Perfect. Sean Hargis and Jack were amazing! They were on time. They also installed a toilet and repaired a leak under my sink.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest! This is where Subaru owners should take their Subaru for repair and maintenance! After I purchased a used Subaru in December 2017 I began using this shop and although I do most of my own general maintenance this is still where I take my Subaru for major repairs! When I've spoken to other customers there they're always sharing with me how satisfied they are with the service they've received here. I was told that I had bad head gaskets at another shop, but found out that I only need an O-ring to repair an oil leak and this is just one of the reasons that I'll continue to take my Subaru here from now on!

    Del's Automotive
Very honest and reasonable price. I took my vehicle there for diagnostics. They have the opportunity to come up with all sorts of mechanical and electrical problems as to why the vehicle stopped working even after been jumped many times. There diagnoses was the battery had no enough juice and all they did was to charge it overnight and just charged me cost of charging the battery.

To begin with I cannot attest to Marlow’s sales department as I’ve never engaged them for a vehicle purchase. However, I must seriously question the performance of its service department. I recently brought my Jeep into Marlow Motor Company initially for a factory recall. Moreover, since the vehicle required an up to date state inspection, I requested that this also be done. The service department further convinced me to have a differential service performed due to the vehicle’s current mileage. Cost: ($400). In the end the experience was less than satisfactory to say the least. Marlow did provide a loaner vehicle for which I was most appreciative. However, after several hours I contacted the service department for a status update. I was informed that the factory recall, differential servicing and an oil change had been completed but that the vehicle inspection was being conducted at that moment. Soon after a service technician explained to me that the vehicle had failed the inspection due to its oversized wheels exceeding the distance of the fender flares. I questioned this as the previous inspection was conducted by the dealership in which I purchased the vehicle. No alterations have been done to the vehicle since its purchase. Why did it pass then? No satisfactory explanation was provided on why two dealerships would have different interpretations on Virginia’s inspection policies and guidelines, i.e., wheel sizes and fender flares dimensions. Having said this my biggest angst was why the inspection wasn’t performed first rather than last? With the vehicle failing, common sense and courtesy would dictate that the service department would have informed me of the situation and whether they should proceed with the differential service and oil change. In this case the answer would have been a resounding NO and I would have saved several hundred dollars. The vehicle is now “deadline” in my garage until next spring or summer. Again, I cannot speak about the quality and performance of Marlow’s sales department. However, for those looking to have their vehicles serviced for maintenance my recommendation would be to look elsewhere.

    BMW of Silver Spring
BMW of Silver Springs exceeded any expectations I had. David Strassman, Client Advisor, assisted me with the process and was fantastic. Since I wasn't in a rush to purchase, I was looking to configure the vehicle exactly to my specs and wait for it to be produced. Unlike other dealers I was getting quotes from, David never tried to push a vehicle he had in stock in order to make a quick sale, and was happy to help me get the vehicle I wanted. However, he would take the time to explain how some of the options I had would require the elimination of other features. I am very grateful he did, since I would have missed out in one of the features I use the most, in order to have one that I will never use. Not only did he make this process very enjoyable, but helped me get the car configured to maximize my comfort. Not only were they great to work with, they offered me the best deal. Even though there are at least 3 dealers closer to me than BMW of Silver Springs, I will happily drive the extra miles after my great experience.

    Pearson Honda
10/8/2020 (don't often post reviews but this needs to be said) TLDR - Watch out for: poor quality wearable parts, pressure based maintenance recommendation, lack of transparency regarding parts installed, and excessive maintenance costs on warrantied vehicles, excessive wait times. Beware of the service department, the Pearson Honda dealership and the quality of "wearable" parts installed by the dealer. Purchased a new 2018 Honda CRV from Pearson Honda in November of 2017. On Oct 8th of 2020 the service department conducted scheduled maintenance and a VA state inspection on the vehicle. The rear tires were excessively worn down (1 32nds) and we were recommended to be replaced. These tires were new with the vehicle and were always used in normal driving conditions with 19,967 miles on the vehicle. Honda would not cover the replacement of the tires and charged my wife $299.98 to install 2 new tires, matching the original tires that were installed. Then charged $89.95 to align all 4 wheels. At no point was my wife given a choice of tires to install on the vehicle and no information regarding the brand/model/manufacturer of the tire was provided... no warranty information was provided. So to recap I just paid $389.93 for 2 new tires and an alignment on my new 2018 CRV with less than 20,000 miles. Keep in mind I have used this service department for all my vehicle maintenance since the vehicle is still under warranty and have followed all recommended maintenance. Furthermore the service department seemed to think there was no problem installing new tires on a vehicle that had front tires that were worn to 6 32nds on a vehicle that is all-wheel drive (this was even recommended). All of this is completely unacceptable and differs from most mechanical recommendations for all-wheel drive vehicles. When I asked if there was a mechanical issue with the car that could lead to the excessive wear on the rear tires (on the phone after the shop visit) I was told that they didn't check because no one told them to... I was understandably confused. We take our vehicle to the service department to have them recommend the best course of action to maintain the vehicle, as I am not a car mechanic and don't have the expertise to recommend or detect issues. later the service department "advisor" revised the statement to, we checked all the normal causes of this and nothing was wrong. So now I have two older tires that that are clearly poor quality, paid for 2 new bad quality tires to be installed 'to fix the problem'. All on a vehicle that is new, under warranty, and has less than 20,000 miles... I think the service department saw my wife and figured they could rack up a bill that would be paid with no complaint... I have called the service department and they seemed to think all of this is completely fine. However the parts department is going to call me in a few days, after contacting bridgestone to see if there is a warranty on the factory installed tires or even if there is anyways to reduce the cost of the new tires they just replaced (and I paid for in full). Keep in mind all of this is only because I called and was upset with the situation as is. My wife regretted going along with the recommendation but felt pressured to go along because the state inspection my not have passed... She was also there for 3 HOURS for a "scheduled appointment". This appointment was for an oil change and state inspection. I can't blame her for wanting to get out of there after waiting 3 hours. I will update my review if the situation changes Avoid the service department, and shop for your Honda at another dealership if you want the wearable parts (tires, brakes, etc.) on your vehicle to last longer than 20,000 without major service fees.

    Davis Pontiac GMC
First of all, I am not sure Davis GMC in Farmville is legitimate GM Dealer. They do not participate in redeeming employee discounts, do not know how, nor do they try to sell new vehicles. We drove to Pennsylvania to buy the new truck we were looking for, and thought it strange that Davis in Farmville didn't even try to find a vehicle for us, nor were they interested in selling a vehicle to us. Then we ordered a cover for the bed of the truck purchased in Pennsylvania, and we told them many times that this would be an employee purchase. They acted like there is no such thing as an employee discount, and refused to apply any discount toward the purchase of the truck bed cover. I have never been around so many people who refuse to help the buyer. Makes one wonder if this dealer is a legitimate representative of GM.

    Wheeler Brothers LLC
Very excellent service! We live in an old home from the 1940s and installing new doors (or new anything) is challenging... big companies refused to come out and do it for us. Wheeler Brothers gave us an affordable price compared to other contractors we talked to and did an excellent job! They were meticulous, very knowledgeable, and my doors look great. I have already scheduled jobs for window installation and kitchen renovation with them. I highly recommend!
