Love my kids but this was not the spot for us. Hopefully this review will help someone else not to make the same mistake we did! After joining in the summer, we were charged a full "activity fee" although there were only 3 weeks of Summer left and should have been prorated. From there the issues just continued. The cameras were inconsistent, my toddler often went outside with no jacket and kept a runny nose. 3 Managers in 2 months and counting, lack of structure and unreasonable fees. Finances go through the corporate office located in Florida. Rate agreements fluctuate based on what corporate feels is appropriate and just 4 months after joining, they decided to suddenly raise the rates. Why? The reason provided was to "assist in the offset of increased operating costs. These operating costs include increase in rents, utilities, increase of minimum wage, and the incremental cost associated with complying with the Affordable Health Care Act. Existing families' tuition will increase 4.0% from the amount they are currently paying." Multiple violations with Dept. of Social services- most recently for leaving out cleaning products in a Pre-k room (check for yourself). We ended up leaving the facility after 3.5 months. Sanity and peace of mind is priceless. Keep yours and don't go here! Save your time and money- go to the YMCA.

It was excellent. I see him once a month. I would recommend anybody going to him. They have their own physical therapy department. I would give them straight 'A's too. They've been great. I go to them three days a week.

    Massage Therapy Center

I have been going to the Massage Therapy Center for over 10 years.   Jason is an excellent massage therapist  He's punctual, knowledgeable and experienced.   I truly have never had a bad experience here.  I had tried others before, but found Jason to be the best   He is certified and well qualified.  The environment is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable.  His Swedish massage and lymph drainage is also excellent

    Orthopedic Specialty Clinic
I really like going to OSC, I've been three times now, once for my knee, once for a severely broken leg, and once for a dislocated elbow. They have been very kind, courteous, friendly, prompt, and helpful. I have seen Paul Sunshine, Joe Gowaty, and Dr. Kirchmeier. They have all been excellent. They are able to not only do diagnostics, they have their own X Ray equipment there to re-evaluate what the hospital might not have gotten right in the first place (as was the case with both my leg and my elbow).
My only complaint is that they often send me to the Cosner's Corner location, despite the fact that I live in Stafford and it is a real inconvenience to get there as compared to the Welford office. Both locations offer excellent service, but I do wish I could go to Welford Street and not have to make the drive to Cosner's.

was offered to pay the difference (which would been full price)  to use my therapist.   but chose not to since the ad was misleading and the Angie's deal they posted was no deal for me at that point.   No longer use the provider.

Friendly. although it took a while for them to get a hold of me, the service was fine.  Was worth the $44, but not much more.  upstairs was being renovated so there was no relaxing.  She talked too much during the massage.  I felt dismissed once a new client came in.

    McGill, Jewell
This was my 4th visit to Jewell. The room she uses is very ambient (electric fireplace, electric candles, soft music, comfortable massage table).
I was on my back the first two sessions: she put pressure with her hands and elbows on different areas of my body from my head to my thighs, and I told her what my tolerance level was and when the pain disappeared.
The first 3 sessions, I was on my stomach and the 4th, half on my back and half on my stomach.
    All sessions were one hour.
I went home afterwards and relaxed the rest of the day.
Slight soreness the next day was controlled with acetaminophen.
I know it will take time to totally release the pain I have held in my body for many years and I will be patient during the process.

    Massage Envy - Fredericksburg
If you don't go in on a regular basis, it is hard to predict what kind of therapist you will get. Even if you request one that performs a certain kind of massage, they seem to give you the next available. Once you find one, hopefully your schedule allows for theirs.

The appointment went well. A cortisone shot was administered to my shoulder and physical therapy recommended. I requested home exercises and the doctor honored that on the PT prescription but urged me to go to PT at least once a week. They have physical therapy at their office location, which will be convenient. I cannot comment on effectiveness of treatment or billing since I haven't completed treatment and have not yet received a bill. The cortisone shot was helpful in relieving some but not all of the shoulder pain. Hopefully that will continue to improve with therapy.

    Mcaleese, Dr. Robert
I was first delighted that they could see me the next day!
The doctor was in the front office when I arrived. He and the receptionist were very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful and answered my questions about my insurance. The exams revealed some misalignments in my body and so Dr. McAleese corrected them first. I had come to accept not being able to look over my left shoulder due to restricted movement. I am so excited that after all of these years I have that mobility and no pain! He adjusted my Hiatel Hernia with minimum discomfort. The doctor also volunteered to send a report to the Chiropractor in KS who I will see next month to let him know what was done.
I definitely will return to Dr. McAleese's office if i need to in the future.
