    Jim the Handyman
Everything went just as planned, on time and well done. Although their estimate was in the mid-range of estimates I received, I felt the work of the servicemen was very professional and well done, well worth the few extra bucks. All in all, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this service. Kudos to Jose, Oscar and Leo who did fine work at our home.

    Elite Contractors Services Inc
We started our basement remodel wary of contractors, having been burnt a few times in the past. Ken and the Elite Contracting Services team changed our thinking after their first day on the job. The team arrived on time, was respectful, cleaned up after itself, and accomplished an extraordinary amount of work in one day. From that point on, the team arrived and left at about the same time every day, cleaned up the days mess, worked hard, and was kind. If my kids stuck their heads downstairs, they were often met with smiles. In addition to how they operated on a day-to-day basis, their work proved to be that of a true pros. They did what they said they would do, did a beautiful job, paid attention to details, andand this is a BIG AND herethey finished more than a week ahead of schedule. In the end, they turned a dated, grungy, and poorly designed recreational space into a place of enjoyment. They opened up the space by removing unnecessary columns and removing drywall around the staircase; they utilized available space by turning a closet into a bar; they pulled out all of the carpet and replaced it with luxury vinyl planks; they installed crown molding; they wrapped the remaining columns and the fireplace in stone; they painted; and in addition to doing all of this throughout the basement, they also turned a large unfinished room into two rooms (a bedroom and a bonus room). The result was a beautiful, functional basement with a recreation room, a new bedroom and a bonus room.

Double D Home Improvement Services LLC
Our finished basement needed upgrading. There was not an existing kitchen or bath so that was added. Drop ceiling removed and drywall ceiling and can lights added. Carpentry work was custom as two cabinets were designed in bathroom. Also, a Murphy bed was custom designed with excellent carpentry work. We were so pleased with the entire project completed several years ago that we rehired Double D recently to remodel our main level kitchen, master bath and a fifth bedroom was converted into a master closet. Very pleased with all the work performed and professionalism of company owner/contractor as well as all highly skilled workers.

    SR Home Improvements
We had extensive water leak and mold problems that, after remediation, required replacement of drywall and insulation in the cathedral ceilings in two rooms, the patching of drywall in other rooms, and the painting of both the new drywall and our entire finished basement. We obtained estimates from several firms; SR Home Improvements provided a fair price. We checked references and ratings and felt they would do a quality job and we are pleased to report that they did. Sam Reyes, the owner, provided oversight and promptly and responsively answered any questions we had. Gustavo, who headed up our crew, was attentive and kept us currently advised on the work being performed. The entire crew did top quality work (on the drywall, multiple plaster applications and sanding so no edge joints are visible, and with painting, extensive prep work in all areas before ever putting paint to wall). They were so hard-working that they barely took breaks for lunch and were a pleasure to work with. We had one minor issue a week or so after they completed their work a small area in our basement bathrooms ceiling developed small bubbles after multiple hot showers. We mentioned this to Sam; a few days later, Gustavo was here and resolved the issue. It was characteristic of the good service we experienced with SR Home Improvement. We look forward to working with them again.

    Quality Carpentry and Remodeling LLC
It is a pleasure doing business with Thomas Van de Riet. He coordinates with my tenant to fix all the little things that need to be done around the house. He has installed pull-down attic access steps, fixed a mailbox, replaced the lattice around a deck, and fixed a louvered pantry door. I will definitely call him for any other projects that arise.

    FBT Tile & Marble Inc
FBT was a pleasure to work with on two separate remodeling jobs. The first remodeling job was to install all new plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and tile in the master bathroom; the second remodeling job was to install all new plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting, and tile in the main upstairs hall bathroom and the main floor powder room. Additionally the second job included installing french doors in the library leading to the foyer as well as new light fixtures in the foyer and kitchen and a ceiling fan in a bedroom. The quality of FBT's work is at the highest professional level. Jason Bauman is an exceptional project manager who is very customer service oriented and who would stop by daily to review the progress of his team. The team of professionals who performed the day to day work was committed to excellence, always prompt, and always pleasant and personable. I have recommended FBT to many friends and family members and will continue to do so.

