  Sewage water backed up in our utility room drain on a Saturday evening. Nelson came out for emergency services in about 1.5 hours. He brought his truck and a trailer full of equipment. He used a snake tube with a camera and started searching for the problem. He had some other hi tech equipment with him to help figure out the pipe network in our house. He found the problem and cleared it. He also explained how the clog occurred so my husband would know what to do if it should happen again. Nelson and his partner were friendly and professional. We're glad he came out on such short notice on a Saturday night.

  Sparkle Drain Cleaning

  We have used Sparkle for over 15 years and (unfortunately) had to call them out again a couple weeks ago. Our house is older and we get a back up about every 3 years or so. We have been very happy with their service and their response time because no one likes having a mess in their basement.

  Two guys showed up and they told me that they need to put camera in the line before they give and an estimate and it would cost me $450. I told them its too expensive and why should I pay $450 just for an estimate. the guy rudely said that nothing is free in usa and I have to pay this amount if I need an estimate. I asked him that I don't need their estimate anymore and he told me that I still need to pay him $95 just for them to showup /coming there.

  The Haynes plumbers did an excellent and thorough job, completing all the repairs in an hour. We have an old house so all our systems are well-worn and challenging (kinda like the owners) but the Haynes plumbers did a great job. They were also very polite and professional. They called well ahead of time, as promised so we could put our large, loud dogs out of the way. Highly recommend this company.

  Cliff and his team are top notch. We did a major overhaul of old plumbing in our house, and replaced the old cast iron pipes in all three of our bathrooms at the same time. The job was tedious and time consuming, Cliff and his team were very professional, reliable and courteous, showed up on time, and had great communication. When we decided to take on our master bath reno by  hiring sub contractors ourselves, Sanders Plumbing was recommended to us by another plumbing company who previously did exterior sewer pipe replacement for us (who didn't do inside plumbing contracting work). We are so glad they recommended Cliff. He was the perfect contractor for the huge amount of work we needed done.  He had the expertise to recommend the right way to re-plumb our three baths, and his team did top quality work. They did everything from replacing all cast iron pipes with PVC in 3 baths, installed 2 sinks, to toilets, and one complicated high end shower fixture. The work done by Cliff's team (Bobby, Todd, Randy) were excellent. They even came out quickly on a Saturday to fix a basement drain clog unrelated to our bath reno. We would most definitely use Sanders Plumbing again and we highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a bath reno who's looking for a reliable, honest and quality plumbing contractor. We also felt Sanders' price quotes were very fair for the amount of work we needed done.

  We were in an emergency situation with sewage back up twice in under 48 hours. The first time, we called a small local plumber recommended by friends. They cleared the pipe but didn't have camera capabilities. We hoped we were in the clear, but sure enough, 40 hours later and its happening again! This time we called roto-rooter because we saw they had camera capabilities. All I can say is WOW. We were blessed to have Diego Diaz show up at our door. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also taught us how to take care of our pipes and informed us of a water alarm we could put on the floor drain so we will KNOW when/if this every happens again. Thank you Diego! You're the best! Hoping to never HAVE to see you again - but if we do - you will be who we call!

  Interstate Enterprises Plumbing Services

  Our sewage drain kept getting backed up and found out the pipe leading outside was cracked and had a tree root growing into it. Eric (I think that was his name) from Interstate was very helpful, responsive and walked us through the process. This was a big expense for us and even gave us a discount.
