    I recently had some flood damage that ruined my fridge and disposal. They were fast and knowledgeable. They arrived the next day, exactly on time, and quickly assessed the problems. They informed me that the parts to repair my fridge would be too expensive and recommended it was better to find a new fridge. They quickly fixed my disposal and only charged me the service fee for driving out there. I would definitely trust them again if needed.

    My six year old Sears bought Whirlpool dishwasher broke down on August 6. After an extremely frustrating three week experience with Sears... (canceling appointments via text and saying the soonest they could repair my washer was 25 days after I first called them and saying it would be $600 to replace the pump unless I bought a warranty--which I did and they still weren't coming), I frantically called All American Appliance. Practically in tears, I tell the owner, Bonnie, my sob story (family of five without a washer for 20 days!). After a few phone calls back and forth (me checking the error code on the wash and she making sure she had a part), she schedules someone to come THE NEXT MORNING (happy tears here). I get a call the next morning (I can't believe it!), their repairman, Roy, will be here in 20 minutes. Roy (my other hero) is here. He comes with the pump, but he takes apart and inspects the washer and tells me it is just a clogged drain (hair ties and lint--embarrassing). Thinking it would be weird if I cried and hugged him, I paid him and thanked him profusely. All American Appliance is my new favorite. They are fast, responsive, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Just call them already. Seriously, I can't recommend All American Appliance enough for your broken dishwashers, disposals, ice makers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges- wall ovens, built in ovens, gas and and electric models, washers, dryers....

    Boxy white GE already serviced at 4 yrs, 11 mos (no electronics or stainless steel) and very unhappy to have another problem with 2012. Evaporator fan motor was replaced. Terrible sounds started in March 2019 and fridge in open kitchen layout. Noise to bedrooms. Found R&S on Angie's List 04/09/19. Reached Scott of R&S who made a suggestion to try. While inconvenient to shut it down, things greatly improved. Still living with occasional noise, but had more time to consider next step. New appliances break too soon and first repair was half cost of refrigerator. Would call R&S 1st for any appliance repairs because of good feelings. (Computer not compatible w/Angie's List and 1st review did not post.)

    Fine. The repairman was excellent. But, I don't think I'll ever buy GE appliances again. We've had nothing but trouble from the entire suite of Cafe appliances. Had to replace the touch pad on the microwave; had to replace the control knobs on the stove and have one burner repaired TWICE; had to replace the refrigerator water filter. All of these appliances are less than 5 years old.

    Pius examined the fridge and said we'd either need the condenser replaced or cleaned. Fortunately it just required the less-expensive cleaning, which he performed immediately. He was very responsive and we were pleased with the results.

    They absolutely refused to give me a price quote without showing up in person (including the $49 non refundable fee) even for a common service like hooking up a gas dryer. I needed it done quickly and the place that quoted me $175 couldn���t do it for three days. Len said they could come that day, so I agreed. At the end of the arrival window I got a phone call saying that everyone was busy with emergencies and they would have to reschedule for the next day. The guy showed up on time the second day and said it would be $450. I felt trapped by the $50 I already owed and the fact that he was already at my house so I agreed. He said he needed to go buy some parts (I provided new hoses but not what was needed for connecting to the exhaust vent.). I asked how much of the $450 was for parts and he said that his tablet application made it impossible for him to know that information. He said he just types in the circumstances of the job and the tablet tells him how much to charge. Okaaay. So he drove 3 blocks to Home Depot and bought the parts. The dryer is working and we haven���t passed out from gas fumes so I assume he did the work correctly. Afterwards the hoses that I had purchased at the very same Home Depot for $30 or so we���re still sitting where I had shown him they were. He said he ���didn���t see��� them. Instead of recalculating the amount that I owed and returning the identical product to HD himself, he said ���at least you can save some money by returning those.��� I���m sure he charged me much more than $30 for them, if only his super secret app would tell how much. I find their business model and pricing to be coercive and shady and I will not be hiring them again. I was going to let it go without a review but apparently they ���invited me��� to review them. So here you go.

    We had multiple failed attempts to get this Kenmore washer fixed by Sears. We called DMV, they came on time and diagnosed the problem within 30min. No computer, no maybe this maybe that, just a flashlight and knowledge. The part was ordered and was installed promptly after it arrived. The repair was quick and the same person who made the diagnosis fixed the machine. Its worked great ever since. We would definitely use them again.
