and new insulation in the crawl-space of the home I?m currently
renovating.  Home was built in 1988 and
the crawl space never had a vapor barrio and the insulation that was in place
was falling apart.  On the scheduled date
and at the scheduled time Mr. Eric Zidenberg arrived and inspected the
crawl-space with me present.  I explained
what I wanted done and Eric listened to me and prepared a detailed estimate and
quote.  I appreciated the fact that Eric
did not try to pressure me into anything and told me to give him a call if I
    had any additional questions.
I should note that previously I had two other companies
inspect the crawl-space and give me estimates.
In both cases the estimates were extremely high and there was a lot of
high pressure trying to get me to have more done than was actually needed and
of course they wanted me to sign the contract immediately.
Later in the evening, after discussing it with my wife, I
emailed Eric and suggested a few changes in the statement of work in the
estimate.  I finally sent the email right
before midnight expecting to get a reply from Eric the following morning.  To my surprise I received a response in less
than an hour and we agreed with my proposed changes.  Three days later Eric and a crew arrived on
    site to begin work.
Mark was in charge and assisting him were Marcos and Moises.  It was apparent that Mark was an expert and
knew what he was doing.  Mark not only
supervised the work but he was in the crawl-space with Marcos and Moises doing
    the work.
My expectations were exceeded and I am thoroughly satisfied
with the results.  AMC911 is a great
company and they know what they are doing.
I would highly recommend AMC911 do any crawl-space work.
    Sincerely, Rich Mehochko

    S&S Landscape And Water Solutions
Justin was extremely knowledgable about his work and as he looked over our yard, it was very clear to us that his recommendations were right to fix our wet basement and yard drainage issues.  His estimate was reasonable and detailed; we felt comfortable with the cost since we knew where the money was going to be spent toward our project.
We scheduled a time to have the work done, but based on weather, Justin suggested we move the date up to allow a safety buffer around the work.  It?s good that he did; when built, our house was never sealed properly against water and was missing the drain tile and window well drains that should have been in place.  As Justin and his crew discovered this, the scope of the project expanded slightly from what was originally estimated.  This was completely understandable since this could not have been known before the house was uncovered.  Justin and his workers discussed and evaluated a few possible courses of action and we agreed upon an updated estimate for the expanded scope of the project.
As the work progressed, the problems resulting from the improper preparation of our foundation became increasingly evident.  They worked hard to overcome each obstacle that the house presented and to ensure that the final work was done right this time.  They brought in extra equipment as needed.  Time for the project expanded due to excessive moisture in our walls and extended drying time needed.  The 2-3 day project took 5 days and overlapped a weekend.  Justin and 2-3 others worked hard every day and sacrificed their personal and family time to ensure that our house was properly sealed before the rain came on Monday.  He did not change the cost of the project as the time required ballooned - he stuck with the estimate we agreed upon.  He completed the project as agreed and even went beyond the scope in re-grading our yard and removing brush that we wanted gone.
The day after the project was completed, it rained and I went down into our basement.  It felt dry.  The air felt dry.  There was no water in the window wells or pooling against the house outside.  It is definitely clear that the work was done correctly and successfully.  These guys really went out of their way to make sure that we were fully satisfied and happy, and that the work was done correctly, completed in a timely manner, and at the agreed cost.
I am so glad that we had this work done by a great company.

They dug down alongside the foundation to locate a crack, which they repaired.  Because they provided a transferable, lifetime warranty, I am hopeful that the water leak has been permanently stopped.  They had to remove deck planks to get to the affected area, leaving some damaged boards in their wake.  But the deck was not in very good shape, so I don't know that they should be blamed for the result.  I felt that the price for the work was very reasonable

Very good.  Punctual - Arrived on time.  Evaluated our condition and gave suggestions.  Price was reasonable compared to other estimates.  He did recommend a dehumidifier which still are considering but have not done as of yet.

Went well.  They came on time, did the work unobtrusively, and the workers were neat, friendly, and helpful.  Chris, the sales manager was able to answer questions, responded quickly to our calls, and was knowledgeable.  The quality of the work appears to be good.

    Seal-Tite Basement Waterproofing Co
When one of our foundation walls cracked we contacted a structural engineer and several contractors to give estimates on the repair job. The representative from Seal-Tite was very professional and at no time did we feel as if he was trying to sell us more than what was necessary to correctly do the job. We felt that other companies were trying to sell us their "proprietary" designs that would result in the same benefit but cost more... The crew that came out to do the work showed up on time, kept the site well organized and clean, and was very professional in their behavior. We have had no problems with the work or the space since the repair was made.

    Perma Treat Pest Control
We have use Permatreat for insect maintenance for years (never had a problem with that either) and Josh our technician noticed a lot of standing water, water marks, insulation in the ground, etc in our crawlspace.  He asked if he could send Chris out for a free inspection.  Chris came out, went under the crawlspace, took humidity readings and pictures.  Showed me the MESS that was down there.  Along with the mold growing as well.  He mentioned encapsulated crawlspaces that I was not aware of.  He gave me a price of doing this with sump pump, drainage to the sump pump, dehumidifier, drain to the ditch and also sealed a few foundation cracks.  When he showed me this would be about $6000, I was a bit floored.  Never heard of this and I wasn't sure about what I was getting into.
After doing some research online and checking with some other companies, I found that Permatreat not only was less expensive, but also the crawlspace was capsulated where others were only just putting in drain and new fiberglass for MUCH more.  After about a month of deciding, I called Chris to do the job.
The crew was very courteous and professional.  I don't envy their job.  What a rough job to have to do.  But they never complained.  Efficiently did the job.  They had to come back the next week to finish the drain to the ditch because Miss Utility had not come to mark the yard where they would dig.  What a job that was as well.  The digging for the drain went ok, but in the middle it started raining, but the guys kept on going.  I was mainly trying to get the drain to the ditch to keep the water away from the house.  That was my main goal.  I knew the yard would be muddy and dug up, so I overlooked that they didn't do any kind of re-seeding and repairing of the trench to the ditch.  I never asked for it, so I don't fault them on that.
One thing to be sure of.  Make sure if you have sump pump and dehumidifier put in, get your electrician to run the lines.  I didn't have outlets and had to have him come in after the initial install.  If I had done it earlier, it could have already been up and running at the end.
So far so good.  The meter that measures humidity and temperature in the crawlspace (which comes with the dehumidifier) is stable around 69 degrees and 54-55 % humidity.  Chris came by after two weeks to check and noticed one small adjustment on a drain pipe, but said everything looked great and dry.  He showed me the new pictures and what a difference.
This comes with a year warranty that can be updated every year which is good since I work with them quarterly on insects maintenance already.
It seems like a waste of money to upgrade something that you never really see.  But after seeing the mess under there, not to mention the mold, I am very pleased to have got it done.  I think it will help down the road when we sell the house to show the buyers what has been done as well.
I was a little hesitant at first using a insect company to do this, but Chris mentioned that they have done numerous homes and had no problems.  And after the "sales job" and lack of follow up I got with other companies, you can tell that not only is Permatreat professional in their work, but also in their customer service and follow up.  Great Job !!
