    It is nearby. Most stores are not as good as they used to be. My insurer wants me to have it mailed to me, but I don't do that. I haven't compared the prices, convenience is more important to me. They are fine. They call to say something needs to be renewed, but I don't want phone calls, I know and that is when I go to the store. I know most of the people there, they know me by name.

    They're very good. For the ten times I've gone there in 25 years, they came up with the right diagnoses even though I have gone to other doctors. I've been using them since we moved here in 1990. They know how to diagnose things. It's not the cleanest place in the world but the treatment is excellent. It's just an old facility. The services are great. The knowledge up there is great too. If you get sick at night, you get up in the morning and you walk up there and they see you. The office environment is standard.

    They're excellent. He will answer any of your questions and he is so knowledgeable. If he doesn't know, he'll look it up for you. He's one of the best pharmacists I've ever seen. We go all the time. Any question I have, I go down there and ask him what the doctor has recommended, if there are side effects on it. He will tell me. This pharmacist, if there's something very expensive that the doctor ordered, he will call and tell you the price of it. If there's something else you can use besides that, he'll give it to you. He knows the price before you go and pick it up even if you have insurance. He's excellent.

    Sibley Memorial Hospital
    I was happy with the service at Sibley. All of the nurses and doctors that were treating me were very professional and had great bedside manner. I received a number of incorrect bills afterwards, but it turns out that they just hadn't been processed through my insurance company correctly. Not sure if that was the fault of the hospital or the fault of the insurance company. Either way, I'd definitely return to Sibley in the future, as I had a pleasant experience there.

    I like it that the hospital is very well organized and clean. They have a very good attention at the reception when your first come in. I've been there several times and if they happen to have an emergency, they take you right in. Unfortunately, they misdiagnosed me and I wasn't very happy about it. They are fast but when your don't have an emergency, you're going to sit there forever and they have a great staff.

    I found that the pharmacists were helpful, they answered the questions that I had, they filled the prescription, and had them ready when they said they would. I last used them a couple of years ago, before I moved. They correctly filled the prescriptions. I got clear and understandable answers from the pharmacists. They are close to home. I always read the inserts and they always answer the question. They tell me when the stuff will be ready, and if I want to wait, it doesn't take me more than 10 minutes.

    I found that the pharmacists were helpful, they answered the questions that I had, they filled the prescription, and had them ready when they said they would.     I've been happy with Aetna, particularly recently as this year they started offering - and my employer started offering - a "preferred provider/point of service" option that did NOT require me to get referrals to specialists, which was always the #1 headache with my Aetna coverage in the past (#2 was use of LabCorp - but Aetna also changed to Quest a few years ago, which made me happy because I can now get my blood work done in my doctor's office, instead of having to go to the lab facility).
    I've never had any problems with Aetna billing or coverage - I've been lucky that I could find excellent physicians who also accepted the insurance (with exceptions of two "primary care" physicians who went "boutique" and stopped accepting any insurance). Aetna has never refused to cover things, even repeat lab tests when initial results were confusing.

    I've had UHC for almost 7 years and find them to be pretty good as far as health insurance companies go. They have a useful website and I've never had any issues with billing. My co-pays and co-insurance are outrageously expensive, but I think that's more a function of my employer not subsidizing the plan adequately enough vs. the plan costing more than the norm. I find that most doctors accept my plan and I would recommend this company to others.

    The pros: The cost from my paycheck was reasonable (as long as it was just me without spouse or child), yearly exams etc. were covered, prescription benefits were reasonable.
    The cons: The HUGE lab bills I would get every time I had a physical or anything done.  The deductible applies even to "routine" lab work.  And it did not seem to matter that the doctor categorized it as part of the exam- it still was not covered.  I have never had so many bills show up after the fact- $40 for this, $100 for that, $150 for the labs with my physical or HPV test that is routine with a pap.
