I was scheduled with Dr. Frederick Scott who suggested a slower more deliberate approach to the problem. It turned out to be two problems, trigger thumb and arthritis. As treatment progressed the issue with trigger thumb slowly resolved. Finally, an aggressive application of cortisone to the affected joint resolved the arthritis issue. Dr. Scott was very professional and meticulous in his treatment and hence the successful outcome. Definitely would use them again.

I saw Dr. Haas for my visit. She recommended new shoes and an orthotic for my foot. The orthotic was made in the office the day of my appointment and insurance paid for most of it (80%). The only reason I didn't give Dr. Haas an A is because she also recommended ankle surgery. That seemed very extreme for plantar fascitis and the orthotic + new shoes has fixed the problem.  Not sure if I would see her again since the whole surgery part, but I think she is a very good podiatrist and my foot has been fine.

My family doctor recommended that I consult with a foot specialist.  I called the Foot and Ankle Center and had an appointment within a couple of days.  The doctor, the nurse, the x-ray technician and the office staff were hall marks of professionalism and friendliness.

I felt like another piece of meat on the surgery pipeline. I tried to excuse the doctors bruskness as a cultural issue, but could not. If he had stood up and shouted and quot;Show me the MONEYand quot; I would not be surprised. Not much chance of dance with this rodeo.

The Doctor considered his patients as people and listened to their issues to complete his diagnosis. He was accurate and factual as to the course of treatment and future possibilities. I would use him in the future.

    Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic
The clinic diagnosed the need correctly, arranged the necessary procedure, and billed appropriately. On the designated date, its doctor performed the surgery well. Results were very good, leading to full recovery within a short recovery period.

All services were excellent. I downgraded availability to a and quot;Band quot; because the surgery date was further out than I would have preferred, probably due to the surgeon's popularity. He was worth the wait.

I saw Dr. Kaas as I was experiencing pain from Plantar Fascitis. She was the 2nd Podisatrist I saw. The first one gave me a shot which didn't work, so Dr. Kaas was my 2nd opinion. She is extremely knowledgeable. I have flat feet which is I why I have plantar fascitis. She fitted me for an orthotic (to wear in a tennis shoe she recommended). Foot feels great - haven't had anymore issues. I would highly recommend her. The only negative is that she suggested that I might need surgery. This seemed a bit extreme, but I understand that is her specialty and have a feeling she would do a great job.

The office is nice and new and the service was top notch. My foot is healing nicely (although it involves me resting from running which is sad). Still, the care was good. I would definitely go here again.

Their doctors have been outstanding and I am a long-time Kaiser member. I have found that it is especially helpful for pediatrics when my daughter was younger as well as after-hours urgent care. My doctor is an internist and he is wonderful. I also have had foot surgery and shoulder surgery over the last couple of years and that worked fine as well.

    Nirschl Orthopedic Center
He had an x-ray taken (in his office), examined my shoulder, asked questions and patiently listened to what I had to say.  He then administered another type of injection in a different part of my shoulder than the cortisone shots. Instantly, I was able to easily raise the arm above my head and bend it behind my back without pain -- something that had not been possible for nearly 6 months.  As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Nirschl is truly a miracle worker.  He's also pleasant, thoughtful and thoroughly professional, with a "bedside manner" that would be the envy of Marcus Welby.
