    Expert Appliance Services
The technician Sam is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He correctly diagnosed the problems during the first visit. Ordered the correct parts and replaced the parts in a subsequent visit. Throughout the repair session, he explained what he is doing and diligently completed the repair job. His expertise and professionalism are excellent. I would definitely rehire Expert Appliance Services in future and recommend them to others.

Eagle Star Appliance Repair Service LLC
Harry was outstanding in his patience with Assurant Solutions, the contract I have for my appliances. The delay was not with Eagle Star, it was with an incompetent Assurant employee who decided on his own, at the last minute, that Assurant was NOT going to repair my Bosch washing machine. Harry fro Eagle Star stayed on top of my project and completed the job with extreme patience and professionalism. Harry is an expert in his line of work and I would hire his Company anytime!

    Above The Rest
They diagnosed the problem quickly and he knew the machine very well. There was a little bit of a delay with getting out/finishing the work as he was doing the work of two people that day. Overall, we were really happen with speed and knowledge of the repair.

    Atlantic Appliance Repair
When I called, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Mr. Singh was very prompt, polite and professional. He needed to get a part, and would have come back that very same day to complete the repair if I had been available. Instead, he came the very next day and was able to repair my dishwasher. He gave me good advice for taking care of my dishwasher in the future. They are honest and have reasonable fees. I also very much enjoyed meeting Mr. Singh, as he was such a nice gentleman. I will use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors.

I found Old Dominion Appliance Repair through NextDoor and Angies List and could not have been more pleased. I called them on a Wednesday morning about an issue I was having w/my older washing machine and Alan was there first thing Thursday morning. He took the time to look over my machine and very politely explained that the issue I was having was most likely operator error and that my machine was in fact working fine and in excellent shape. He confirmed this by running the machine through a complete cycle and no issues were found. I gladly paid the service fee knowing all was well w/my machine and that I had found someone I could trust for any future appliance issues that may arise. Thank you!

    All American Appliance Service Inc
This is the second time I have used All American Appliance. They are highly professional and responsive. The technician, Mark, did a thorough check of the fridge, cleaned some parts of it and determined that it was working properly and did not need replacement at this time. The cost of the diagnostic visit was very reasonable and well worth the price to know that I did not need to replace the refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and the technician was personable, knowledgeable, careful to not damage my floor in moving the fridge and very reassuring about the state of the appliance.

    Service Master
The morning of they promptly called to say the service guy could not come. I understand but told them it is really hard for me to take off and I was home all day so if they had another service guy that would be great. They did and he called and showed up at the start of the 4 hour window they gave. He was helpful and fixed the problem. He told me I have a warranty which is nice to know.

PJ was early (Yay!), diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds (dead motor), had the part and completed the repair in less than an hour. Our old model GE refrigerator is happily humming along once again. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Good pricing Under $200). Very pleased and would call on them again for any other appliance problem we might encounter.

    Sears Appliance Repair
Refrigerator had not been cold enough for some time. Sears technician replaced defrost timer. Service charge was $212 and part was $31.69. Next day fridge was still warm and not fixed. Just wanted to be able to call the technician and ask him to come back. That proved impossible (huge dying buerocracy). After navigating dense phone trees and waiting on hold, got a date for someone to come back but it was two days later. Decided to call another company, who came THAT DAY and said it was NOT the defrost timer, and they diagnosed it correctly. I sought a partial refund from Sears for the misdiagnosis and unneeded part, but this led to being shuffled around to various "units" and waiting on hold for long periods of time. Got an email from "Hazel", no phone number, no name of her "unit." All the people on the phone are very polite and seem like from Singapore, but they just dole out endless politeness and do not address or solve the problem. I would rather they were surly and actually addressed the problem. People, please know that Sears is now a dying company with a multitude of problems, and this extends to their repair service and customer service. I recommend you use small or medium sized LOCAL businesses, not Sears. Sears is NOT what it used to be, decades ago. It has changed completely.

Nothing needed to be done. I only needed to be educated in not using the bottom of the oven for storage. [Since it apparently is the broiler area for my type of oven.] Since the visit took less than five minutes, wish there was a service visit discount. $55.00 is a lot to pay, could this have been handled with a Q&A on-line???