    Classic Painting & Remodeling LLC
Excellent. Bert is the best. He is reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile even when not asked. He is super versatile and can handle any surprises. When faced with a surprise, he explains the options and the remedies, providing pros/cons. It is clear that his first priority is to make sure that the client is 100% satisfied. Bert is my first and only choice for a contractor. In every case, when he leaves, the site is always cleaner than when he came, and his prices are very reasonable. Moreover, he is pet-friendly, brings no drama, and is highly trustworthy. His longtime assistants have been with him for many years, and equally as dedicated to performing the job correctly. The extensive indoor painting work, in particular, was an incredible challenge in that the furniture, couches, etc. could not easily be moved - however, Bert worked through it, moved and covered as he went, and not a speck of paint was found on anything than intended. He is our first choice for many jobs.

    Marks-Woods Construction Services, LLC
The execution and quality of the work was excellent and we could not be more pleased with our new living space! The entire WM Team are a collection of professionals who listened to our dream and helped us formulate a vision to execute on ---- giving us options and choices throughout the process. Greg and Drew Marks were extremely helpful from day one through the completion date, their management of our 2 month project was very smooth. We must give a big "shout-out" to Armando, who lead the on-sight construction team --- not only is he a consummate professional craftsman, he was a true joy to work with -- he was never satisfied until each part of our project was perfect!

    All Renovations Inc
The end result is what counts. I rate that an "A". I had an overall design in mind and wanted a contractor experienced with basements. I also want a contractor I could work with as I knew there would be a few changes as work progressed. Initially I worked with Omar to layout the contract. That took about a week as we needed to have as many details specified as possible as to what work and material All Renovations was to provide and what I was to do and provide. After the contract was signed there was only one major change affecting the price. That was to move some plumbing and electrical wires that would interfere with installing the drywall in the ceiling. In the contract all the labor was included, even for material that I was to provide. I provided the flooring (2/3 floating vinyl and 1/3 porcelain tile), crown and shoe molding, wall and trim paint, and the wet bar cabinets. Adrian, the foreman, was in charge and did the carpentry, plumbing and electrical. He also advised me of any issues with the design and suggested approaches to make things look right. He also knows the county code and has an eye for aesthetic placement of lights, outlets, doors, entries, etc. The dry wall, painting and laying the floor was done by subs. Basements are difficult places to work with due to the stairs, utility area (HVAC, water heater, well), walls that are not straight, and floors that are not quite level. Adrian was dedicated to the finished quality of the work. He inspected daily the work of the subs. He provided them with instructions and any problems with their work were corrected. The project took about 3 months, longer than expected, but I rated the finished job and "A".

    Williams Professional Painting Inc
We had a great experience with Williams Professional Painting and we would definitely use them again in the future. My wife and I hired them to add some picture boxes beneath a chair rail in several rooms, paint several rooms (including a two-story living room with angled ceiling), and do some construction work. The construction work included closing off a loft room and making it into a bedroom. We were initially reluctant about hiring a painting company to do construction in the house, but the professionalism and competency of Rick (as well as reading company reviews online) gave us the confidence to move forward. When we mentioned the idea of the construction work, Rick didnt flinch and brought up electrical work, permits, pot lights, and other things we hadnt thought of initially. Some other painters we were considering looked a bit nervous and frankly were not confidence-inspiring when we talked about this relatively light but easy to mess up construction work. That was a showstopper for us and we didnt want to hire several contractors to get the work done. Before any work began, Rick stopped by FOUR times and he brought Lisa (interior designer) and his contractor Gustavo over to discuss the specifics of the job. That thoroughness, attention to detail, and desire to get the job done right were much appreciated. Also, WPP took care of everything permits, supplies, paint, electrical work, etc. Gustavo and his crew were here every day on time, with no gaps or no-shows, and they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They even cleaned up every single day before they left including vacuuming which was a nice touch. We had a few minor requests for them to address when they finished the job. Gustavo and his crew did not complain one bit. When we noticed a few other things days later after the crew had left, Jose came back quickly and fixed the items with the same pleasant, can-do attitude. We had a great experience with WPP. They werent necessarily the cheapest bid, but due to their professionalism and quality work (as well as one-stop-shop for the services we needed) we will hire them again in the future.
