    Good and I'm happy with one situation. About 10 years ago I purchase microwave. Continuously periodic purchases. I purchase the phone, they did not have screen protector in stock and would not install the one i purchased from a third party vendor. They are not customer friendly about it. I was very unhappy with them. With the microwave installation, apparently something dropped the floor and made some damage on it and was never reported by the installer.

    It was an ease and pleasure to work with Eastern Memorials on the headstone for our dad. They were very accommodating during the entire process. Sarah took our initial ideas and designed a perfect memorial. The headstone was delivered and installed as promised and looks fantastic. We will definitely return to Eastern Memorials if the need arises.

    I had kept a flyer from Mailbox Xpress for several years, knowing it would need it. I visited their website to see if the offerings were still valid and learned I could still get the box and post my HOA requires. I called Mr. Hughes to see if installation was included, and learned that it was. As a result I placed an order with him, one he promised to fill within one or two days, which was fine with me.

    The following day he delivered and installed a high-quality post of painted seasoned wood without cracks and with all the joints caulked before painting, and set in concrete. He mounted a steel mailbox to replace the plastic box the unnamed prior vendor supplied ten years earlier, mounted the required house numbers on both sides, and touched up the paint. The box looks great!

    Mr. Hughes was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. And as work orders kept him more than busy and I was the last customer of the day, he did my installation at about 8PM, long after other would have gone home, but I still got an installation much better than both the two previous (one the builder's original, the second by my neighbor after her guest backed a car over it).

    I went to their FAQ/blog site, and it appears this is not a unique situation.  There were countless complaints for the same thing.  The older accounts did not have this, but once you change your plan, these new charges go into effect.

    When asked, their customer reps can not give an answer to explain this fee, and in some circumstances, they "waive" the fee for individuals who complain excessively.  (I was encouraged via email by several customers, and told to "hang in there and keep complaining....they'll drop the fee".)

    Thus far, they repeat their mantra to "send us a private message so we can call you to discuss the matter".  They refuse to send an email or anything in writing, which I have now asked for twice.

    Our phone coverage at our home (now in Montclair since 2013) is poor, and requires us to be outside or near particular windows to receive calls.  The coverage map states we should have full call and 4G in this location.

    We are considering other service providers, and I'd like to use this forum to alert customers and potential customers to these business practices.

    I called Paul at PWS electronics and asked about a replacement projection bulb and installation for my large-screen TV.  He asked the model number and immediately was able to identify the correct part and determined he had it in stock.  Paul then asked if I was available that day for his technician to come by and replace it as well as perform some routine maintenance and diagnostic checks.  As it turned out, it was convenient for the work to be done that day.  His technician called and alerted me that he was on his way; and, he arrived within minutes of his stated arrival time.  The technician performed the necessary replacement, did some periodic maintenance in the rear of the TV, and then performed a thorough diagnostic check of the entire TV functionality.  This was an unexpected service--I had had a replacement bulb installed about four years ago by the extended warranty company and the technician did not do any of the cleaning, checking, clearing the replacement lamp codes, and then running a diagnostic check of the entire TV system.  PWS Electronics hit the bullseye!  Service was prompt and thorough.  Paul and his technician were polite, understanding, competent, and professional.  I can honestly say it was a distinct pleasure to do business with PWS Electronics--I would wholeheartedly and unabashedly recommend their services.

    Paul cleaned the gutters and replaced the mailbox. There were three other men that hung a ceiling fan, replaced some light bulbs, put a new outlet in the garage, and hung a chandelier. They were there exactly when they said they would be. The work was wonderful. We are going to have them come back for some more work.

    Sam and Quentin were awesome. I was new to the process and stressed out by an externally driven timeline, but they walked me through every step and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were responsive, communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me price the house right and market it effectively. They helped manage my expectations, and found great tenants at a price I was happy with.

    Management of the property has been seamless; the company has a user-friendly online portal so that everything is clearly documented and communicated. Sam and Quentin remain very responsive to questions.
