    Ken came out the house and helped us think outside the "bathroom" box. They installed a shower in a closet adjacent to the bathroom and did it in 5 days.     He was prompt is coming at the time of the appointment.  He provided an estimate.  The estimate was fair.  He fixed the problem by replacing the motor in about 2 hours.  The final cost was exactly what he gave me in the estimate. The cost was about $300 less than an estimate given to me by my HVAC company that I have spent over $13,000 with during the last 5 years.  He was very polite, courtesy and professional  Would definitely use his service again.

    We had called Wooldridge heating and air because our air conditioner wasn't working. They came the same day, even though they were backed up on calls and fixed the problem. The technician explained everything that he did and showed me the areas in which he worked inside the house. It was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

    I contacted the provider via telephone and briefly gave the details of my request to have a pocket door installed in an existing construction.  He replied that he was in a crawl space and would have to call me back at a later time to get all the information written down but that he did have a qualified installer that was skilled in the installation of pocket doors in existing construction.  
    A week went by and I had not heard from the provider.  I called him back and he was able to get my request down, was friendly and professional on the phone and said he would pass it on to his installer to schedule a day/time to come by the home and get measurements and details to prepare a quote.  The installer did contact me the following day to setup a date and time for measuring.  The installer arrived promptly and was professional and friendly.  He took all of the necessary measurements as well as discussed with me how we could move eletrical outlets/boxes that would be in the way of the pocket door and confirmed that they were qualified to do that work as well.  He said he would get a quote to me in a couple days.  
    I never heard back from the installer or provider.  After not being called back twice I decided not to roll the dice on this provider.  I had heard good things about this provider but my experience left quite a bit to be desired (like actually returning calls, quoting the job and getting the work done).

    It went very well.  Mr. Lawrence responded immediately to my initial call.  It took several calls and about 6 weeks  later before work was started which is the reason for my rating of fair responsiveness.  The two young men who did the work were professional and worked quickly and efficiently.  They had a vacuum with them and did not leave any mess at all.  They were careful about not letting my cat out.  The work took about one and one half days.  They supplied the dead bolt locks , hardware for hanging cabinet and door and the soffit vent so price included materials and labor.  Several days after the work was completed Mr. Lawrence made a follow-up phone call.

    Called Mike around 8 p.m. on a Friday evening. Surprisingly (for that hour) he answered my first call. He had me describe my electrical problem in detail and suggested the cause might be a tripped Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) on an outlet somewhere in the circuit. When I told him that only ceiling lights seemed to be affected, he said he's come out and take a look at it the next day (a Saturday). Mike showed up as scheduled and did an extensive diagnostic check of the faulty circuit. When he couldn't find any initial problem, he used an electronic tracer to track the error down. As a result he discovered that even though the problem was an outage in the basement ceiling fixtures (and nearby outdoor security lights), a circuit breaker had tripped on the main panel in the garage, not the circuit breaker panel in the basement. For several hours time a a round trip distance of ten or more miles on a Saturday afternoon, Mike only charged $55 -- very reasonable since most area electricians wanted $100 just to come out to the house (on a weekday!) Mike was professional, personable and got the job done quickly, even though it was on a weekend, and at a very reasonable cost. (What's not to like?)
