    Positivity Mobile Detailing
    I had a voucher from a daily deal site for Positivity's highest level detailing service.  I had some difficulty making an appointment initially -- I used their online system, and it took some time to get confirmation.  But eventually they called me and I set up an appointment for a Tuesday at 1 pm.  No one showed up.  I called and texted and emailed and got no response all day (I probably left a total of 10 messages).  This was particularly frustrating because I had stayed home from work and also taken time to clean out the car completely.  Several days later, after I contacted the daily deals site to complain, someone from Positivity left me a voice mail about setting up an appointment but made no reference or apology for their no-show.   I left a message requesting a prompt appointment, but they did not respond.  I will never use this company again.

    Upon notifying Washington Marina that I was departing, they claimed they could not refund the balance of my annual $2,700 payment until another boat was placed in the slip with an annual rental agreement. Since most of the boats are transient or seasonal, that is unlikely to occur. I am very disappointed that instead of courteously reimbursing a long-time customer, as a stable business would do, Washington Marina is maneuvering desperately to keep the money with their shell-game of "seasonal," "quarterly," and "annual" contract terminology. The rental contract (aka "agreement") deserves mention, as it's exceptional length and shifting of all responsibilities to the boat owner is unlike any marina contract I have ever encountered. To date, Washington Marina has not reimbursed any portion of the annual fee or deposits. So, my attorney is proceeding.

    It could not have been a better experience.  I had an appointment for an out-patient surgery scheduled for Tue. at 8:00 am.  On Sunday it started snowing first thing in the morning. The early prediction called for 1-2 inches but the new prediction raised that to an additional 4-5 inches by Monday evening.  I had planned to have my wife drive us up Monday night, stay in a hotel and return Tuesday afternoon.  But we decided not to drive ourselves.  I called Congressional Limo at about 3:00 pm Monday and made arrangements.  With the snow still falling we were picked up at 5:00 pm and arrived at our hotel at 7:30 pm.  The snow was 6-7 inches in Baltimore.  The next day we were picked up at 3:00 pm and arrived home at 4:30 pm.  The snow had stopped but the roads were treacherous.  Through it all our driver did a wonderful and skillful job.

    He is very timely and does a good work.  Everybody down there knows him and a lot of people in the area.  They have 20,000 registered sail boats.  The pricing is a little cheaper, but it is good.  It is all hand labor.

    I used Boris' service before and was very satisfied.  Therefore, I asked Boris to pick up my friends from Hong Kong, who have a 2 year old along, at the airport.  Not only Boris was so professional and waited almost 2 hours (it took a long time for them to go through custom), no complaining, but also he had the car seat prepared for the toddler.

    Penske Truck Rental were pretty good. They're very good with their customer service and providing a good price. They maybe will even give you a good discount too. They were professional and courteous.

    The work was excellent. I sold the house two years ago and the dock was an important selling point. Triton service was very, very good. Cost was reasonable for the quality of work I received. He was very easy to work with and his crew was excellent. He was there every morning on time and worked all day long with his crew. I consistently recommended him to the lake community.

    The price of bus tickets is inversely proportional to the number of
    unsold seats, so buy as soon as is practical. Seats are very narrow.
    WiFi is heavily used, so very slow. Progress is limited by stops, speed
    limit, and traffic. 4+ hours DC-NYC and 5.5+ return trip. Buses left on
    time and are free of litter. Seating id FCFS, so don't get arrive 10
    minutes early & think you'll be sitting next to your sweetie.
    Drivers were friendly and informative - and encouraged tipping.

    Northern Virginia Town Car & Limousine Service
    After contacting multiple limo companies in the area to rent one for my husband's birthday, I found Northern Virginia Town Car & Limo Service on Angie's List - drawn in by the coupons they offer.  When I called, I spoke with Kevin and he was more than helpful!  Even though the coupon's didn't apply to my reservation (I rented the 14 passenger SUV limo - the coupon's only applied to limos for 6-10 people), Kevin gave me the Angie's List member rate which was all inclusive of tip and tax.  It was a great deal too!  Although I never received a confirmation email or follow up (I called to confirm a few days prior just in case), they were all on top of the details.  Our drive Russell showed up exactly on time, was extremely professional and friendly, took us to all our stops without any issues, and dropped us off 4 hours later without a hitch.  Plus, the limo we rented was immaculate - definitely a 5-star service!  Overall, an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!  I would absolutely use them again.

    They pick me up from the house, drop me at the airport, and drop me back at home.  They are always on time and I am never nervous about them being late.  The cars are spotlessly clean and they provide excellent service.  Their prices are lower than other limousine services I have contacted.  I spend about $80 each way to the airport.
