Not only that, they (accidentally) overcharged us for another student we signed up. That amounted to double fees for three months. We had proof from our bank for this and they acted as if they were going to compensate us at first. Unfortunately, that compensation never came about. The contract was not honored, we were not reimbursed for the double charging. At the end, they refused to even listen to us. Please be careful when you are dealing with this school. They have wonderful teachers- the problem is on the business side. I am thoroughly disappointed with the school- especially since the relationship started out so well. I am still waiting for an explanation 0f their actions, but I have learned not to hold my breath.I was told I must answer all six questions above. How do you rate a school on it's professionalism and customer service, etc. when they refuse to honor a contract, say they will call you and never do. And charge me full price for a contract that ends on March 1st 2017 and refuse to prorate it?I answered the question of did the company perform the work with no, because they refused to honor the contract that still has a year to go.They even refused to provide us a copy of the contract and would not answer phone calls after promising to do so.

Assessed the problem and repaired my treadmill. Found the problems immediately and got it working within 40 minutes  and went the extra mile by lubricating several areas of this 5 year old machine. Works like new. Very knowledgeable and nice fellow;  he arrived on time.

The gym was just what he promised. Good new equipment. The gym was kept clean. The hours of operation are 24/7 which means I can go at my leisure. This also ensure that it's not too crowded except for about 1.5 hours after work. But there is enough equipment that at peak times it is easy to revised my routine and keep moving. The gym is designed for those who want to work out, not make a social life out of it. There is no music, but there are about 8-10 TV that you can listen to. Most people have their own music. My only complaint is that the staff, and the reason for not giving them all A's is that the staff doesn't walk around and replace weights, or balls that some customers have left out when they are done. Sometimes I have to scan the gym to find a particular piece of small equipment. I blame the customer first, but the staff could remedy this by doing a quick walk around every hour. The variety of equipment is everything you needs to do a good workout. Machines, cardio, free weights, balls, etc.

First of all, you will see results. That's the most important thing. If you need a lot of coaching, my suggestion is to schedule days when Matt is available. He has more patience with those who may not be fitness gurus. I do think this gym is not the best choice for beginners, but like I said, you will SEE RESULTS - you will just have to be able to pick things up quickly and not be intimidated by those around you. UA caters to the above average skill level.

The trainer is very nice. Some of the exercises are a little too much and have resulted in pulled and extremely sore muscles. But, for the most part, the routines are challenging and have resulted in weight loss and more strength and energy.

Met with Allie at the customer service counter and she informed me that not only would I have to pay family membership for Aug but for September as well.
I indicated I did not understand why this was the case. she replied it was and quot;policyand quot;. She offered to give me the GM's card and I could email him. I replied that I did not have a duty to email him or her but if she is interested in passing along my info and indicate my displeasure to include that I might be resigning my membership, I'd be grateful.
I then saw one of the trainers who I knew and asked if the GM was in. He indicated that the GM was on vacation. I asked who was the manager on duty and as it turned out, that person was the head of the training department but was working with a client. So in effect, there was no manager available to deal with my issue.
Can't believe that an organization as large of Lifetime cannot afford to have a manager at prime hours (in my case around 5PM) available for every and anyone while not doing double duty with a personal training session. The very idea to charge for a service when it is not to be used is simply beyond the pale especially since in March I underwent surgery, paid each and every month and today, nearly 5 months since my surgery was the first time I step foot inside the club.

The gym is nice, has a lot of good equipment, and is always clean and well-maintained. The price is a little high but reasonable for what you get in return. What I did not like was that it always felt like you were being sold something -- when you sign up, they tell you how overweight and out of shape you are (which turned me off a bit) and they are constantly pushing you to buy personal training sessions.
I ultimately cancelled my membership because the gym wasn't as convenient for me -- but they do not make it easy to end your month-to-month membership. I can't say I will go back, but if I wanted to rejoin a big gym again, I would probably make a choice based on convenience and price.

My husband and I joined this gym in January and have really enjoyed it. It is in a great location and they have all kinds of equipment, a pool, and classes. It has been a pleasure going to this gym. Although equipment does break down it does seem to be repaired or replaced quickly which is great.

It is well kept, usually there are enough machines available, it is rarely too crowded to keep pace with your workout, the staff is friendly, personal trainers are certified, friendly and helpful. The men's locker room could use some repairs - some lockers are damaged, some shower heads are missing - but it is clean.

I started using them a couple of years ago, when they were smaller.  It has started getting more and more crowded.  Since it got so crowded I wasn't as happy going there.  I thought they were rather expensive, and I won't be using them again in the future.
