    My family has taken all of  our vehicles to Timbrook for any repairs needed in the last year. Another repair shop really messed up a repair job and Timbrook got us running. They are very fair about work and pricing and we can normally schedule a repair/ tune up or inspection quickly, if not immediately. Ive never had them leave my vehicle messy or charge us for an incorrect diagnosis. I haven't had any issues with the repair work they've done.

    They were very clear and informative from the start of what was wrong, what caused the problem and options for repair. The repair itself cost exactly what they estimated and matched their estimate of how long the repair work would take. We've been using the vehicle daily for almost a year now, and it still runs just like the day we took it home.

    I wrote a harsh review in 2013 due to my poor experience at the time.  I
    have used them since then twice, once due to a requirement from Geico
    Insurance to guarantee the repairs and once by choice by me.  Both
    experiences have been a lot better.  I specifically asked not to use the
    man, who still works there, that I had the bad experience with in 2013. 
    The other employees are superior to his harsh, non-customer oriented
    attitude.   All went well on the other two repairs.

    Windshield was repaired, headlights were not completed.   When questioning employee on the work not completed and asking if it would take lone to complete it while I waited, he was rude and not customer oriented at all.  The conversation resulted in my asking for somebody else to wait on me and having the employee throw my invoice/receipt at me and on the floor.   The worst part is that after leaving a message for the owner on the phone, with an employee, and via email, to date there has has been no response.  I could not recommend anybody else to this shop due to the unprofessional conduct of the employees and the lack of concern or response from the Owner.  I would rather pay more then say a couple of dollars for this horrible experience at this business.

    I have always used another shop, but, due to a great conversation I had with somebody at Billy Craft on another issue I decided to try them out.
    Communications were rough with the people on the phone coordinating estimates, whether my insurance company had contacted them yet, and when we could schedule the work. I felt everytime I called that they were not very customer service oriented and abrupt.
    The text updating of the progess of the car was unique and informative, this was very positive.
    You can imagine my dissapointment when I was called to pick the car up and the first thing I noticed is that my bumper had a gap under the headlight and was not properly fitted. As with my other experiences with them, the repair representative told me that and quot;after market bumper covers were like that and thats why they don't like to use them, but, this is what your insurance company will only pay for.and quot; I told him I didn't like it. Also, there was a paint drip where they had repainted that was not to my satisfaction. I was convinced at this point, due to the attitude and position of the representative Buck, that nothing was going to be done about either problems. He also told me the car was facing the sun and the sun probably heated up the bumper cover and made it look worse than it was actually. I told him this is not the experience I had with other body work but could tell they were not going to do anything about it so I got ready to leave. As I opened the drivers door to leave, my light grey cloth interior had a dark blue streak of paint/marker damage across the seat of the drivers side. I went back in and got Buck to come out. He stated, and quot;it wasn't like that when you brought it in?and quot; No it wasn't like that. It was body shop paint/marker that had damaged my interior. He got the manager and he stated he didn't think it would come out, but, he would order a new seat cover if it would not clean up. I mentioned the bumper gap and paint drip. He said he would take care of it. He was very customer service oriented and respectful to my concerns.
    I picked the car up a couple of days later and the bumper was fitted better. The drip is still there but not as severe, and my interior was restored to normal. I am convinced if it wasn't for the paint damage on the interior, I would still have substandard repair work done as Buck was unwilling to address my concerns. I cannot take a chance on having this type of substandard service again. I was particularly dissapointed that even after filling out a survey they sent me, I have to this day never had anybody call, ask follow up questions, or apologize for their substandard customer service people at the front desk or in the estimating/repair department. I think they wrote me off as a cranky customer. The problem was that having had 10 deer hits in 14 years I have had another shop to compare them to and the service at their competitor is superior. I cannot recommend this shop and should have never tried them over the great experiences I have had at their competitors. Live and learn.

    I have used them a couple of times and they don't try to rip you off; they fixed just what is needed. I had other companies incorrectly fix my car but Staton fixed it correctly. I think they are just great and I think their prices are fair. The quality of work is excellent and I will use them again in the future.
