    Upper Hand Handyman
Bobby was very helpful over the phone learning what exactly was needed to minimize trips to our house and time needed for the project. He took my explanation and his evaluation of our piping under the crawlspace to do a thorough job of preventing our pipes from freezing in the future. He was respectful, responsible and helpful. He arrived exactly when he said he would and as no one was home he checked with our neighbor to ensure he was at the right place.

    Dannex Construction
The free estimate provided line-by-line costs and our project manager, Gina, worked to smooth over any communications/timing issues. The high quality work was completed on time, below the estimate, and to our complete satisfaction. The construction crew was professional, respectful, and prompt. We had secured other estimates at lower costs, but the obvious expertise of Dannex Construction and the one year guarantee for the job persuaded us to go with the firm. We're glad we did.

Although it was not the low bid I felt their bid was competitive with the others received and the detail provided, along with the discussions we had with Anthony, gave us higher confidence in this bid. Anthony was great to work with and the honest bid and realistic expectations went a long way in our high satisfaction with Dannex. Once selected, Dannex put us with Danny who was responsible for overseeing/managing our addition. In summary, he did a great job, consistent with the expectations we had developed in our conversations with Anthony. Specifically, Danny remained in contact with us throughout the project including his personal attendance at the site every week, and many days, that the construction was underway. Just as important, he communicated well during the process, to include email, text, and phone calls as appropriate. When there were issues they were addressed professionally and with courtesy. At the end of the day Dannex provided the services they said they would in a time period that far exceeded their original promise (they beat their completion time by over a month) which was not even something we had in writing. Normal minor cleanup matters were handled in a professional and timely manner.

AMC911 Foundation & Waterproofing Repair Systems
Found an advertisement in the newspaper for AMC911 and
decided to have someone come out to give me a quote on installing a vapor
barrier and new insulation in the crawl-space of the home I?m currently
renovating.  Home was built in 1988 and
the crawl space never had a vapor barrio and the insulation that was in place
was falling apart.  On the scheduled date
and at the scheduled time Mr. Eric Zidenberg arrived and inspected the
crawl-space with me present.  I explained
what I wanted done and Eric listened to me and prepared a detailed estimate and
quote.  I appreciated the fact that Eric
did not try to pressure me into anything and told me to give him a call if I
    had any additional questions.
I should note that previously I had two other companies
inspect the crawl-space and give me estimates.
In both cases the estimates were extremely high and there was a lot of
high pressure trying to get me to have more done than was actually needed and
of course they wanted me to sign the contract immediately.
Later in the evening, after discussing it with my wife, I
emailed Eric and suggested a few changes in the statement of work in the
estimate.  I finally sent the email right
before midnight expecting to get a reply from Eric the following morning.  To my surprise I received a response in less
than an hour and we agreed with my proposed changes.  Three days later Eric and a crew arrived on
    site to begin work.
Mark was in charge and assisting him were Marcos and Moises.  It was apparent that Mark was an expert and
knew what he was doing.  Mark not only
supervised the work but he was in the crawl-space with Marcos and Moises doing
    the work.
My expectations were exceeded and I am thoroughly satisfied
with the results.  AMC911 is a great
company and they know what they are doing.
I would highly recommend AMC911 do any crawl-space work.
    Sincerely, Rich Mehochko

All Star Moisture And Environmental Solution
Richard Hare, the owner, made an offer in writing and signed a contract to complete the work. He then did not show up to start the work as promised. Several more attempts were made to get him to show up and he never did. Basically he is a scammer.

    Kevin Parker Roofing Contractor Inc
Prior to signing the contract for the work, I asked several questions of Andretti via email, which he answered promptly and in detail.
There was some confusion about the date on which the work was to be done, but that did not prove to be a problem.
Andretti and his crew showed up promptly as scheduled at 0800, and went over again what would happen and asked if I had any concerns that needed to be addressed. I had none, as he'd done his job the first time in that regard. They laid down drop cloths and got up into the attic and began the work. My family and I left about 0930 for the day. Andretti called shortly before 1400 to say that they would soon be done, and had left by the time we got home.
They cleaned up so thoroughly, I would not have been able to guess that anyone had even been there. It was also immediately apparent that the house was far more comfortable than when we'd left, and the A/C has been noticeably running less.
We are very, very pleased with this Andretti, his crew, and the work that they've done.

    Summit Environmental Solutions Inc
They performed the work in a professional and timely manner. They didn't try and sell us anything that we didn't need.  They didn't push anything on us.  Chris Hornberger was very personable, as well as professional.

    Kevin Parker Roofing Contractor Inc
I have had some leaks in my roof for a while and finally decided to call Kevin's Roofing for an estimate. He did a full inspection of my roof and sure enough I needed a new one. He gave me the base price as well as the worst case scenario price. Once I signed the contract, he said he would be in touch as soon as the roof was ready to go on, and that it was going to be 6-8 weeks, but if in the meantime I had any more issues with leaking, just to call them and they would come right out to patch it up until the new roof could go on. One day out of the blue, I got a knock on the door and it was a guy with the roofing supplies. So the only downside is that I never got a phone call or email that it was my turn for a roof. The next day, the work crew showed up to start demolishing the old roof and sure enough, the worst case scenario came true. The house was poorly ventilated and the plywood under the shingles was delaminating and moldy. Kevin's team supervisor, Jason, came and talked to me, explained what was going on, made recommendations on how to fix it, and we again went over the new price. Once it was agreed on, work commenced immediately, the new supplies arrived in a very short amount of time. Finally, once the roof was off, they discovered the house was very poorly insulated. They made recommendations on insulating the house while the roof was off and discussed the pros and cons of doing it now versus waiting, as well as the cost. There was no pressure to spend the extra money, although I did wind up doing so. The new roof and insulation have dramatically improved my heating bills, and for the first time since I've lived in this house, I can say that I am not concerned about being constantly hot or cold. I have done away with my electric blanket at night and am much more comfortable. The house also looks great from the street--the new roof is really sharp.

    Perma Treat Pest Control
We have used Perma Treat Pest Control for three years. When we bought our house, it was overrun with ants. We lovingly called it and quot; The Ant Houseand quot;, but there was nothing fun about it. Perma treat went above and beyond to rid our home of the ant problem, coming out quickly to bait when any new ants were discovered. If you spot any new pests on their list in or around the house, they will come out promptly and assess the situation, and bait or spray as much as needed until the problem is gone. It has now been two years since we have had any ants in the house. The quarterly treatments keep them out and our service provider checks around the perimeter thoroughly for any new issues. They even sweep the cobwebs away from the exterior windows and soffits! We no longer have an ant house, but we now refer to our service provider lovingly as and quot; The Ant Ladyand quot;. We think this company has very fair pricing, and would recommend their service to anyone with pest problems.

Excellent and thorough. Price could not be beat. Came out Friday for estimate and started work the following Tuesday. Completed work ahead of schedule and left property cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't be happier.
