    Taschler Spine & Rehab
Excellent. I got relief from the pain and stiffness after the first evaluation and treatments. I received Electric Stim Therapy with a Heat Pac and an Adjustment. Dr. Taschler is a caring and gifted practitioner. The Staff is professional and personable. It's an environment of genuine concern for the Patient and solutions for ones specific needs. I always leave after an office visit feeling better than when I arrived.

    Young Chiropractic & Rehab
Dr. Young is hands down the best Chiropractor I've been to in the Fairfax/Vienna area. I previously went to another Chiropractor in downtown Vienna for 3 years before I switched over to Dr. Young. The issue I had with my previous doctor was that he solely focused on spinal adjustments so the appointments would last around 3-5 minutes. For the longest time my impression of Chiropractic care was quick treatments that focused only on adjustments until I began seeing Dr. Young. His approach to Chiropractic care is incredibly thorough -- he spends ample time understanding your history/symptoms, utilizes a wide range of treatment options and chiropractic/rehab technology to create a treatment plan catered toward your needs. For me specifically, I start out my session on the pre-treatment massage roller table and then move over to muscle stim & heat to loosen the muscles around my spine (this allows for better movement during adjustments). Once loose, he conducts spinal adjustments (talking me through each movement to ensure I'm not in any discomfort), and lastly he performs soft tissue active release therapy on some of the trigger points in my neck/upper back. I leave every session relaxed and with an increased range of motion in my neck. Highly recommend Dr. Young!!

    Young Chiropractic & Rehab
I was most pleased to have been directed (via my health insurance company directory) to Dr. Scott Young at Young Chiropractic & Rehab. At the time of my appointment, I was suffering from intense back pain which severely limited my ability to comfortably walk/sit/stand. I did not have the advantage of pre-interviewing any local chiropractors due to the urgency of care needed. Dr. Young kindly adjusted his schedule to see me the same morning. Dr. Young's pleasant office is conveniently located just off Route 50 and Route 123 in Fairfax. A ready and easy professional rapport was quickly established with Dr. Young whilst evaluating my injury and implementing compatible physical manipulation. A treatment plan was thoroughly discussed. A follow-up visit proved a substantial reduction in pain intensity and allowed for further compatible joint manipulation. I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by Dr. Young and I would highly recommend him.

    Ward Chiropractic and Rehabilitation
Very well. His treatment plan for my tennis injuries gave me relief after a few appointments, and he gave me personal attention and took my calls when I had some follow up questions. Very pleased with the care, especially as this was my first time to see a chiropractor.

They relieved my pain quicker than I thought possible. I continue to see them about once a month, at my request, or when I do something I shouldn't have. The doctors genuinely care about their patients and take a holistic approach to their treatment.

Things went very well. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The waiting area is very inviting. They are very prompt. There is flexibility on the appointment times. You don't need to have an appointment a long time in advance.

I was in pain, incredible pain for a lower back injury. Dr. Posner had me in a mechanic roll-on massage table for some minutes before the full consultation. Then she stretched me and I could hear my back bones crack. Done! Pain was gone. But to recover properly, she recommended that I went for some more sessions. First 2x a week. As I got better, 1x a week. I followed treatment for 2-3 months and then I stopped going because I didn't feel I needed anymore.

    Morrow, Dr. Nic

I believe in the validity of Chiropractic care!  This provider completed the initial exam and then proceeded to layout a treatment plan for 50 visits at a set billing rate.  50 treatments when we hadn't even performed the first adjustment.  To make matters worse, I received a letter from his office the day after my exam stating that he "reviewed my file and after two weeks of treatment I was right on track!"  The letter urged me to continue the program even though I hadn't even been given my results.  It was an obvious indicator that he has a set "program of treatment" that is anything but individualized!  His staff was all too eager to try to get my insurance information even though I told them repeatedly that I wanted a fee for service arrangement:  let's try a few treatments, check the alignment and go from there.  When I was given exam results and presented with the "contract for services" prorated for 10 months of 50 treatments, I mentioned the letter. They admitted that they sent it out too early - VERIFYING that it was a standard marketing piece that had nothing to do with my individual needs and treatment.  I left without any manual adjustments or treatments.

He may very well be a good practitioner, but his greedy business practices will force many like me to seek treatment elsewhere.  It's a TRUST issue when you send me what should be a personalized letter stating the progress of my case that is false!  I was willing to give his office a try but it's obvious he and his staff see nothing wrong with their approach.

Ethics matter.  Currently seeking another provider via Angie's list....
