    Well I thought this would be a good experience since they performed an alignment on my wife's car one week earlier; I was wrong. The dual climate zone was not working properly in my 2010 F150 Lariat so I made an appointment online through their website. I was told to bring it in Saturday morning by 8:00 am, which I did. I was told I would have it back that day. I know getting into the dash can be difficult, but the blend motor is easier to access on the passenger side (the bad side) than the driver's side. I was called at 2:00 pm on Saturday and they were just getting to my truck but said it would be complete by 5:00 pm and they would call me. I called back at 4:00 pm and talked to Brian who told me it was almost done, he would call me back, but if anything, I could pick it up Sunday morning. He never called back. So I called at 11:00 am Sunday morning and was told that there were no technicians in the shop and he could not release the vehicle until the technician who was working on it said he was done, but he would contact the technician and call me back. So now it is 1:00 pm and I still have not received a call. Meanwhile, my truck is held hostage. The one good thing is that they loaned me a vehicle, but it appears it is leaking oil on my driveway. Why is it so difficult to find reliable, responsible, honest businesses?

    We are so happy we found Express Auto Service!  My son's car broke down on the 4th of July, so of course nobody was open at night.  We got lucky that one of the employees was in the office when we called and was so helpful in getting us a tow to the shop and scheduling an appointment for the next day!  Everyone there was so helpful and professional.  When my son's car broke down again, they tried to fix it again at no charge to us.  It turned out it was a larger problem with the car and we ended up going back to the dealership to fix, so the lack of repair from Express Auto Care was not a reflection of their work.

    Decided to use this company because they had the tires I needed in stock and had open appointments. Vehicle is 5 years old and never had an alignment so I had that done also. When changing the tires the technician noted the front disk brake pads were very worn. I asked to see a set of new pads so I could compare the amount of wear and they immediately got a set out of stock and showed them to me.
    All of the service was done quickly and when they returned my keys I was told it would take about 15 minutes for the tire pressure sensor light to go out. The light never went out so I took the vehicle back to the store a few days later. They couldn't determine the cause of the problem and recommended I take the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership diagnosed a broken tire pressure sensor in one of the tires.
    Armed with that information I went back to National Tire and Battery expecting to encounter a reluctance to fix the problem. Much to my surprise,Kevin, the store manager made everything right and even reimbursed the charge by the dealership for the diagnosis. I would rather not have had to waste time at the dealership getting the problem diagnosed but knowing National Tire and Battery backs up their work will make me a repeat customer.

    Oil change was completed without problem and on time. The AC wasn't as cold as we thought it should be and asked them to look at it. The response was that's just the way it is and provided no other explanation.

    Even though Gunther works out of his home he is very professional. Trained in Germany he is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He called us and told use what the price was going to be before hand. He suggested some things that needed to be looked at further down the line which we really appreciated. He was responsive and he called back fairly quickly.

    They provide regular inspections of our vehicle and oil changes. They are honest, quick with the service and they do tell you if you need anything additional done. They keep records of all your services right there at the store which is very helpful. They let us know when we are due to replace a filter but they do not try to hard sell you on anything. They let us know when we needed to replace our tires and they do not even sell tires.
