    When I entered the facility, I was greeted by the most friendliest and professional staff. (Jon, Joey,Kris, Jeff and Luis. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the prompted attention and of course the excellent. service. My mom and I could not believe the kindness that exuded within these gentlemen. I would definitely go back there again.

    They told me I needed a new muffler. They ordered the muffler from Advance Auto (I know this because I saw them deliver the part and put it on). I had no choice but to have them replace the muffler because I needed my car to pass state inspection. I checked the price of the part and found that they had charged me over double for the muffler plus $99.00 for the work. I would not go back to this place. I give it a big fat F.

    This is the second time that we have taken our car in for repair. The first repair they resolved an air condition issue that nobody else wanted to work on due to warranty issues but they put a fix on it that has held until this day. Saved me quite a bit of money.
    Dropped the car off and received a call a few hrs later with an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and about what we expected to pay. We picked up the car the next day and the issue was no longer apparent.

    Even on Labor Day Jiffy Lube changed my transmission fluid with no problems. Even had to go Advance Auto for a filter. Also honored a $20 coupon for this service. Will definitely use Jiffy Lube again

    My husband arrived on time with the car for inspection.   Then he was told it would be a 2 hour wait.  The appointment had been confirmed the evening before.  Now, if Terry can confirm an appointment by email, why then can't they reschedule by email rather than have a customer drive to their facility only to be told they'd have to wait 2 hours before the inspection could even begin.  My husband elected to take the car elsewhere.  If that weren't enough, we had received a recall notice from Subaru.  My husband attempted to give the recall letter to a Terry representative only to be told "keep it for your files".  Really?  Couldn't he have said "let me check that out for you to see whether your car is affected". was a brush off.  Now how do I know whether my car is safe?  The lack of courtesy and customer care is enough for me to not ever return to Terry nor would recommend them.

    Stated going here acouple of years ago. These are the most polite, honest people I have ever met. So very glad that I found them to take care of my car. Told me what I should know and how often I should take care of certain things to keep my car running well.

    About 2 years ago, I bought 4 Cooper tires from Kerr Tire, then had to replace one of them as my wife drove up on a curb and damaged the sidewall. One of the other 3 developed a slow leak, so I took it back to Kerr to try and fix it. They said they didn't find a leak, but tightened the valve stem. A week later, the tire was still leaking, so I took it back again. This time, they found a very small leak along the bead between the tire and the rim, so they removed the tire, remounted it, rebalanced it, and replaced the valve stem. They charged me $25 for a flat repair. While I appreciated the time and effort they put into finding the leak, I really don't think I should have been charged $25 for a flat repair. After all, I bought the tire from them, and they mounted it, so if there was a problem, I think they should have covered it. Especially since the tires came with lifetime balancing and rotation. Anyway, $25 isn't going to break me, and they did eventually resolve the issue, so I don't have any real complaints.

    They did a great job as usual. The crew at Harris Tire are professional. I have been taking my car and other family cars there for many years. I know they will do good, honest work and are fair in what they charge.

    .Forest Auto has always been very professional and courteous with me. They suggest repairs/service that should be done and, if they are expensive, how soon the problem needs action. This gives you time to budget repairs for my older cars. If the repair is not something they can handle, they are generous with providing suggestions of companies that can take care of the problem. Over the years I have experienced one problem when a new A/C failed shortly after installation. It was promptly replaced at no cost to me.
    I have complete confidence that Forest Auto will take care of my cars at a reasonable price, giving me honest answers to my questions and never gouging me with unneeded repairs.
