    Resurrection Builders, Inc.
Resurrection Builders just finished renovating our master bath and walk-in closet. We had a fantastic experience planning and organizing with Ryan. For the day to day construction, we appreciate Remis hard work and attention to detail. Working with the vendors that Ryan suggested was easy and helpful. Resurrection Builders did an excellent job on our project and we look forward to using them again in the future!

    Wilbers Painting
It went fantastic. Everything looks great, it's like we walked into a new house. Wilber was able to work us in within a tight timeline. His team and he protected our new floors and brought life back to our new house. Couldn't have asked for more.

    HIVEX Basement Finishing Co.
Overall Great! We had to switch project supervisors right after the job began so there was some confusion at the start. But they did an amazing job and their price was much lower than then others we spoke to. I was able to text and email my project supervisor during the week with questions which was helpful. Basement looks great and they got it done early. I would highly recommend!

    MJL Contractors, Inc
I recently contracted with MJL Contractors, Inc. to have a kitchen installed. Best decision! Mike, Amy and the staff are top-notch. They are very knowledgeable, work diligently, and are friendly and considerate. I was always provided with arrival dates and times. Not once was I disappointed. At the end of the day, the room was left neat and clean. The work was completed within the time frame I was given. I am so happy with my new kitchen! Thank you Mike and your wonderful staff for making it a reality.

    JC Custom Painting LLC
I have a new construction home but the finishes were poorly done. I was looking to paint the main living areas and Edwin suggested we not only paint the walls but touch up the trim as well to get a quality finished look. His team of workers arrived promptly each day and the first day they layed down paper protection on the hardwoods and tape as they made their way into the house and put plastic on the carpeted areas. They covered all the furniture with plastic without me even asking. They sanded the poorly finishised trim and gave it two coats of paint then did the same to the walls. It looks fantastic. The stairway bannister was not constructed properly and Edwin said knew a carpenter who could fix it. In one day they tore it off, patched it up, measured and cut new pieces of trim and painted several coats on it. It was done by 5pm and it now looks like it should have when I bought it. While he was there my husband wanted the garage floor finished so he worked that in too and it was painted, clear coated and the carpenter trimmed it out with baseboards. He loves it. Edwin always responded to me promptly thru texts and phone calls and his crew was hard working. Im pretty particular with painters but these guys are fast and they are good; they sand, they caulk and they make straight lines. I have recommended them to 2 family members and one curious neighbor who came over to see what was going on. I will have them back to finish up the bathrooms soon. Highly recommend.

    Lakewood Home Builders Inc
We hired Lakewood Home Builders to remodel our kitchen in August of 2018. They did an AMAZING job. they were always on time, they had ideas that I didn't even think of! Tim was a pleasure to work with everyday. I actually enjoyed having them in my home during the remodel. He is very personable! This company is honest AND they're perfectionists. If something isn't done PERFECTLY right, you best believe Tim will be right there making sure it is perfect. They also replaced our floors and backdoor. My house looks like a DREAM now. (attaching pics. There are before and after pics. also note - the after pics were done at night)

    JC Custom Painting LLC
Edwin and his team are amazing! Great detail and through work done! They taped trim, placed plastic over furniture that could not be moved, set drop cloths throughout and went to work. He fixed wall imperfections and had my entire home looking beautiful! He listened to what I wanted and got the job done right the first time. He suggested colors that would work best and look beautiful. We will hire him again when our basement is complete. JC Painting is the way to go. Reasonably priced and timely job completion.

    Omega Contracting LLC
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor...and it is not over yet. If "Z" was the worst rating out of 26 letter grades, that is what they would get. At the very beginning of this, their material delivery sub-contracted company hit our brand new Lincoln and denied it. Omega was quick to step away as "not our fault". A few photos and statements later and the insurance companies sided with us...with a loss of value in brand new, less than 1k miles, car. Our 3200 sqft home was stripped and reshingled in 5-6 hours. I thought "great"...wrong. They left holes all in our siding where they installed new gutter down spout straps...in different locations from the original ones. This required another visit for repair. I also found the old gutter retaining straps...with my lawnmower and enough nails in my lawn to reshingle another roof. Fast forward a few months and it gets even worse. Our first good flash flood rain since we had the roof and our kitchen ceiling starts pouring water. I call them up to schedule an appointment. They said they would get back to me with an appointment time. While waiting for them to call back, my kids call to tell me some people are on our roof, with the homeowners not present. They were quick to throw down some caulk and declare it fixed, while I am in the background demanding them to get off our roof while my wife and I are not there. Well what about my ceiling drywall? Oh, we need to fix that as well? They schedule an appointment for a Friday...and never show up. I call them that afternoon and get the "my bad", and they schedule another appointment. They come out and repair the ceiling the following week, but then only want to paint the damaged section. That wouldn't be bad...if they could match the paint. I should have stood my ground and had them paint it. Instead I said I would just paint it myself. Fast forward a WEEK. Another flash flood rain and a leak again in the same spot. I call again and they again send people out to repair the roof. This time they remove the siding at the flashing and peel back the shingles. They fix the flashing, put everything back and say "we fixed it this time". I go up and take a look at the work and I am furious. It looked like a white caulk gun got in a fight with my gray siding. The siding was all crooked and rather that reattach it properly, they just tried to caulk it in place. I seriously wish I could attach the before and after video I have of my roof. They were supposed to repair my ceiling again the same day. The work crew says "we are not the one repairing that". So what does this mean? Another day off of work for people to repair my ceiling. The same crew that did the terrible patch on the roof was the same ones that repaired the ceiling the second time. I felt like it was like having an electrician repair the plumbing. They patched and said " we will be back". They come back an hour later and start doing some more work and it looked like they used a screwdriver to patch it instead of a plaster knife. I ended up going and buying the supplies myself to repair the ceiling due to the frustration. Sooo this is where the "Not done yet" part comes in. They were supposed to send their "siding guy" to repair the siding two weeks ago. When he didn't show, I called at 1530 and they were like "my bad", we can send someone right now. I waited around all day for the appointment and now you want to start. I said it will have to be the following week. I get the "okay, we will get someone else out there next Friday". That was last week...and they didn't show again. I am still waiting for a call back to get their "siding guy" out there to repair it. From start to present, I have missed 7 days of work...and it is not over yet. I would personally stay as far as you can away from this company. I would go down to Lowe's and hire someone from Lawn & Garden (who has never stepped a foot on a ladder before) before I hired them for work again. If they actually expressed some concern and took pride in their work, it would be one thing, but with their total lack of compassion for their craftsmanship being the result of damage to someones house is something completely different. Let us be reminded that the only reason we had our roof repaired was because of hail damage. It lever leaked until they touched it. I will try to find a way to come back and update the post with all of the pictures and video taken along the way.

    Boss Design Center
We enjoyed our experience with Boss Design Center. They worked with our design concepts and were flexible as our scope of work grew. We established goals and prioritized needs before starting the project. Our original scope was a kitchen remodel. We increased the scope after project commencement to include the family room and powder room as well. Boss Design was sensitive to scheduling around our commitments. The crew was talented, respectful and conscientious. We would highly recommend hiring Boss Design Center.
