    Troy-Bilt Construction
Project turned out excellent. Troy started by producing a detailed design drawing, allowing me to quickly gain approval from my HOA for the modifications. He then began work, identifying areas where previous builders of my deck had cut corners. Troy was able to remediate these issues as part of the project (installing missing flashing between the deck and the house, adding footers). He made several suggestions along the way to ensure excellence in the finished product. He has high standards in his craftsmanship, and it shows.

    Walter Castillo
We chose W C Painting based on its many great customer reviews and the prompt, reasonable estimate Walter provided us. With the work completed, Walter and crew get an "A" in each category connected to the job (including flexibility in accommodating a color change and some add on work). The prep work -- powerwashing; scraping; sanding; wood repair and replacement; caulking; priming -- was particularly impressive, and will make the paint job itself (which looks great!) last for many years. We would definitely use this hardworking, trustworthy, professional outfit again, and will not hesitate to recommend it to others.

    Troy-Bilt Construction
Troy Bilt was a great fit for our job. Troy and Mark do quality work and are very interactive and responsive as the job progresses . Troy came out promptly to give a quote. Work was started sooner than originally planned and he stayed on the job until it was completed. He also suggested a few value added enhancements as things moved along. Troy has a good eye for detail and matching new construction in with the existing structure. The job site was cleaned up every day before they left; and all trash and waste material was removed from the site. All the county inspections went smoothly. I look forward to using Troy Bilt again for future projects.

Unbelievably well -the crew was courteous and professional. They took pride in their work and went above and beyond our expectations. Windows in and out basement, ground floor and high 2nd story all spotless. I would definitely contact Cavalier for other services as well!

Because of the extensive rain we had in May/June, the project got start a couple of weeks later then originally planned. They sent out a two man team who worked the entire project from start to finish. They started immediately layout everything with stakes, string and paint. They had us come out and inspect the intended layout and confirm the scope of the project. We actually tweaked the angles and layout slightly at this point based on their suggestions for look and traffic flow. They had some great ideas. We signed off on the changes and they started digging the footers. The deck was big so lots of footers had to be dug. They then framed up the overall shape and got the posts ready to go as soon as the 1st of three inspections had to be done. Inspection was done and work continued. Footers were poured and cured, Framing filled in and stairs located, positioned and installed. Every morning I'd check in before work and asked about the plan of they day. They would review the days plan and let me know how the timeline was going. Every night when I got home I'd inspect the work and everything was done as per plan with quality materials, appropriate fasteners and as per code. The project took a few weeks. This was actually really good time considering the multi levels, complexed angles and many rain days. Before heading home at night and for weekends, they always had the work site orderly, clean and secured for safety. It was extremely hot during the project and over the few weeks some of the boards warped, and others split. Not many, but enough to notice. Without ever saying anything, the guys would replace very thing that went wonky and continue on completing the project. The night before completion and after the final county inspection, I noticed a few areas where nails or screws where not quite right and the wood had checked. I wrote up a punch list to review the next day during the final walk thru. When they were ready for the walk thru, every single item on my punch list was already noticed and corrected before I could say anything. They also went above and beyond by replacing the old wood "drink rail" that was all warped on the fence surrounding the pool and enclosing the deck with a trex drink raid to match the work they did on the new deck itself. It made everything tie in and that the entire back yard look like it was always intended that way. I can not say enough good things about this team and they did the job as close to schedule as weather allowed, on budget and beyond my initial expectations. After seeing the end result, I'm not sure it would have look nearly as good even if I did it myself. I was really impressed with the quality of the work.

    Noonan's Handyman & Landscape Design
This was the second time I have used Joseph.  He is extremely professional.  He always calls before he starts a job.  He is prompt and  finishes the job in the time frame that he has estimated.  He uses quality products and communicates continually as he completes the work..  In addition, he goes above and beyond completing additional jobs that he didn't include in the estimate at no extra charge.
In my case, he washed my lawn furniture, cut down a cedar tree and cleared other brush.  He washed and stained a side walk, weeded flower beds and cleared and carted off debris not related to the job.  He always wants to make sure that you are pleased with the work completed.  When I was concerned about the coverage of the stain on the deck he added another coat of stain.  Now it is beautiful and I would highly recommend Joseph as a very competent and professional contractor!

    Integrity Home Contracting
I was very satisfied. They were on time, efficient and they do quality work. This is a deck so there is not really a whole lot you can say about the interior work or anything like that but they did have adverse weather condition they worked around. They were here when they said they were going to be here and the people they provide to do the work were indeed classmen and with experience at what they did.

Greg came and gave me an estimate on the day and time that he said he would.  He was very professional.  He asked questions to make sure he understood what it was that I wanted and promised to have the estimate by the following Monday.  I received the estimate as promised.  It was clear exactly what work would be preformed and how much each component of the project would cost. After receiving other estimates  I thought that Greg's estimate was fair.
I hired Greg to do the work.  Originally he told me he could not start the project until mid June.  Lucky for me his schedule allowed him to start the project earlier than expected.  Greg showed up when he said he would.  He was on time and completed the project in the amount of time he said it would take. I feel like he delivered quality work for a reasonable price.  He even did a couple of small extra things at no additional cost.  When I received the bill it was exactly what the estimate said it would be.
I will be sure to call Greg when it's time to remodel my master bath or do any other project in my home.  I wish I had found him earlier. .

    Carlisle Construction
Jeff Carlisle is his name and he did a great job. I new a lot of people who had used him and I saw a playground that he built. That is why I hired him. He was able to help with the designing of it. He was very good at designing where the stairs should go and what my options were there.
