My husband and I have been going to WOAH since 1997. Dr. Homer and Dr Dunn began caring for our Sheltie Tuppertam in 1997. The care has always been excellent. When Tuppertam passed we got our new Baby Cody and once again excellent care. When Cody passed from cancer we have our third Sheltie Abigail and once again excellent care. Toward the end of Tuppertam life he had to stay overnight for several nights and I was always kept up to date. I also have groomed all 3 Shelties and will continue to go here for health and grooming and I also had dental cleanings there for 2 of the 3 SHELTIES

I notice someone said they don't say hi when you walk in, but honestly... they are busy and seem to work well together. You sign the intake board and then they call you. They have treats and she knows. They always offer some to her... she jumps up to get them anyway. She loves to go there. The grooming is a little expensive so I take her to someone else for that. the other prices are reasonable.

Awesome, Eloise has done extremely wel...never expected such great training, awesome owner and staff. The owner, Laurie has hired very excellent staff who help lead the classes alone and with Laurie. For a 24 wk period of 3 classes per week cost is very reasonable.

Love the personnel here.  Laurie, the owner, has a great sense of humor, and unlimited patience with dogs and people if they are truly dedicated to creating a better partnership with their dog. Jackie does a great job instructing and training, and I value her input and opinion highly.

The day care staff is patient and caring, and always have funny stories to tell me about how the day went with my dog, and I have seen them do likewise with other daycare clients.  I understand the reasoning behind not allowing owners into the day care area.  It can be disruptive to the dynamics of the day care with a "strangers" walking in and out.

I don't know how these 2 important facts get lost in the shuffle, but if you feel you dog has not completed a particular training class to you satisfaction, upon request, Laurie allow you to repeat the class free of charge.  Who else does that?  Also, ANY potential client is encouraged to come watch any and all classes prior to signing up their pup.  I find the best way to contact PNI is via email because I don't have to worry about catching someone at busy moment.

I realized training my dog is not a "one shot deal and done".  It is an ongoing commitment that happens every moment I share with  my dog, and makes my day to day to living with them so much easier.  Personally, I enjoy taking continuous classes at PNI.  It is worth every penny, and both my dog and I enjoy the feedback,  company and camaraderie.  Come watch a few classes and draw your own conclusion.

My dog is my child, a stubborn, strong child who had caused much grief in my life. We couldnt visit others and he had to be crated when visitors came over, and was a true bear to walk, as he pulled me everywhere! Through classes and doing my homework (literally), we can now visit friends, enjoy company and take long walks we both enjoy! He is in part two, basic manners 2 and we are learning more each week.

The instructors are great, I feel comfortable asking questions after class and thoroughly enjoy my dog now! As a pitbull-type looking dog, it is important that I set an example for myself and the whole breed! Pup 'n Iron is making my dog into a real ambassador and I would recommend them to anyone! Well, anyone serious about training, as you will be training your own dog, and it takes work! Unfortunately, there is no magic wand for them to waive... you will be fixing your own dog! However, with the tools provided, it is a

The overall experience was poor. This training facility did not deliver the level of service expected. The owner and staff are rude. They do not answer their telephone during business hours, never return telephone inquiries after leaving messages on their answering machine, nor respond to email inquires. I was forced to drive to the facility to obtain information aboiut their classes. I paid for four classes in advance for the mediocre to poor training provided.
