    I?ve been a customer of Ziebart of Fairfax since 1980 when I had my first car detailed and rustproofed by them.  Military service took me away from the NoVa area for many years.  When I returned I happily found that Ziebart of Fairfax was still there.  I?ve gotten two new cars fully serviced there in recent years with the following:  Diamond Gloss Paint Protection, Ziebart?s Rust Protection and Undercoating, Inner-Guard PLUS interior detailing/protection, Paint Protection Film, and Window Tinting.  It?s the first thing I do after buying a new car.  It?s my fervent belief that it greatly extends the new looks and serviceability of the body and interior of a car. 

    Within two years of the initial applications, I return for ?booster? applications of the Diamond Gloss, Rust Protection/Undercoating, and the Inner-Guard.  My cars are garage kept, but these products keep me from even having to go to the car wash for months on end.

    I am a fiercely loyal Ziebart of Fairfax Customer, and highly recommend the full range of their products to you.  Their on-site personnel are courteous and skilled technicians.  Give them a try.  You?ll be a return customer like I am.

    Purchased Ultimate monthly pass from Derrick at the Harrison Crossing Location. Derrick explained that it was a month to month service and that I could cancel anytime as long as it was before the 20th to stop payment for the upcoming month. I tried the service three times and was unhappy with the service. Vehicle was till wet, dirty in some areas, and wheels dirty. Vacuums are only accessible to one side of the vehicle. I called to cancel on the 19th and spoke to John who stated there was a 2 month minimum. Derrick never spoke of this and after speaking with Derrick after John, Derrick stated he was unaware of this policy. I made the transaction with the supervisor, Derrick, at the Harrison Crossing location, and John would not honor his employees agreement with myself. I don't recommend this establishment. If you want a clean car, prepare to spend another 20 minutes cleaning of your own time using additional resources, after Robs car wash. If you just want to remove road salt, good

    The tunnels are open 24/7 so the service is convenient. With one of my cars I had issues with getting a clean rinse unless I upgraded to the more expensive wash. My issue is that I was supposed to be getting a discount on the second vehicle. After about 6 months I noticed I had never received the discount. When I brought it to their attention I was told it was my fault because I had used different credit cards. I was not informed of the same credit card issue when I signed up. They just shrugged the additional cost off. Never offered a refund or made any effort to mitigate the over charging. I feel their behavior is unethical and cancelled both vehicles. I've since moved on to a better deal and better tunnel at Route 3 car wash.

    I have used this car wash before with no problems, but my last visit to the car wash left me with scratches down the passenger side of my brand new truck. The car wash is opened 24/7 so no management was there immediately after the incident. I called the very next day and was told to come in the following day at 10am Sat. morning when management would be there. I met with the manager who stated his car wash could not be responsible. I explained that I saw what my vehicle looked like before and after the wash and clearly it was done by the car wash, as there was a distinct wave pattern of scratches down the passenger side of the vehicle immediately following the wash. The management offered no recourse, and I will never be using their services again.

    Santa Fe Car Wash
    I took my brand new Subaru Forester in as a First Time customer - only because I'm relatively new to the area. I was initially happy enough with the service as I drove off. Even put a $3 tip in the box. Then I turned my SiriusXM radio on... It was now set to a different radio station than I had it on upon driving in. Okay. Someone had it on at the Santa Fe Car Wash line. I get that. I don't like it. What're gonna do... But then I quickly learned that all my SiriusXM presets had been changed. To someone else's preferences while at SF Car Wash. That was quick & childish behavior. No damage - but someone who knew how to quickly do that changed all my pre-sets to HipHop, R&B etc. That takes several button clicks by someone who knows how and wants to send a msg to the customer. Not sure why. If you have a built-in SiriusXM radio you know this is not a simple operation to change the pre-sets. It could not be done accidentally as a matter of cleaning the radio. Impossible. It was childishly malicious. Now the guys who work at these places are who they are - and you take your chances, right? But who wants to take this kind of risk again willingly? Or risk other things happening to your car. So fair warning and buyer beware!

    I immediately called Amanda at the cash register to ask for the manager. She said the manager was busy.  I asked her if complaints were important to the manager. She said yes and that she was quite sure the manager would call me back. When he did not, I called again. Amanda said she had told GM Brian Hoffman of my complaint but that Brian left for the day after telling the line not to fool with radios etc... In other words, Brian Hoffman the GM blew me off.
     
    Next, I wrote an email to the corporate email address given on their website hoping that the Owner of SF Car Wash would read my complaint. He's involved in local government. Either he doesn't read his email, or those who do blew me off again. So, complaints are NOT taken seriously at Santa Fe Car Wash.

    To be quite honest, after I got home, I realized that the interior cleaning was not very good.  My driver?s door had inside smears that hadn?t been touched.  The passenger seat appeared to have been smudged by Santa Fe folks while they were cleaning my car? Unsatisfactory. Whereas a chat with management about the radio issue might have gotten me back, the service was just not very good after all.  That was a clincher?

    There is a drive-thru car wash near me that charges $11 for their top package and no one vacuums or cleans - no risk of a malicious employee doing something to or in your vehicle. Is the extra $25 at Santa Fe Car Wash worth that risk? As I said: Buyer Beware. I will NEVER take my car to Santa Fe Car Wash again. You'd have to be crazy to take it there for detailing and leave it in their hands all day long. My opinion of course based on this experience - which is thoroughly tainted by their lack of response to a customer complaint.  All they really had to do was chat with me about the radio. They blew me off. But overall, their service is just NOT good. Their customer service regarding complaints is non-existent.

    I brought the car in on Wednesday, at closing, for completion by end of Business on Thursday.
    Due to a snow storm the delivery was delayed until Friday Afternoon.
    The car was as clean as the first day we picked it up from the dealer.
    Polished exterior and every edge cleaned.
    The Interior was crisp and clean with no sign of the large Chocolate Pudding on the Passenger carpet.
    At delivery I looked at every location, Under Hood, Door interior frames, window edges and Trunk
    Their work easily passed my extended inspection.
    The Job was well done in a courteous and professional manner.

    Headlight Hero Restoration & Carwash Service
    I bought a coupon deal from an Angie's List mailing for auto detailing from Headlight Hero Restoration & Carwash Service. The same day, Ken from Headlight Hero called to set up the appointment. I was able to get an appointment for the same week. He and an assistant arrived promptly for the appointment and worked for a solid 3 hours detailing the car inside and out. The inside of the car was in terrible shape when he started (we had done regular vacuuming at a carwash but never had it detailed in the 4 years we've owned it and it was obvious) and it looked like new inside when he was finished. Ken was very professional and thorough and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend his services and plan to use him again.

    Headlight Hero Restoration & Carwash Service
    Ken did an excellent job on our 2003 Chevy Suburban.  He probably underpriced the special for a vehicle that big, but did not try to surcharge in any way.  The vehicle looked great when he was done and it was obvious he paid attention to details, including tire and windshield treatments.  The work was done right in our driveway, which was very convenient.  I would highly recommend him for any of the services he provides.

    While my husband was out of town for the week, I took his extremely dirty car (inside and out) to Express Auto Spa. I was more than pleased with the result and to say they did an outstanding job is an understatement. The car was shining, spotless and looked almost brand new - even though the car is 7 years old. He was speechless when he returned home and saw his car - and very pleased!
    I am a detail person and I could not find one thing that they missed or didn't clean properly. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs auto detailing. I also will return with my other car.
    The staff was pleasant, helpful and proud of their work. They should be, because it was quality work.
