    Caliber Collision
The whole process was painless. Called my insurance co who deal directly with Caliber. Caliber rep too a look at the dent, sent me an estimate and estimated time to repair on a Friday. I dropped off the car on Monday morning and car was finished by Thursday. Everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the service tech, was courteous, professional and, most of all, informative. I couldn't tell that any work was done. Car was spotless both inside and out. I only paid my insurance deductable.

    QUALITY AUTO BODY INC
Absolutely the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Everyone there was helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with the rental car arrangements -- and the work was excellent and finished ahead of time. The damaged area looks like new!

We couldn't be happier with the service, or the results. They strive for perfection and actually achieve it! Jose kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to wonder what they were doing with our car, or when it would be done. We knew when the parts came in, when they were out of the paint shop, and when they were being installed. The office staff is wonderful and so friendly. So very happy. It feels like we have a brand new vehicle.

Pope's Auto Body & Paint Works
From the time Tim provided the estimate on a cold windy day until I picked the car up the entire experience was more than met my expectations. I needed a left front bumper replaced and painted and the right rear passenger door repaired and painted. Tim was very clear in explaining what had to be done and what I could expect. The estimate was lower by far than anyone else and I thought very reasonable. When I brought the car into be repaired Tim said I could expect it back in three days repaired and painted. And he delivered on his promise. And what a job I could not tell what had been repaired and the paint job was amazing. Hats off to Tim and Popes Auto body for a performance greatly exceeding expectations.

    Chantilly Auto Body
After one week, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I saw my car, it still had some damage that was not repaired, and a portion of the repair which was not done correctly. When I pointed out this oversight, I was told the tech assumed the damage that wasn't fixed wasn't to be included in the repair and the incorrectly done repair was no big deal to fix. At this point, they kept my car to complete the repair. There was no apologies for not completing all of the repairs, just a lot of negativity from the rep. A couple of days later, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up the car, they completed all the repairs, but the area that had to be redone, still had problems (glumps of paint that had dried incorrectly). The rep I was dealing acted completely annoyed with me at this point, and stomped off to get the manager. When I pointed out the bad paint job, the manager shrugged, seemed aggravated, and stated ok - leave the car, we'll fix it. The third time was a charm. The car was repaired, but imagine my surprise when I see brown stuff sliding down my car, right above where the repairs had been. When I asked the rep "what's that?", her apathetic response - it's bird droppings. Since the car was still wet from their car wash, I wonder how droppings would remain on the vehicle. And for the record, I am sure it was feces - but not from a bird. I would think that an shop as large as this would have a review process to ensure repairs were done correctly to avoid having customers make several unnecessary trips. I also believe that providing customer service that includes actually caring about their customers, is vitally important in the service industry.

Maaco Auto Body & Paint Of Chantilly
As advertised. Scheduled an appt and car delivered back when promised. My only issue; and this is a silver car, which I know is extremely hard to match, is a very slight variation in the door color that is only noticeable under certain light. The repair on the fiberglass bumper is perfect and I can't see any variation in the bumper color. I would use again

The finished product makes it look like new. They did a great job and finished a couple of days ahead of schedule. The car was returned incredibly clean (the interior was much cleaner than when I gave it to them). And they handled all the communications with the insurance company and the rental car shop. I was even able to leave the rental car there; Enterprise came to pick it up later. The repair took a little less than two weeks, and I received a call about every three days updating me on the progress of the repairs and on anything that transpired with the insurance company.

    AUTO BODY WORLD
Unlike any paint job I have ever seen, this one started peeling away on the third year. A cheap sealer was used, When it became clearly visible, I took it back for a redo. First they quoted $600 to correct it;curiously, every time I would take it back for that job, the owner, James, would disappear or be unavailable. The disappearing act lasted 2 years, when I finally caught up with him, and guess what? James claimed he was no longer the owner, another guy, John, was. When I called to talk to John, a Danny stepped in and said that John had left the business 7 years ago. In short, the classic runaround. When I asked the correction for a discounted cost with a $1000 copay, I was rudely told that they have no legal or moral obligation to rectify it "for free"?! Yet by keeping a photo of my freshly painted Miata on their bulletin board, they are essentially misleading and falsely advertising a paint job that lasted barely 3 years. Who would take a car to them knowing there is a probability the paint job will not last?

Excellent body work after accident. They were able to work a deal to get me original equipment to do insurance repairs and kept me informed all along the way of their progress. Arranged for Enterprise rental car to pick me up at body shop also. Body work was excellent and on time and car was cleaned inside and out before pick up.
