AJW Home ImprovementExtremely well. A leak in a kitchen pipe destroyed the floor, which had to be rebuilt from the subfloor up. While we were at it, we decided to remodel the entire kitchen, which involved removing cabinets and old wall paper and patching and painting the walls. The crew did an excellent job, with great attention to detail. They arrived on time each morning and left everything in order at day's end. I couldn't have asked for more.- Maxine S.

AI highly recommend this hardwood flooring company! From start to finish, they were top notch and very professional. The floors look absolutely stunning. Jodi in the office answers your calls and is very communicative of what to expect and when. Mike comes out and measures and gives the estimates. He knows his stuff and his friendly and professional. The prices were very reasonable. The team of installers were so impressive. They showed up on time, were polite, very hard working, and paid attention to every detail. I can't rave enough about them and wish more contractors operated so smoothly. They even helped me get a special order delivered early because the wood I picked out was back-ordered. We had new floors installed throughout most of our 1st level -- foyer, kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room. We plan to have them come back to do the steps when we save up a little more.

ABought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. Highly recommend D&S!

AOne of the best experiences we've ever had with a home improvement project! The excellent quality AG Construction delivered on refinishing our hardwood floors, for a price far below that of the estimates we received from other contractors, validated our decision to go with them. Aaron made clear from the beginning that his top priority is his customers' satisfaction, and he was true to his word. When an unexpected drop in temperature caused the oil-based floor finish to dry in a way that caused some rough patches on the hardwood floors, Aaron immediately sent his team out to address the issue and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. With his professionalism and courteous manner, Aaron earned our confidence and we would absolutlely trust AG Construction again for our future flooring projects.

CLet me start by saying overall I am pleased with the outcome of my re-stained and newly installed hardwood floors. It pains me to write the downside of my review because I really considered John, the owner, a professional and a really kind soul. After my final walkthrough and once the natural light hit my floors, I noticed that the old oakwood floor was quite noticeable on some parts of my re-stained stairs. I called John and he advised that he noticed it and was waiting for my call. He explained that because certain parts of the original flooring was veneers it was hard for his guys to completely re-sand to bare wood. He also advised that his guys pointed this out to him as well. He then stated my only options would be to paint those parts white or to replace those parts of the stairs. I then said to him I wished he had pointed that out to me as soon as he was advised and recognized it. He then said he would try to locate replacement veneers. I never heard back from him. After calling him he said the distributor was closed due to the pandemic; totally understandable. He then said he would send me a quote to replace the parts of the stairs. After two follow-up attempts, I never received the quote. I am very disappointed that knowingly John didn't point out this issue to me and offer options to resolve, until I pointed it out. And, that he never followed up with me to resolve. I really thought he and team would be my go to hardwood floor contractors going forward. Really disappointed in the lack of transparency and follow through.
