    I called 2 weeks in advance for my reservation. Three days before needing the ride I called again to validate my reservation. The day we needed the ride NO SHOW. I called and dispatch did not seem to know who i was or where i needed to go, he thought i was just another customer. He said someone would be there in 10 mins (already 15 mins behind schedule) for my flight. Driver called me in 10 mins and said he'd be there in 10 mins. I was not happy as now I'm 35 mins behind schedule. 5 mins later driver called me back and was lost. Finally he found my address and offered several excuses as to why he was late including getting in an accident. All in all it was poor management on the company to NOT ensure that a customer that reserved a time and date for a ride was not handled correctly. I honestly believe that if i had not called they would not have shown up based on the dispatchers response when i called.

    GO The Airport Shuttle
    When the Van pulled up to the driveway we noticed that its' exhaust was horrible from the outside. Fumes in the cab when we got in to the van and driver kept windows open obviously for this reason. (exhausting into the cab) This VAN was an absolute junker and should not have ever been dispatched for the following reasons by our experience. It's transmission vibrated and when it switched gears to the point where your neck snapped. (not kidding!) Then the bench in front where we sat was all worn out and you sunk in to the metal bar that dug into your legs. During the drive the wheels were so out of round that the entire VAN shook violently. Looking forward, i noticed the drivers dashboard where the Check Engine light was on, the Airbag light was on as well as the low tire pressure light. So, to summarize we're in this VAN and my throat is getting sore from breathing the fumes, the VAN is vibrating horribly, when the transmission changes gears your head snaps, my butt is getting numb because of the metal bar digging into my legs from the worn out bench and to top it all off the check engine, airbag, and low tire pressure light was on the entire time. (not to mention the sheer loudness of the trip with windows open, vibrating and such you couldn't even talk) Worst experience ever!

    I certainly recommend them. They're top notch. We've taken about six trips with them. All their restaurants are like 5-star restaurants. It's a mid size ship. It's really great. Bridge to Americas costs $5200. When you buy extra excursions, it costs more. The British Isle trip is $5600. That includes excursions. We went on a Baltic cruise and went to St Petersburg. We took a Greek Isle cruise. We've done quite a few of them with them. It's really super.

    Our driver, Edwin, arrived on time to pick up my group of 7 ladies for transportation to the Bette Middler concert at the Verizon Center with a stop at a restaurant in DC for dinner.
    I think we had a new and/or very inexperienced driver. He wasn't very friendly in his greeting when he picked us up. I introduced myself and he sort of just grunted at me. Next, he did not turn on the AC in the back of the limo before picking us up, so we all crawled into a baking hot black limo and it's 90+ degrees outside. Then he did not know how to turn on the AC and had to call someone to figure it out. I'm pretty sure the AC was not working properly because it never got very cool in the back, but Edwin did not seem concerned about our comfort. First stop was a restaurant on 9th St. for dinner.  No problems there. When we were paying our bill, I texted him to let him know we would be ready in about 15 minutes and he indicated that he was on his way to pick us up. It took him well over a half hour to arrive. I know that traffic in DC is awful and that it can be especially hard to navigate those streets in such a large car, but considering that I made these reservations well in advance, I would have thought he would have had a plan of where to park for the most efficient pick up. Again, no AC in the back.
    After the concert, I texted Edwin again to let him know that we were at the exit that faces the corner of 6th St and G St. I waited approximately 10 minutes and received no response back. I then called him, told him where we were and he said he was on his way. He called me back after 20 minutes to tell me that he was lost and I could literally hear him stopping someone on the street to ask for directions. He then told me that the intersection where I was standing didn't exist, even though I was staring directly at the street signs. I offered to walk somewhere to meet him but he couldn't figure out where he was. Finally after another 20 minutes or so, he finally found us and picked us up. Again, no AC.
    We made it home safely, so in terms of getting us there and back, it was mission accomplished. However, I feel that if you are going to spend approximately $1,000 on car service for 8 hours, it's not too much to ask that the driver be courteous, professional, and have some sense of a plan. I would have also expected him to have more concern over our comfort given the extremely hot temperature outside and the lack of air conditioning inside the limo. He should have made attempts to remedy the situation while we were attending our various events. Overall, I will not be using Skyhawk again.

    I cannot more highly recommend Skyhawk Chauffeured Limousine.  They were punctual, courteous and more than efficient.  The cost was $70 each way with the gratuity added of $14 and on our return we paid an additional $6 for the driver's need to park his car.  We would use them again and would recommend them our friends.

    The driver arrived at my home about 10 min. early.  He was very courteous.  There were bottles of water for us.  It was a very smooth and easy ride from Fairfax to DCA.  I would definitely use their service again.

    East Coast Elite Limosine
    The ride from Delran, NJ to Atlantic City started great.  All 26 passengers were having a good time celebrating my cousin's 40th birthday.  Then approximately 40 minutes into the trip the party limosine broke down on the Atlanitc City Expressway.  The company kept promising to send a mechanic and another limo to come get us.  The mechanic showed up in 30 minutes.  The other limo never showed.  The mechanic was unable to fix anything.  Finally after an hour and several calls, the representative from East Coast Elite told us to call taxi cabs home.   We did not do so instead state troopers were called and attorneys within Atlantic County.  A total of 26 people stood on the Atlantic City Expressway for 2 hours before another party limosine came to pick us up.  At that point, no one wanted to go to Atlantic City.  We all wanted to go home.  What started out as a wonderful evening turned into a nightmare that we will never forget.  Thanks to East Coast Elite Limosine.  I would not recommend this company.

    Our schedule was quite complicated.  We stopped in Seattle for a wedding, then went to Alaska.  On our return, my husband went a different route to a conference and my boys and I came home.  Karen helped me work out the best times to work with the boy's schedules and was incredibly responsive and helpful.  She provided all of the information in the time she promised and it was right on target for what we wanted.  She was incredibly professional and friendly.  I would recommend her in a heartbeat and will definitely be calling her again in the future.

    My experience with them was perfect. My plane was delayed about six hours. They took care of monitoring when the plane was going to come in, so they knew when to get me. I like that they had a sign. I was worried, because of the flight delay, that they wouldn't be able to help me.
