    Ben Nielsen's Skyline Automotive
They're easy to work with. Their inspection was very thorough. They take pictures and show you what it is that they see underneath the vehicle and why they are talking about what they are talking about. They email it to you, so you get a visual report card of what they looked at and the status. If nothing is wrong, they don't send you the picture, they just say that it checked out, but if there is something they want to point out, they will send you the picture

    Ben Nielsen's Skyline Automotive

Skyline Automotive gave my car a comprehensive exam and fully explained the problems to me while using a camera on my car to show me on a screen monitor all of my car's problems and the repairs they recommended.  The office and shop is clean and professional.  The owner, technicians, and staff are all friendly, courteous and competent.  My advisor, Nick, is a superior and professional customer service specialist.

It is really hard to find honest people these days when it comes to getting your car serviced.  In the past, as a female, I have experienced other companies trying to do extra unnecessary repairs.  I highly recommend this company to other women who are also not knowledgeable about cars and repairs.  I would recommend Skyline Automotive to anyone who would like excellent and trustworthy service.

Service was complicated because struts were needed in addition to the rebuilt transmission. One of the struts ordered turned out to be faulty, so another had to be ordered. County Transmissions handled the reorder promptly and installed the new strut. Car runs now with no problems.

Hi-Tech Transmission had serviced my 1997 Chevy Pickup truck in the past with a re-built transmission. It had recently stopped shifting into the 3rd gear so I brought it back to them for servicing. The warranty offered by them was just out of date but since it had low mile since the last servicing they honored the warranty and provided a re-built transmission for free and offered to add an additional transmission radiator to help prevent future breakdowns. For around $300 I accepted and its now running great and much cooler.

I was concerned that I needed some other work done too  and that could have become quite expensive. Being ignorant to auto repairs, I was completely vulnerable to their advice. Jeff told me what work  was & wasn't necessary at the time. I am on a VERY tight budget  and he knew that, Jeff took the time to call several places to get the best price for my needed parts. I also called around and couldn't come close to the prices he was getting. My car is running beautifully and feel that they did a great job!  My experience working with Jeff was like going to a big brother or friend for advice and help. He treated me well, did what he said he would, when he said he would, didn't price gouge me or pressure me to have unnecessary work done. Most importantly, I TRUST this shop!

Would definitely recommend.  Needed a complete transmission rebuild on my Honda Odyssey.  Great service, fair pricing and excellent warranty at 3 yr/36,000 miles.  Repair costs like this are always tough to take but,  when you feel like you've been treated fairly it eases the pain somewhat.  Thumbs up to these guys for a positive experience!

As it turns out, my 2004 Isuzu Axiom had a seized engine and not a transmission problem. However, Randy promptly and professional diagnosed the problem and gave me options.  Unfortunately, the vehicle wasn't worth fixing, but Randy worked with me to handle the paperwork to donate the vehcile to Purple Heart Cars.  In my estimation he went welll above and beyond in helping me out, whether it was removing the license plates or holding the paperwork for the towing company.  I would highly recommend Herndon Reston Transmission, and if I ever have another trnamission problem they will be the ones I bring it to.

Curry's Auto Service Inc - Falls Church
About four months later I was having car problems. My husband took it to his mechanic to have it checked out. They said that I needed a transmission flush but I informed them that I had it flushed already. They said that I Curry's hadn't done the work I paid for.

We love their services and have always been pleased with the work that they have done for us. We haven't had any problems with their service. We will continue to use them in the future for our car needs and would recommend them to others.

    Joyce Motors
I took my van in expecting to have to replace my transmission. Joyce Motors called me later that day to inform me that my transmission was fine and all that I needed was a new sensor. I was very pleased because they saved me a ton of money.
