    Rent-A-Pro Handyman Services LLC
I called on a Wed. and he came Friday done before noon. They were half the price of another service I asked for an estimate . Rent a pro was quick and even added an item that I thought would be more expensive the originally thought. Honest too. For materials, they provided the receipt from Home Depot instead of other companies just say material are $100 instead, rent a pro charged me what is cost them. No padding, just an honest quote.

Overall it went really well.  Richard is professional with his estimates and realistic about timeframes.  In our case we had to wait for a door to arrive and he was good at keeping us posted, knowing we had a tight timeframe.  He did his research, trying to find the best deal on the door, allowing us to choose if we wanted something high end or utilitarian.  He would let me know if someone else was going to be working that day and if he would not be there.  They were great to clean up every day so the space was usable when possible.

    PAGE CONSTRUCTION
He's not the cheapest in town (not the most expensive either) but he is absolutely the most responsive and detail-oriented contractor we've ever dealt with. Always on time, clean, and the only contractor we have ever given a key to our home and not worried. We've done a lot of work on our house and twice chosen other contractors based on price and both times regretted it. Now anything we can't do or don't have time to do ourselves, we go to Maurice. He's the best!

Ron and his crew are always prompt, courteous, and friendly. He is really good at what he does and takes the time to get it right. They do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. Because he is so good, he is getting harder and harder to make an appointment with!

    Romano Builders
After we laid out the location and orientation of the structure, Mr. Romano proceeded to have the site excavated, formed and poured the footer.  He then formed and poured the basement walls, 8 inch reinforced concrete.  After that he poured the basement floor, and the floor between the basement and the main floor.  Then he formed the walls (6 inch Reenforced concrete) for the upper level.  The truses were put in place and the roof decked.  The rest was basically finishing.     During the whole project if he was not satisfied with the result, he did it over.  The trim work was outstanding, the window installation is tight.  We put in air to air heat exchangers because the house is so tight.  You will not find a draft of outside air any where in the house.     We have lived in the house for almost 7 years without any issue.  If I could control it, I would never build a house without using Insulated Concrete Forms.  I without hesitation recommend Mr. Romano for any residential construction task.

    Gray Contracting
I was looking for a handyman for a number of small jobs both inside and out. After my initial call to Eric, I reorganized my projects as some involved grouting, some replacing porch screening, and the last was cleaning/reinforcing gutters and hanging a new screen door on my back porch. As Eric had been pretty clear about what he felt comfortable doing, I hired him to do the gutter and door work. He was punctual, got right to it, cleaned the gutters (all of them which was not the original deal) and advised me about the plastic "guards", secured the front gutter and swept the roof off. Then he tackled the new screen door, hung it and put on the hardware, etc. Eric is very particular and conscientious about his work. It all looks terrific. Very pleased and would absolutely hire him again.

    S & H Construction Co
They did a great job. They are coming to do some more work for us as soon as they have the time. We are going to have them do the patio. They were very professional. They came back several times to check on the product because it kind of shattered so they replaced the whole nine yards without asking any questions. We called and told the owner and he put it in without any charge. We really enjoyed them. They are good people.

    Maintenance Plus
They were extremely careful to ensure that the doors were installed properly and with a great attention to detail. The front door installation required a good amount of extra work and time, but they completed the job with great results. I'm very happy with the final product. Total cost of project = $3,800 ($1,200 for labor and $2,600 for the doors and transom).

    HOME DEPOT INC
Although I experienced considerable mis-communications among the various levels at Home Depot during the ordering phase of my order, the overall quality of the product and its installation was excellent.  Although I was never notified when the ordered door had arrived in order to arrange for installation, once that was confirmed scheduling installation was acceptable and the installers arrived at the appointed time and did an excellent job of installing the door.  One minor glitch, however, involved the installation of the door hardware as related to the key to the deadbolt lock.  The type I selected had a separate key for re-keying the lock which was never explained to me.  I subsequently used this key which in turn rendered the other original keys useless.  The Home Depot employee in the door hardware section, however, was very helpful and provided a replacement deadbolt and re-keyed it for me.  Very responsive!

    HAMCO DOOR SYSTEMS INC
These folks were great! With one spring broken, I was unable to open the door. The first place I called couldn't even send someone over to examine the problem for a week. Hamco sent someone out that day and they were able to temporarily fix the broken spring. I set up an appointment for the following Friday to replace the springs. They showed up within the expected 1 hour window and they easily finished the job in less than 1 hour. They greased the gears in the automatic opener (who knew that should be done on a regular basis?) and adjusted the settings on the opener for proper opening and closing. It was all very professionally done.
