    I have been using this service continually since the early 1990s. Compared to other massages I have gotten over the years, this is the best. It is not superficial and she works on my problem areas because I have some medical problems. She tailors her work to what is needed at the appointment. I have been very happy and will continue to utilize the services.

    Great.  They try to work with your preferences of how fillings are done.  Doctors are very friendly.  I've been taking my son here since he was a year old.  They are great with him as well.  Happy friendly rooms for the kids.  A great waiting area with toys for the kids etc.  They will put on which ever show will calm your child the most and try to be patient with children who are scared.  They also have Saturday hours.

    I was very impressed with Dr. Conness. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me suggestions for my dry eyes. The office has some newer modern equipment. It was one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. Will be coming back! I waited in the office for about 15 minutes before I was seen. Office staff were friendly and helpful.

    I started with Dr. Raley over 5 yrs. ago when he began treating me conservatively with oral meds which worked for a while.   We ran the gamut slowly and thoughtfully ramping up the treatments (stretches, exercise, hot/cold, TENS, steroidal injections, etc) to keep me moving well enough to have a decent quality of life.  Finally got to a point where pain was radiating down the back of my legs so Dr. Raley scheduled a spinal laminectomy which he (personally) did and immediately that pain was gone!   Now doing physical therapy at his Stafford, VA office location to strengthen my back muscles.  I highly recommend Dr. Raley (and his assistant G. Pastor, Phys Asst), both of whom took the time to sit through many office visits with me as we made our plan of action together.  The entire operation (front office to x-ray to physical therapy) runs very smoothly and everyone is so friendly and accommodating.

    I asked the agent in the pharmacy area if they had faxed the renewal request to the doctor on Jan 18th as the robo-system call claimed they would do and she asserted she had but could provide no documentary evidence of a fax or email with that date.  I told her over 3 times the doctor had not received the request and that I had contacted them on this and the other 4 occasions when the exact same problem occurred also and they confirmed no fax or email had been sent by this pharmacy.  The agent was rude and acted as a "deer in the headlights" offering no assistance at all to resolve the matter to enable me to obtain a much needed prescription.  I asked why they had not followed up and she had no clue but continued to repeat her claims that the doctor had been contacted and it was their fault and not Rite Aid Pharmacy!  Terrible customer service!!!
    When I returned home I got a call from the nurse at our Doctors office who reported that the Pharmacist there who called himself "Moe" who we later learned to be Naveed Makadoon (sp?) had called her in a RANT being rude and offensive blaming her for failing to enable a refill of the the prescription.  She had never before heard of this agent of Rite Aid, confirmed to him she had not received ANY fax or email from them as she had not in the many prior occasions and yet he continued to angrily insist she had and it was her fault! She later confirmed to them as the last 4 times that thru incompetence and errors there they had the WRONG fax numbers which she had corrected for some agent there on numerous occasions BUT no agent there had changed the records or bothered to follow-up for any reason!  Shameful service!
    This is simply one terrible health care service provider in the important field of medication providers! The temerity, impertinence and offensive cavalier attitudes of this pharmacists and one or more other pharmacy agents at this location has been beyond belief to encounter for a critical health care provider.  As a result of the incompetence and rude arrogance of the staff at this pharmacy a much needed prescription for hypertension remained unfilled and we received no further response from this place!  A disgusting experience which we have encountered on 4 prior occasions - we would never again use this place for ANYTHING as a Shoppers Pharmacy is within 50 yards and these service agents at Rite Aid are indeed a disgrace to the over 89,000 employees of this Rite Aid company which has been in business since 1962.
    The president & CEO of this company is John T. Stanley at the headquarters in PA and the specific store Site Manager was shown to be Lawrence Miles.  We would sure hope that both of those agents would find this service reprehensible and cause for disciplinary action for all pharmacy agents involved but we heard no word from them!  This is a Rite Aid Pharmacy we would recommend that noone ever frequent as medications are just far too important and life far too short to tolerate such horrendously poor and rude customer service!!!

    I will never go back here again.  I made an appointment for a gel fill -- it is on their menu of services.  The woman who was supposed to do it kept me sitting waiting for her for 15 minutes and when i finally was brought to her station, she told me she didn't have time to do a gel fill.  she said that instead she would remove polish, file and put a new coat on.  That was not what I went there to have done.  She explained to me that they don't use electric implements and it is 'hard work' to do a gel fill without using electric files, etc.  If it is so difficult to do, they should remove the service from the menu.  She also repeatedly got up from her station and went to talk to someone in the massage room -- not once or twice, but half dozen times.  From the minut i waled in the door, the staff at the reception desk was not welcoming, did not say hello, and when i asked where the manicure stations were, they pointed to a flight of stairs.  When i was checking out, there was a dissatisfied hair salon client in line and she was screaming at the cashier AND the cashier was screaming back at her.  I will NEVER recommend this place or return.

    If I have to go back because the glasses are not right. The item was fine but I don't think he has done it accurately. The doctor was fine. I would get it done at a regular optometrist's office. The optometry department is only open in certain hours. It has never worked out.

    I would recommend them. I've used them for years. They are wonderful. If they don't have what you need, they'll order it and it usually comes in in a day. They are very friendly. They are very helpful in making sure that my medications clash with one another. They are just good out there. The sales clerks don't work behind the pharmacies. They are very good. They are all very friendly. I will miss it. They can be really expensive.
