I had been a client of this vet since 2006, I was a very satisfied customer and have always been impressed with the kindness of the Vet and staff to my pets. I-recently moved from the area and was caught off guard of their response when I asked for my pet records to be transfer to a clinic closer to my new home. They refused to transfer my records stating I had a balance on my account for a missed appointment, I quickly checked my record and confirmed I had notified them I could not make this appointment (due to my recent move) within the clinics required timeframe. The receptionist, put me on hold to ask the office manager and vet if she could remove the charge based on my documentation of the proper notification. I was shocked and disappointed when the receptionist came back on the line to notify me they were not willing to release the records unless I paid the "missed appointment" fee. At no time before I made the transfer request did the office contact me to discuss this charge, only when they were notified I would no longer be using their clinic did they charge me a fee. Very disappointing -I have spent thousands of dollars with this business and referred several new clients to them. I apologize to all who I have referred that may have to deal with this type of pettiness for a situation (like moving out of the area) they have no control over.

We've been taking our dog to White Oak since we bought him at 8 weeks old. They have provided us with excellent service. In addition to vet care, we've used White Oaks puppy playtime/daycare and their boarding services. Our dog is now five years old. We've been so happy with White Oak that we haven't gone anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to WOAH since 1997. Dr. Homer and Dr Dunn began caring for our Sheltie Tuppertam in 1997. The care has always been excellent. When Tuppertam passed we got our new Baby Cody and once again excellent care. When Cody passed from cancer we have our third Sheltie Abigail and once again excellent care. Toward the end of Tuppertam life he had to stay overnight for several nights and I was always kept up to date. I also have groomed all 3 Shelties and will continue to go here for health and grooming and I also had dental cleanings there for 2 of the 3 SHELTIES

I notice someone said they don't say hi when you walk in, but honestly... they are busy and seem to work well together. You sign the intake board and then they call you. They have treats and she knows. They always offer some to her... she jumps up to get them anyway. She loves to go there. The grooming is a little expensive so I take her to someone else for that. the other prices are reasonable.

Dr. Horricks was great. She diagnosed our dog w/renal failure. After looking at all our options, she suggested they keep Chunk for 2 nites and give him fluids. Dr. Horricks knew price was a concern, and worked up a figure that was very affordable. Chunk is back home and goes in weekly for fluids. I am extremely happy with Dr. Horricks and all the girls behind the counter. They truly care about all the animals as well as the owners!

It didn't cost anything. They all have pet insurance that covers all their well visits and shots and everything. I think the price is good, I'd rate that an A. Their insurance is pretty good. I think it's around $40 every quarter or something. Normally it's not very long at all. I have been there a couple of times when they had emergencies come in so the wait was very long but usually they are pretty prompt. They let me know.  I think their doctors are good and I trust their judgment. I have confidence in how they treat my pet and the quality of care.

I had been using a private vet who also was very good but very expensive. I've had them in a number of times. That's when I started with the insurance so it didn't cost me anything other than the insurance.

A lot of people go there because they have good doctors and good prices. I am going there to get one of my puppies fixed next weekend.  I costs about $200 to get them spayed or neutered. I have never really had any bad marks. They are very good with the pets. The worst thing is I have to travel a little far to get to them.

Awesome, Eloise has done extremely wel...never expected such great training, awesome owner and staff. The owner, Laurie has hired very excellent staff who help lead the classes alone and with Laurie. For a 24 wk period of 3 classes per week cost is very reasonable.

After leaving both a phone message and an email, I never received any response. Even if they would not have been able to accommodate grooming my dog, as courteous phone call or email stating such would have been appreciated.
