    Oppenheim, Dr. Joshua P.
After seeing Oppenheim, I left under a cloud of exasperation. From the very beginning of this consultation I got the feeling Oppenheim would rather be anywhere else except in that room talking with me. He was abrupt, completely disconnected and his discourse was that of someone talking to an inferior. At one point he actually berated me for asking for clarification on CPAP devices. Not a caring bone in his body. I think it's time this guy retired. Definitely ineffectual. The rest of the staff were helpful. If you must go to this practice, I'd recommend seeing ANYone else but Oppenheim.

Horrible. We get there on time and the office is overcrowded and running late. After being there with a toddler for 20 minutes we were ready to walk out when we were finally called back. The office is outdated at best and almost looks like a third world country dr's office. The Dr. came into the roomby saying and quot;Dude!!and quot; to my now 17 month old. After about 5 and quot;dudesand quot;, we were finally able to tell him what's going on and our concerns. The attitude that we received was very much like.. and quot;ok? Why are you here? There's no ear infectionand quot;. I told him that I was concerned about his speech development and also that he is grabbing at his ears in pain more than twice a day and when he's eating. All the Dr. could say was and quot;there's no infection, he's fine. Around this time, the body tries to reject the tubes and infections could happen, but it's normaland quot;. My immediate response was that I was NEVER told that before and asked what else to expect! He told me again and quot;it's normal, don't worry about itand quot;, without answering my question. I told him that I would like to schedule a hearing test just to make sure anyway and he said that was fine to do in and quot;a couple of weeksand quot;. So we went to the receptionist area and asked to schedule the hearing test and the woman that usually does them happened to be out there and she stated that she had time right now to do the test. We said GREAT! She just said she needed to confirm with the Dr. first before we went back and did it. She came back out immediately and said that the Dr. wants to wait and quot;a couple of weeksand quot;. So now I have to pay 2 copays for something that could've been done with one. I will be finding a new practice to go to after this.

    Roeser, Dr. Michelle M
She did my wife's surgery a month ago and my wife went in last week for a follow up surgery. I really like that she is willing to do research if she doesn't understand what's going on, and she has a very good personality. I rate her highly and my wife will continue to use her in the future.

    Marion, Dr. Edward D
He is extremely knowledgeable, explains everything really well and really takes an interest in his patients. I had an emergency and called them for an appointment. They arranged for an appointment on the same day and they do a wonderful follow up. The only problem is that sometimes I have to wait for a long time to see the doctor. However, when I get inside to see the doctor he never makes me feel rushed.

Ear Nose & Throat Specialists of NO VA - FC
Dr. Oppenheim in particular was extremely helpful. He discussed at length the condition that led to the emergency room visit, and provided a great deal of information that helped us to address treatment options. He was definitely more interested in making sure that all of our questions were answered than in trying to move on to his next patient. Multiple office locations with rotating physicians' locations also make scheduling easier.

He punctual and courteous. I was very comfortable with my choice to go see him for my sinus issues and am considering my options. I felt he explained what I needed explained very well.
