AJGL RoofingJGL replaced my roof. JGL was every easy to communicate with prior to installation, and their prices were fair. What I liked most though was JGL's follow up after the installation. During installation, my older walkway cracked underneath their truck, and they immediately contacted me to let me know they were on top of repairing it. They were very protective of the floor beds and shrubs surrounding the house and when done, did a good job of cleaning up the debris from the tear off. AR M Banning RoofingMr Banning indicated that the size of my gutter installation of 60' of K6 6" gutters and 3x4" downspouts was not something he would be interested in doing as the job was too small and he declined to offer an estimate. Nevertheless, his receptionist was very professional and called me back within 45 minutes of my contacting them for a quote. So if you have a small job then perhaps it is better to find a small company to provide you service. AOwner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. Working with Gutter Glove of North Carolina was an enjoyable experience, and I recommend this company!
